How can you ask for much from the fast food industry? Except, give me good service and what I ask for without it causing you a problem & then causing me a problem. I feel there's been a shift in this industry, no one takes pride in their service or prepping food. All I wanted was a number 1 combo... no pickles.... Extra onions. What did I get? hamburger... no pickles, no onions, and 5 gals of mayo.... oh well guess I need to just start making my own lunch and bringing it! read more

A decent burger served fresh and flavorful and a great example for the franchise. Service was friendly and outstanding, it was great to find a Hardee's with indoor dining available. My wife and grandson both enjoyed their meals and the staff was happy to accommodate our special orders and even brought out the grandson's meal first since he was the hungriest. My goodness. Ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwich. Picture shows a nice toasted Texas toasted buttered sandwich hahaha. Not happening here. If my bread saw the griddle, it was a second or two. So the bread was not warm, no butter, not toasted , which made the sandwich not warm- and not edible. $7+ for the breakfast combo and the main deal was not edible. This happened to me in Calhoun also so it's just a common think now I guess for all of the locations. Now moving forward - I hope someone reads this during this time frame this girl works there... the drive thru girl. Mute. Nothing. Zero. Nothing at all. There was no line so we swung through to get 2 milkshakes for a friend who's in the hospital. We were the only customers and they said it'd be 5 minutes to make them. We pulled up to wait and after 10 minutes we went back through to see what was taking so long and they said that they made them but must have given them to someone else. If I could give this places no stars, I would, but don't ever go here. read more

Very good food from this location. Also in my visit the young man at the register (Destin according to receipt) was very friendly and brought our food out to us. My burger was very juicy and the onion rings fresh. Overall a pleasant experience. read more

I always come through the drive thru in the mornings to get breakfast and when I order I'm always being rushed, they are always rude sometimes don't even talk to me when I get to the window, and they just stare at me, it's never a good morning after I come to Hardee's in ringgold, love that breakfast just not the Customer service read more

Just ate at this Hardee's last Saturday and it was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. Al the tables and chairs had food and grime on them, had to get napkins to wipe our table and bench. They also got my order wrong. When my fiancee ordered I just said I would have the same as what she was having and they gave me a totally different meal. If you get off this exit to eat pass this place up even if you're a Hardee's fan--like we used to be. read more

12:10PM on a Sunday 6/25/2017. One car in front of me, at the window, when I placed my order. Took no less than 10 minutes to get my order. The girl running the drive thru couldn't handle bagging orders and talking on her headset. She did yell that she needed help up front but no one came. Get back on the interstate only to find the "made to order" burger is cold and looks thrown together. I had eaten here once before, 10 years ago, and had a similar experience. The service was very poor at this location. I was not greeted with a 'hello' when we walked up the the counter. He struggled answering the question if this locations has the buffalo blue cheese burger. This individual was very uncomfortable with eye contact and professional communication. read more

New Hardees completely rebuilt since the tornado in April 2011. Maybe John J should try it out. The service has always been exceptional and if you did have a problem, they would fix it no questions asked. Look forward to the grand reopening. Shop Local!!! read more

Worst Hardee's I've ever been to. The cashier was eating while taking our order, and was extremely confused AND confusing. Another employee was on a personal phone call while we were ordering. After ordering, four employees were all standing at the counter talking to one customer, and no one was working on our food. Took ten minutes to get our food. My burger was cold, and my hot dog was on the ugliest bun I have ever seen in my life. Neither tasted good. Fries were good, and the cookie was good. It's a shame rude, ignorant people still exist. And even more so - it's a shame they are employed in areas of customer service - where you will face ALL races. We visited the drive through today and right away, the spokes BOY on the headset wasn't warm at all: "can I take your order?" After asking us to repeat what we wanted 3 times after we spoke CLEARLY 3 times, we ordered a chicken tender meal and he automatically put a coke without asking - so we said we wanted a Dr. Pepper. He got smart and said "I got it" and that was it. We weren't done ordering but a total popped up & nothing else was said after he said "I got it." It was an obvious tone of NOT wanting to serve us and take our entire order. So we drove off. I called the restaurant right away (knowing it would be pointless) - & I asked to speak to a manager. Some woman answered claiming she was the manager. I told her the situation and all she kept repeating was "oh I'm sorry about that" - in a condescending tone. I finally ended my pointless call by letting her know that this interaction was very rude but I know she wasn't going to do anything about it. Something tells me she was aware of the boy's interaction with us on through the drive thru. The point of this review is to let it be known of the type of employees who work at this location. I advise anyone who isn't of a "particular race" should be careful and avoid this Hardees - so sad our society is still racist like this. read more
