I enjoyed the fried cheese bites and the cherry cone. They had a TV in the dining area that had all kinds of services and channels included in whatever package they had bought for the place. (not that any of the customers got to use it or anything, so no one was granted the opportunity to "Netflix and Grill and Chill" in the lobby.) They said they don't have mocha frappes. Didn't ask if I wanted anything different or anything. So the girl handed me the cups for the fountain drinks.. I walked around the corner to get the drinks. Number 1 my bag ripped before I got to the drinks. Number 2, they had no Dr Pepper which I ordered. I walked back around the corner and told them my bag ripped. The supervisor walked over and said, that's not our fault it's yours, idk why you were walking over here anyways. I said ummm first of all, I ordered drinks with the food. I was trying to get the drinks. So I asked her for a refund. She said to me I need the card you used. So I called my husband in who had the card. My husband is a black man. I walked outside and her whole mood changed when she was nice to him but gave me a whole attitude. All I'm saying is if you can go somewhere else I would say do it. They are very ignorant to white people but very nice to black people. So racism is everywhere and not just against black people. Racism can go in any and every direction. He asked for the bag back, and without gloves, went through it, touching the fries. Speaking to me without even a minuscule amount of customer service on his lips, he said, "You've got everything." I told him I had ordered a vanilla shake that was not on the ticket but was on the screen when I reviewed it. I asked if I could reorder it, and he told me I would need to go back through the drive‑thru line. When I arrived home, there were fries missing, one of the drinks was a Cherry Coke instead of the Coke I ordered, and there were no sauces for the nuggets. How disappointing it is when a business does not value your patronage. I hope this review is sent to Corporate, as customer service training, particularly for management, is a MUST. Since we have only one McDonald's in our city, I implore Corporate to provide it with the support it desperately needs. I don't know if it was a wig or weave but it was all the way down her back hanging loose over our food. Big thick hair. Red as a darn fire. Bright red, like Carrot Top. She was Caucasian and I do believe she was under the impression that if she sounded disrespectful, rude, and ignorant that it made her sound like a minority. Now the red hat would have looked equally bad on anybody and it's totally inappropriate for work, especially around food. As a grandmother of six mother to four. I've never had a child speak with that type of disdain and attitude nor ignorance. My children are proud black people. I am a black woman, and I am a proud of my blackness. I love my blackness. Don't misrepresent who we are with such dissonance and determination to show how ignorant you can be. She roughly and rudely took our order. This is a Management issue at Arby's. If you're screening skill set is this diminished it is a reflection of why your employees behaviors they do.
