I've branched out and tried other things, but the classic roast beef will always be my favorite. After a long day of hiking, I decided to get a double roast beef with a medium curly fry. The double just comes with more meat. I always add horsey sauce and it's always delicious. There are no better fries than curly fries. Overall, it's an Arby's so you should know what you're getting. No surprises here.

Processing a refund seemed quite the impossible task resulting in about an 8 minute wait as the manager was noticeably irate and the cars stacked up behind us. I suggested just giving me a cookie or something sweet in lieu of to maintain our hungry 3 yr olds state of calm but that would have apparently added to the complexity of refunding our $3.89 shake. To top it off, as we're pulling away I go to sip my unsweetened tea and it was not unsweetened, but full on dialysis sugar filled sweet tea. Yuck. Cmon Mickey d's! Do better.

It took us 10 minutes just to order. I don't know why... it just seemed like everyone working was operating in slow motion. There was no sense of urgency or acknowledgment, lots of people seemed to be working. Then we waited for what felt like a long time, probably another 10-15. And we thought our order might be ready. It was sitting on a warming area behind the cashier. She was taking an order, and no one seemed to be helping her. She was incredibly slow and spoke so quietly. Finally another employee came up and someone asked for their order. It just took so long. Then we asked for ours. It was there, and had been for more than 10 mins. And then he didn't give us utensils in our to-go order. Then nobody would acknowledge that I was asking for utensils. He gave 2 forks. A knife would've been nice. Just seemed like everyone was in la la land. And we were there for 40 mins. Should've taken 10.

I just don't know how a mobile order can be so screwed up and it's frustrating because I can't find a decent Sonic anywhere now.
