I definitely would not recommend this office. The front receptionist were not friendly and did not greet me in a timely manner even though they were chatting in the back. The hygienist took pictures that were not covered by my insurance, which is fine, except they didn't tell me what they were doing before doing it. Every other dentist I've been to has been very professional about letting me know what was included in my plan and what was extra. The dentist also told me I needed two crowns. When I got a second opinion. They said my teeth were good except for some grinding. After helping me get a good night guard, I've not had an issue since. I am just very disappointed with the service and professionalism of this office. If you choose to come to this office, ask about everything and you might want to get a second opinion about any work that might need to be done. I do not like to write bad reviews, but the billing office was so rude that I just felt I needed to let people know about my experience. read more

I cannot recommend Hardin Dental and Dr. Tara Hardin enough. I actually flew in from Nashville, Tennessee to Mason, Ohio specifically for a root canal, and it was 100% worth it. As a student athlete, I needed a highly professional procedure that wouldn't leave me overly sore or set me back in my training or studies. From start to finish, the experience exceeded every expectation. I felt absolutely no pain, from the numbing process all the way through the end of the procedure. Dr. Hardin and her team provided exceptional care and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay, which made a huge difference. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for patient comfort really stood out. I would 1000% recommend Hardin Dental to anyone needing dental work, especially if you're looking for a smooth, pain-free experience. I highly recommend Dr. Tara Hardin for all your dental needs. I started seeing Dr. Tara Hardin due to her reputation for excellence and artistry in her cosmetic dentistry work! As a child I tripped and chipped my front tooth in half. At the time dentists just mended the tooth which made my front tooth look half yellow. Growing up kids would ask me what was wrong with my tooth which made me grow very self-conscious. As a teen I had a porcelain veneer that was better but still not to good. Now as an adult in my 50's I did my research to carefully select the best dentist to restore my front porcelain veneer. Dr. Tara Hardin was that dentist! I just had my front tooth restored and could not be any happier! Honestly, you can not tell the restored tooth from my other front tooth! I really can't believe my eyes. DO NOT GET CLOSE TO THIS OFFICE. Dr. Gary Hardin had a great thing going on Kings Mills Rd. in Mason, but this new office is not even close to what it was. Upon my appointment I was greeted by what I later learned were Dr. Tara Hardin's personal dogs. Who brings their dogs to the office with them? I certainly don't want any Dr.'s hands in my mouth while dogs roam the office shedding all over. Dr. Tara is as plastic as her credit cards and made the visit about her and not me. (I don't really care to hear how unhappy you are with your staff). Upon my visit I heard her reprimanding her employees in the hallway. I've never been so embarrassed for the young ladies fielding her tirade!! Obviously not a professional bone in her body!! I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I have a major fear of the Dentist!! I was extremely hesitant to see Dr. Hardin but knew my oral health was a major concern for me. I am amazed! Now I look forward to going to the Dentist. I had trauma to my mouth in a car accident in college. I had a crown replaced much later and was very disappointed with the results. I had debated having some cosmetic dentistry done to fix this but was hesitant allowing my current dentist to do the work. I did some research and decided to consult with Dr. Tara Hardin. I was very impressed with the patients comments about their experience. I was won over by the before and after photos. I had my consult and was instantly at ease. Dr's Gary and Tara Hardin provide the utmost in patient care. i saw both of them for a front tooth that was traumatized. My bottom teeth were hitting it constantly. Dr. Tara figured out a plan of care for me, which included three months of bottom front four teeth braces. Instead of doing this herself, which she cold have done, she sent me to an Ortho Dr. Shelley Tretter ( excellent) because in Dr. Tara's word "She moves teeth all day long." This showed me that she was not interested in economic benefit for her practice, but only interested in what was best for me. I've been terrified of dentist from earlier experiences. After going to Hardin Advanced Dentistry I actually was shocked! I wasn't use to the accommodating staff and top notch services available.
