Delivery team (two people) did not use a dolly to bring a new refrigerator in to my house an up to the second floor. In not using a proper dolly, they manhandled the fridge up the stairs doing significant damage to the hardwood stair steps and engineered flooring at the top of the stairs. They also tracked a bunch of mud into the house. Then they literally stood there with their hand out for a tip. I filed a claim with HD's delivery insurance company (Sedgwick). Absolutely awful. Sedgwick takes a week to answer emails. They claim they called me, but no Voicemail left and no record of calls on my AT&T call log. Seems Sedgwick is ghosting me, just hoping I'll go away. Called HD Celebration Station and they did not care.

Upon walking in on a weekday morning a few staff was there to direct me to the lock aisle. A staff member had the key to unlock the case. I found the store neat in appearance and stock organized. The store had a bit of everything, it's just not a big box like a Home Depot, or Lowe's. From garden needs to, lawn mowers to paint I bet they have it. My experience is that you can typically get help and be on your way much faster than a big box. Check out was friendly and the staff member assisted me with cutting open the plastic packaging which was appreciated. This is a store I would recommend. They have a few locations at the beach.

Not a problem on its own, but you do need some life experience and tact to be a manager of a hardware store where most of you're customers know more than anyone the store. I went in for Stihl hearing protection and the box was ripped in several places and soaked in oil! The head set itself was just loose in the box with no packaging and not clean. Theres no way it was new and they knew it, yet refused to do anything or acknowledge the problem. They offered no discount, no alternative at a matched price, nothing. Not my first issue with this garbage business, just the latest and the reason I'm done giving them money.
