Never have we had one issue with the quality, communication, workmanship, and congeniality of all people involved with our projects. These are wonderful people as well as skillful printers (and graphic designers) and I would encourage any person or business who needs printing done --large jobs or small --to save some time and go right to these people if you want it done right the first time, and without having to re-address the commonplace problems that may arise with the "chain store" printers. The work is excellent, and Christina and Keith have become like family to us. Two thumbs up --in fact two thumbs and two big toes --way up!

By far the worst storage facility I've ever dealt with. I opened a storage spot w. This joke of a…read morecompany back in August of 2019. I originally did it with automatic payments so I wouldn't have to worry about missing payments. Boy was I wrong. Automatic payments were taken out in the beginning as I applied for. All of the sudden automatic payments weren't taken out. You would think the storage facility would call me, email me, text me, or inform me any other way that I have a missing payment. 1 missing payment turns into 4 missing payments at a total of $900.00. John thought it was a great idea to text me on my fourth missing payment to inform me I have $900.00 in missing payments. Now I call John furious because there shouldn't be any missing payments because of the fact I did auto pay. There was a lengthy discussion and John specifically tells me "I'll take the extra lock off your storage. Come grab all your stuff and leave." We then confirmed with John that there will be no payment due because of the fact that it should've been taken out automatically. He did confirm that there will not be any payment due just grab the stuff so he can rent it back out. Fast forward you today. I grab my stuff and tell him it's all set and he sends me a text saying "I'll be filing w. The collections Bureau have a nice day." He's upset with me because he didn't do his job the right way and 1) take the payments out automatically 2) didn't inform me that it wasn't being taken out due to their system. If you decide to have a storage from this company make sure you make your payments every Month because They will rack up you bill and Threaten you!

As a graphic designer I'd already gotten everything laid out for them on a USB drive (and called in advance) but they basically dropped whatever else was going on in order to get it done within the hour. Everyone there was both friendly and polite for every step of the way. While I was there they even offered some of their own seating*, which I declined, but was a friendly gesture. The print quality of the poster was excellent, with near perfect color accuracy, and lastly they didn't charge a rush fee (which I was fully prepared to accept). *The aspect would be one area for obvious improvement at this location was the interior space: It feels pretty barebones in terms of comfort and presentation, and I was surprised that they haven't leveraged their printing capabilities to bring in a little color into the space. A few poster examples framed on the walls, an interesting banner perhaps, along with a simple but comfortable bench in the front would give a more "established" first impression. That said, it's the quality and service that counts most, and on those counts they are solid.

I've been given the attitude that these printers have to move heaven and earth just to print my documents in a decent quality. Smaller quantities always mean bigger prices, too. Contrast those experiences with Scott and Coastal Printing. He was HAPPY to help me when I explained what I needed and how I would be sending it to him. They print smaller quantities with no qualms. They answered my emails quickly and patiently. I sent the file to them by email at 5 a.m. (expecting to pick the job up 2 days later). An email arrived hours later telling me that my 150, 4-page full-color newsletters were ready to pick up at noon that same day w/o any extra charge. I sent them a PDF file converted from Publisher, and it looks great on 80# paper. My lesson learned is that I have a perfect printing service right in my own backyard with better prices than the online printers I was using - I'm glad I decided to look elsewhere for my printing needs and found Coastal Printing. They will be getting ALL of my printing work from now on.
