Now let me tell yall, I LOVE a good three piece tender with some fries and a Dr Pepper from Hardee's. Now it was just my great idea to stop by the one in Emporia because why not, we're coming back from a trip and we're hungry. One of my biggest regrets. First thing we walk in with two people in front of us and thought oh wow not a long wait at all. JOKES ON ME, took so long. After we ordered we got our drink cups and when I went to get my drink it was straight carbonation no syrup in the soda at all. Now we have to find a seat right? Tell me why we had to wipe down our own table. That wasn't even the worst thing that happened. We got our food and it was the skinniest tenders I have ever seen in my entire life. I got the spicy tenders cause I looked on the website and I thought "oh wow those look so good" uhhhh no. Straight white powder on the tenders. DISGUSTING! read more

Stopped in on the way to SC. Keep driving Ya'll. Restaurant was gross. I will say though, the manager sat in the back during all the chaos of a busy morning and one young lady out front was so overwhelmed but she managed to do so well giving direction to her other staff to try to keep things moving as best they could, all while the manager sat in the back not doing a thing. This young lady should be the manager over her, hands down! read more

I'd give it a zero if I could. The kitchen tenders were small, dry, hard as a rock, and awful!! They forgot the fries. Also, don't stop to use the restroom it's filthy also! read more

No customers inside. We waited 8 minutes to have someone take our order. We were acknowledged by the girl manning the drive- up but then ignored. Obvious they were short staffed but no excuse. When we were walking away from the counter to have lunch elsewhere, she then said "are you ready to order?" We won't try Hardee's again. read more

Just keep driving! This applies to any of the fast food restaurants in Emporia. Worst service in the state. You will easily wait at least 30 minutes or more to get your food. read more

Don't waste your time. Every time I've been here, there's always something missing from my order. That's AFTER waiting almost 30 mins for our food. I don't know why I keep putting myself in this situation. I guess I just keep thinking 'maybe this time it'll be different from the other times'..... and it never is. But that's not the worst part. After realizing something was missing from my order yet again, I go inside and am greeted by a giant puddle of liquid on the floor. I'm guessing it's water. It's a literal puddle that spans from the rear door to the fountain drink station, and no one is out there mopping it up. But hey, they put out caution signs so it's all good I guess, right? And people are walking through it to get their drinks, which further spreads the wetness to other places in the restaurant. read more

This place is BAD bad. We walked in and it was busy, so figured that was a good sign, but the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with flies flying around everywhere and the drink stations were extremely dirty/leaking with gunk around them. High chance of order being wrong. There's no way this place would pass a health inspection. Do not eat here! read more

Went to Hardee's assuming it was one of the best fast foods in America. Instead I got the driest nastiest burger I've ever been forced to eat. So gross I couldn't even consume it, I had to go across the street to Taco Bell/kfc so I could actually eat. Hardee's try some butter when you cook your food! read more

waited 30 mins in line for cold dry food, ho be for real why wasn't my chicken fresh ??

Just off 95 The wait at the light can be long. This was my first time here and only went through the drive through The staff was friendly and courteous. She explained some of the selections to me I haven't been to a Hardee's in years I heard they have low carb options so I wanted to try it I got the thick burger with bacon. They wrapped it in lettuce and it was very good As far as fast food is concerned The burger was hot. Lettuce was fresh Service was fast. I'll come again read more

Nice girl at the order window. Food is bad. Meat in burger is hard and doesn't taste good. The Mushroom n Swiss was salty. Fries are bland. The coke was good! It's the type of experience that makes you not want to eat at Hardee's again. read more

Hardee's - Outside - Fast Food Near Me - Emporia, Virginia

The worst hardees i've seen. I rarely leave reviews. The women's restroom was horrible according to my wife. The men's restroom was the grossest men's restroom in a fast food restaurant i've ever seen - and I've seen plenty. Also every table was dirty. Not sure what's going on here but I would avoid this place. UPDATE: I wrote this review while waiting on my order, and they got our order wrong. Worst Hardees ever. read more

Service is unprofessional! The restaurant is filthy! Service was slow, which we now expect! There were roaches crawling up the wall. I certainly was not going to food from there after seeing that. I clearly asked for a refund but the manager took her time giving my money back and when I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes and stated in nasty tone I'm gonna get you a receipt! I was never nasty or disrespectful, I only asked for my money back. The whole restaurant needs to be remodeled and new management and crew!! This is ridiculous! read more

