This place has always been sketchy since my teenage years in the 90's but it's beyond bad now. I tried warning my wife and daughter but they didn't believe me until last night. They are running on a skeleton crew and have been for several years even before the pandemic crap, the drive thru speaker was junk as u have to yell, our 3 meals consisting of burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries tasted dry and old, one bun looked like it had mold on it, our burgers and chicken literally didn't have anything on them as requested, we sat in the vehicle waiting for over 30min, people were backed up behind us from one side of the building to the other, nobody was respectful with saying sorry for the waiting and the 3 meals we got was definitely not worth the $46. I highly recommend nobody goes here and if someone gives good reviews about this place they are liars! read more

I don't suggest this store....my husband went in at 650am....dark and 2 girls working....not a soul in there as usual....he orders a chicken biscuit and drink....$12? what that's high isn't it....they change the price to 10.04....he pays and they say pull up, he says no if someone comes thru I"ll pull up this isn't safe here and the mgr grabbed $12.27 out of drawer throws it in the van and tells him to get out....we made money outta the deal but really!? the lady throwing the money at us said this is a million dollar store we don't need you here.... read more

How does this place stay in business? There are never more than 2 or 3 cars there and only during lunch or supper hours. I was there once about 10 years ago and had a drink. It's dumpy and run down. Any time I drive by there are no customers. The lunch rush is nothing. A couple of cars parked outside, maybe 1 in the drive thru. Meanwhile Macdonald's, a few doors down the street, is packed and the drive thru is backed up. read more

Ugh! When I see one star I think, "Come on. Really?" Here, it's "Yes, really." 1. Sign board in the drive had the wrong price. 2. It advertised a product that they don't carry. 3. We ordered two coffees with cream and a soda with no ice. We got three coffees with no cream and a soda with so much ice that the straw wouldn't go through the lid. 4. Our change was re-adjusted after we told her that we only ordered 2 coffees. However, our change was then incorrect. 5. No napkins. 6. The coffee cup was so full that we spilled some out of each cup trying to add cream. Ugh. read more

If you are hungry and want breakfast avoid Hardee's. Although they have some of the best breakfast around you will starve to death waiting for someone to answer the drive thru speaker. I took my kids through the drive thru because they we sleeping and I spent over 20 mins in the drive thru then when I finally reach the speaker, I sit there for 5 mins with no one acknowledging I am there. I really enjoyed going to Hardee's when they had a restaurant near Mt. Zion when I was a kid. This one on west Eldorado is by far one of the worst I have ever visited. They have a great menu, but the food is just prepared terribly. Sandwiches are put together incorrectly or missing main ingredients. Fries are cold. Staff is not overly friendly. Avoid this place unless you are looking for a rude staff who could care less if you are there or not. Food was cold and squished into the bag. This is located in a sketchy area of town.
