This Dairy Queen does NOT deserve the rating it has. Atleast not as high…read more This Dairy Queen has got to be one of the slowest "fast food" restaurants I've ever had the displeasure of going too. The service here is horrible. They workers are Nice and that's about it. They are slower than frozen molasses. Put in an order for a blizzard and it'll take 15 mins to make and That's if you're the only person in line, if there's several or even 2 cars in the drive through I highly recommend not going. You'll waste more time sitting and WAITING for food that's not worth the wait. It's Dairy Queen frozen food that's already pre cooked. Not like they make it from scratch themselves so there's literally no reason a 4 piece chicken strip basket should take 20 mins to get out. I worked at a dq when I was a kid and if 5 mins was too long for them to be waiting. To put it brief. The food is nothing special. It's not worth a 25 min wait for something that literally takes 8 mins to cook. I'll never be retuning to this dq I hope corporate hears about this place and does something about its horrible wait times

The service was beyond disrespectful…read more I pulled in at 7:15 pm on May 29, 2025. Went through the drive thru gave my order to the gal at the speaker. Couldn't hear what she was even saying so I pulled up to the window and said to them you can not hear what you are saying. The manger was rude he like was angry with me. Well what fo you want. So I gave him my order I order a shake a sandwich and fries. Once again rude to me you want that as I said sure. Well what do you want drink then!!! The chocolate... All pissed off at me. I said then I will a orange shake with no whip cream. I asked the young lady for my receipt, and waited. She handed me my bag food and said have a nice day. I said my shakes please large chocolate shake, and orange with no whip cream. Hands me the chocolate shake with whip cream all over the top and mine came out with whip cream on it. At this point I didn't care that there was whip cream on mine. Thanked her told her to have a nice day. Are sandwiches were not that great!!! My ham cheese was over cooked and there was hardly any cheese it was more like ham with out cheese. The roast beef sandwich appeared dry and over cooked. Disappointed considering it was almost $30.00 for two meals.

Wouldn't you have liked to see the shock on my face when I watched, almost in slow motion as in a cinematic move, my beloved treasured burrito being chucked in the trash can. A tear may have slipped... but Im unsure if that was due to the loss of my burrito, which felt like ripping a child out of my arms, or because of the onions they were chopping and told me they didn't have. Their tortilla also tastes like booty cheek so its not like my second burrito (remember they threw away my first one) was redemption.