Food is typical fast food. Not a problem. I wasn't paying attention, so that part is on me. Attendant didn't give me back my credit card. Half hour down the road I noticed I didn't have my card. Didn't make any other stops. Called Hardee's. Person I spoke with said they didn't have it. Cancelled the card. 11 at night I get this email. Whoever had it tried to charge it two or three times. Yes, I've contacted Hardee's corporate. read more

Before turning from US58 to I95 South, I decided to have a quick dinner at this Hardee's. Regretfully the staff didn't seem to share my desire for a quick meal. I ordered the simple combo with the 1/4 lb. Little Cheeseburger with the request for no onions. I paid for the order and proceeded to the dining area to wait for them to bring me the order. And I waited. And waited. Order placed at 7:06 pm. Order delivered to my table at 7:18 pm. Twelve minutes for a burger and fries? Not acceptable. read more

Horrible! We clearly ordered chicken fingers and a Diet Coke. We received a bacon cheese burger and a regular coke . We just left! I called and spoke to a manger and she said give me your name and when you come back you will get a free meal. I told her you all need to listen to the customer Because our order was completely incorrect. I don't know if they all slow or mad and don't want to work. Never Again!!! read more

25 minute wait this is bs. And it was terrible. Will never again, these workers are rude and service worse. Have a bad day

They forgot half of our order and the burgers were pretty sad but I do give them credit for fixing their mistakes quickly. We were able to get out missing part of the order in just a few moments. read more

Customer service is terrible, me and my boyfriend were ordering food and the lady said huh and not sir

Worst Hardee's experience I've ever had. Service was ridiculously horrible. You could tell the employee in the drive through did not want to be there and he scoffed when asked to provide items we had ordered that he left out. read more

I downloaded yelp specifically for this restaurant it is the absolute worst fast food place I've ever stepped foot in Employees were very rude very poorly managed everything was dirty the drink machines were out of everything no milkshakes and jalapeño poppers they forgot half the stuff in her bag and we're talking bad about other customers in front of customers and Speak it refuse to make anything that wasn't already premade under a heater This place was not even busy where's my friend and I and one couple in the building with no cars in drive-through 10 out of 10 would not recommend read more

How many different ways can one say, Regular, unsweetened, no sugar, iced tea? Guess they were too busy being rude to everyone to catch that part. Thanks for ruining my drink. read more

The woman at the drive thru today(20170829 12:50pm) was the most unprofessional woman that I've ever seen work at that location. I always come here to get a strawberry milkshake and this lady didn't even greet me at the window nor did she greeted me one at the ordering station. It was, "go on with your order". Just ghetto! Her attitude and facial expressions were horrible. You could tell that she was having a bad day and was annoyed. Once I got to her window, she handed me my milkshake and made it fall in my car without me reaching with a grip in time. She did not apologize she just turned and laughed. Very unprofessional. I believe she's new but that type of unprofessionalism is very disrespectful it should not be tolerated in that type establishment. I was in my travel attire, so I wasn't able to go in to address the matter, so I just left. She didn't even offer to get me a new one. read more

Went through the drive thru 10 minutes before closing (which we didn't realize!) Food took a few minutes but was hot and tasted good. The woman working the drive thru was very sweet. Great service at the end of the night - impressive. (Didn't give 5 stars bc I didn't go inside.) read more

Burgers were good, fries fresh. Only passed through here. Would definitely try it again when im back down in virgina

It's actually pretty bad, It's only fast food, how do you mess it up?! Well the hash browns were bland not even any salt. We went through the drive through for breakfast we didn't get our orange juice and we didn't get straws for drinks or any napkins. read more

The lady working the drive through at hardee's was rude. She kept giving me an attitude and telling me she wasn't talking to me and while handing me my food and drinks didn't say a word. Despicable. read more

Terrible Experience!! Some white liquid substance in my side salad. Bun was hard on both ham n cheese sandwiches. Asked for unsweet tea - they gave me sweet tea, my husband asked for a plain cheeseburger - they gave him a burger with ketchup & mustard. Found all this out once we were back on the road.
