The pizza was very delicious, I can't compare it with any other, customer service was very good.

I tried the white pizza without garlic and ricatto cheese and add pepperoni, and it's the bomb...10/10

Pizza was super hot and cheese was very cheesy and melty. We also got a sweet potato cheesecake that was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend to try that cheesecake. Family style service and great for a quick stop to grab something to eat.

Found this place via Yelp. We were staying at a hotel nearby and came here for dinner takeout. Located at a gas station and that usually turns me off but this place was large, bright and clean inside. There are tables inside that was available pre-Covid. It's takeout only now. Masks mandatory to enter. Employees were wearing them too. Plexiglass separated you and the cashier/takeout area. The food was delicious and great portions for takeout. The accompanying salads with our entrees was good and fresh. Would return if in the area!

I want to give a 3.5 star but can't and I can't give a 4-star. Moving on - On the drive home to NC the kiddos asked for pizza and we decided to try Pino's. Definitely a locals place-they had a steady flow of customers while we were there. This gave us hope for our meal. We ordered a medium pizza (move like a large), Caesar salad, cheese steak and onion rings. The pizza was messy, tons of cheese and toppings. Wished the crust was cooked a little longer and the sauce was a little sweet. The cheese steak offered good flavor, tons of cheese, roll didn't hold up though. The onion rings were onion rings and the Caesar was good. I'd try again and I'd recommend over Pizza Hut for sure!

Corner joint not flashy but cake well recommended. When passing by VA right off of 95S Emporia VA

Had a cheese pizza slice. Good crust Quite family owned. Good staff Not fancy on a gas station lot but not a rip off. Will make another stop next time in Emporia

Decided to try this place since the review I saw gave it 4 stars. We ordered philly Cheese steak sub, cheese pizza and Italian sub. The meat in the subs is very skimpy and the meat for the philly sub tasted like it was freezer burned. The pizza tasted subpar nothing special more like a little above store bought. The Italian sub had 3 small slices of meat. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to step up better than what they are doing.

The eggplant parm came with pasta, garlic bread and a small salad.

Delicious food, generous servings. Very quick service delivered with a smile. We were very happy to…read morediscover this restaurant on our trip to buy Aunt Ruby's Peanuts!

Long post alert On the afternoon of January 14, 2025, I…read morewent to pick up a food order for my co-workers and I. I ordered a meat lover's stromboli. When I opened my box, I noted that it appeared I had actually been given a calzone, that was super thin, barely had any cheese inside and was not fully cooked on top in the center. I tasted a piece and realized that it was indeed not thoroughly cooked as it tasted doughy. I called back and spoke to the young lady at the front register. She apologized and told me to bring it back. When I arrived back at Marina's, she asked if I wanted a replacement, something else or a refund. I told her that I'd get a refund. The lady that owns/runs the establishment was in the kitchen preparing food. The young lady took my food and showed it to her and informed her of my complaints and that I was requesting a refund. The owner began raising her voice at me from the kitchen, saying the food was cooked, couldn't I see that? I didn't respond to her, I just waited to see if I'd receive my refund. She walked from the kitchen, food in hand, still raising her voice, telling the young lady that this day was a day of complaints. She then turns to me and says that I must have paid too much money for the food and couldn't afford it and that's why I returned the food. I replied to her that I wouldn't have had food to return if I didn't have money to pay for it originally. She went on, ranting and raving, calling me stupid, suggesting that I call the health department if I felt like her food was uncooked. I told her that I didn't wish to argue with her, or see the need to call the health department, when she could just refund me my money and I could go on my way. I even apologized to her for her having a seemingly bad day, to which she replied that she was not having a bad day and that I was the problem. I told her that she was clearly having a bad day since she was insulting paying customers the way she was. I have been to this restaurant on many occasions and have never had an issue with anyone that works there, her included, and this was actually the first time I have had to return food. She's always given me a "thank you lady" farewell in past visits. I truly feel so disappointed in how I was treated and that I even went back and forth with her because I am not an argumentative person. After she gave the young lady the okay to refund me, she went on to tell me to do her a favor and not return, which she did not have to do, because after being verbally accosted like that, I have no plans on it. Even with Enfield having slim pickings on places to eat (which is to her advantage), she will not have to ever worry about my coins being spent with her! The food was better when her husband ran the place anyway and the food is overpriced for what you get! I gave 1 star because I couldn't leave it blank, and this terrible experience trumped all my other visits. I wish had taken a photo of the food but I didn't snap one; wasn't expecting the hoopla I received.

The inside, definitely needs to be updated, but this is coming from an out of towner. I ordered the grilled chicken salad to go with ranch and when I tell you, I was in heaven....I WAS IN HEAVEN. I'm normally not a fan of iceberg lettuce, but the combination with that, the fresh grilled chicken, red onion, olblack olives, cucumbers, and shredded cheese with the ranch (not sure the vendor) made me fall in love I should have gotten a large because the small wasn't enough, but I was new to the restaurant and wasn't sure on how it would taste. The earlier review was from last year, but this year my review is still the same!!! I mistakenly ordered the chef salad versus garden, but it was a HAPPY mistake. It still has that nostalgic vibe if you want to step back in time (minus the racism ). The two workers are the sweetest I've ever met. I didn't catch their names, but one is a blonde and the other is a brunette with a mole. Tip them well, if you visit.

If I return I will not be having any pasta. As stated in a previous review, the pizza side is better than the pasta. Frozen chicken breast, and frozen broccoli mixed into a prepared watered down sauce. A piece of chicken fell off my fork, sauce splashed everywhere in a 3 foot radius. The garlic bread was despicable. The place is clean, there's a TV on one wall. They serve beer. I would come back to try the pizza side of things.
