Super kind people working the drive-thru for breakfast on February 23. You could tell the lady who was taking my order was "talking with a smile" and was precise to fix my order when I saw an issue on the screen. Young man who provided my food was sweet and had a kind comment that brightened my morning. Food was provided quick. Was in there the other morning and the broad w the green and white braids was being ghetto as he'll. There were elderly people in there and I heard her holler the f word so many times that I stopped counting at ten. Sat in line for at least 10 minutes while they took orders from 5 cars on the opposite side, a Male worker comes outside and a man 2 cars behind me complains that they should take orders from my side as well. This is the worst McDonalds in Decatur! Every time I go there they screw up my order! If it is after 8 or 9pm then it's a crap shoot on what kind of food you will be served, I have seen some pretty nasty looking sandwiches come out of there and either half cooked or old fries. Went here with my gal pals in the early hours of 5pm to attain our usual 3 iced sweet teas, and as you can imagine, we felt very bamboozled when my gal pal who made the order received an sweet tea, and me and my other gal pal received bitter, cold, repulsive, nauseating, truly unpalatable tea. However! our waitress did say "i got the straws in the bag" in a way that reminded me and my gal pal of "i got the horses in the back" which is the song i fall asleep to every. night. the last 3 times i've gotten food from here, it's been messed up. the first time, they gave me the wrong coffee. wasn't a big deal because it was the kind of coffee my fiancé drinks, but it was still the wrong coffee. Second time, only ordered fries and half the fries were raw and the other half were VERY over cooked and tasted horrible. Then yesterday, which was the 3rd time, my friends were raw, my mcchicken was raw, and my sweet tea had no sugar and WAY too much ice. 10/10 would not recommend. especially if ordering from doordash because you're food ALWAYS gets messed up. read more

This one is better than the one on east eldo but they still have an issue with accuracy and customer service. A lot of the people are rude or just plain short with you here. There are a couple that are pleasant to deal with but that's the exception not the rule. read more
