In short this place has nearly everything for common jobs and the customer service is top notch. They are local, born and raised in Stockton and you have to respect that. I try to head here first unless it's something that I truly need to step into that madness called H.D. However the employee who was helping me went above and beyond! It took some time and calling multiple people, but eventually she was able to help me after speaking to a supervisor on the phone who had gone home for the day. They figured out they needed to use a different computer for the exchange and they put it on a giftcard so I could repurchase the item I wanted to exchange it for. It was the same item but in a different color. I did not know that the Lowe's return and exchange policy was so complicated! Make sure to read up on their policy if you're making a purchase you are unsure about. This was my first experience doing so, and despite the wait, I really appreciated how the employee was so committed to helping me that she went above and beyond to get it figured out. I had a great experience! While waiting, the employees were also very fun and nice to talk to, which made my experience very pleasant. I liked their dynamic a lot. Lowe's seems to have a great team of employees and seems like a fun place to work at! I would absolutely go back to this location and recommend it to others.
