Food is good and a nice clean fast food location. But I draw the line when management and owners decide to cheat the customer. How? Ketchup. Container is labeled Heinz but you get a cheap watered down version out of it. They only way this happens is ownership buying cheaper product or watering down to save money. If I could, I would give zero stars. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in any food service establishment. I went through the drive through and ordered with two vehicles in front of me, and waited for 25 minutes. I've been vegan for six years, so I ordered two beyond thickburgers, and upon digging into one was horrified to find out that it was in fact a meat patty. I came back to the restaurant and asked for a refund, and the manager got on the phone with someone (at corporate I guess??) for almost 20 minutes before he was able to give me a refund. There was no apology, no remorse, and no courtesy. I will absolutely never return to this restaurant and would advise everyone to steer clear. I am disgusted. read more

I love to come here in the morning for breakfast. I usually get their smoked sausage biscuit combo. I also sometimes come here lunch and get a chicken combo which includes chicken, one or two sides, biscuit which is the best, and a drink. Holy wait time, Batman! You'd think we were waiting for a fancy restaurant. We went through he drive thru. No one else was there. They first said they had no chicken tenders, then someone else came on the speaker and said they had some but it would take 3-5 min to make them. We sat at the drive thru for about 15-20 minutes. I will say, the manager came over and was very sweet and apologetic. The food was good but the wait put a damper on the whole situation. The girl who took my order was not friendly and acted like it was a hassle to take my order over the loud speaker. She didn't smile once, she's the one who said they didn't have tenders before someone else came on the speaker and said they did but they had to cook them. Probably the worst service I've EVER experienced... I went through the drive-thru and asked for 2 sausage biscuits, and a side of gravy. I was told "sausage biscuits don't come with gravy, I can't do that a sausage biscuit is 2 pieces of bread with sausage slapped in the middle." To which I replied "I know what a sausage biscuit is... that's why I ordered it. You have a plain biscuit that comes with gravy, can you add sausage to that?" She said "no sausage biscuits don't come with gravy" and continued to argue with me... I ate the exact same thing from the exact same Hardee's 3 days ago with no issue. Food is great, but bad service trumps that. I ended up pulling away from the drive-thru, and went to McDonald's. Had my food within 5 min of ordering it, and exactly what I asked for- no issue. Stopped here on a recent drive through the area. About 20 years ago I was a big fan of Hardee's as they consistently had good biscuit sandwiches. I ordered a steak biscuit. I got a gooey Mystery Meat biscuit that I took one bite of and threw the rest away. Gag. read more

When we came in, a lady was at the counter attempting to get her money back for hash browns that were not in her bag. That was our first sign, lol. Husband went to the restroom. No soap (though he believes someone was coming to refill it as he was coming out, to be fair). No paper towels. While he was doing that, I was pouring out my Cherry Coke that looked like weak tea. Got a slightly darker Dr. Pepper that was mostly seltzer water and gave up. We received our bag of food to go, and after the lady before us, we checked to make sure they had gotten everything.
