This McDonald's has to be the worst McDonald's in all of Fargo Moorhead area. The wait time for "fast food" you might as well as make it at home. Not to add the workers here are so incompetent they screw up almost every single time I come here. I've had to run inside to get my curbside meal many times. Stay away from this McDonald's they are terrible. They so Incompetent I ordered a quarter pound bacon cheeseburger PLAIN no pickles or ketchup or mustard just cheese beef and bacon and buns. These people some how take this and give me a plain cheeseburger. NO BACON why would I order a Quarter pound BACON cheeseburger and then ask for no bacon? This location consistently gets my orders wrong. Sometimes I go on a whim and think "surely the last 15 times I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and they brought me a caramel one instead were flukes, THIS time they'll get the right drink!" But they never do. It has to be on purpose at this point. Or maybe they just forget to order any other flavors and are too embarrassed to mark the other flavors as unavailable. Or maybe the McDonald's worker who's doing it knows me more than I do and knows deep down that caramel is the right flavor for me. So, highly recommend this place if you're looking forward to a vanilla iced coffee but the McDonald's worker knows you actually meant caramel instead. read more

Food was ok, not as hot as I like, service is slow compared to what it was like before everyone got app crazy, the place was clean. Disappointing that there was no cheese on the filet or fish like before, no condiments, no napkins, you have to ask for everything, so someone needs a lesson in customer service. read more

I come to this McDonald's multiple times a week to chat and socialize with the old timers so the slowness issues I mention I have become desensitized to! That being said to a person coming here for a quick meal or just passing through town it can be a frustrating experience, not that it is not frustrating for me as well at times. Some of the problems with this McDonald's are: 1) Generally dirty lobby, tables and floors. 2) Extremely slow lobby service at times. 3) Apparent lack of concern for the customers. For the costumers when you come through the door of this McDonald's you get the feeling you are more of a hassle rather than someone they look forward to seeing. The 3 items I listed above all stem from the lack of concern with counter and lobby. Apparently management assigns one person on counter but pull that person away to do other tasks. They then ignore what is going on with the lobby and counter, which is easy to do since they have partitions to block the view of the kitchen from the counter let alone the lobby. Customers watch employees walk past the counter seldom offering help or even a "Someone will be with you in a bit". This McDonald's has two focuses Door Dash and The Drive Thru. On a positive not the food and coffee is always hot and fresh, but the presentation is lacking. Lots of coffee grinds in the coffee, items on burgers and sandwichs far from centered. The Value and selection of McDonald's has gone downhill with no true dollar menu and the escalating costs or items, some more than double the cost. McDonald's is no longer the value it used to be. In order for McDonald's to be affordable you must use the app. One final note on this McDonald's is waste. When you want a refill on soda or coffee you have to make the dreaded return to the counter where they throw away your cup rather than refill it. This hardly wins them an award for being green friendly. read more

Every time I go here they NEVER fill my drink up to the top. There is always 1-3 inches of my drink missing. And let me tell you, it is EVERYTIME I go here, this wasn't a one time occurrence. read more

Wow, I'm still in shock. I am the only person in the drive thru and they make me go to stall #1 to wait for my order. I sit there for a very long time. Finally, another car pulls up. We both sit there. A woman comes out and hands him his order. I look around and now the window has 3 cars waiting. They both are told to wait in stalls. I think they forgot about me because this has happened before. I pull out to go through the drive thru again to let them know it's been a very long time. I see this woman come out and she's walking with my order. I ask her what happened....why did it take so long. She looks up at the sky and yells "RUDE!". I was in complete shock. I told her that I'm turning her in and she yells some more stuff. I yelled back at her and drove off. Never will I go there again for an overpriced fish sandwich and brown fries. read more

The food is always hot and the servers are nice but the drive up is in serious need of an overhaul!! I waited 27 minutes for an oatmeal and a coffee. If I could have squeezed out of line I would have left. People were passing me on the right to get out before they hit the pay window and I bet they lost 15 customers in the time I was there. They are ok during off times but definitely avoid this place at breakfast, lunch and supper time! read more

I am constantly surprised by the great customer service at McDonalds. This Mcdonalds has some of the kindest, most polite workers. They always treat me well when I go there. I am always greeted by no less than three people in the 10 minutes it takes to order food. The other day they must have forgot my coffee so I waited probably three minutes extra.. Which was absolutely fine because I was in no hurry. When the front teller figured it out, he was incredibly apologetic and offered me a large iced coffee instead of medium and a free value meal because of my wait. I told him that was not necessary and he insisted that my inconvenience was not acceptable. Wonderful, wonderful workers. read more
