He stated some are better than the others for durability like Nucore & Durolux and still need to see the different ones that are offered . The one I was choosing was less expensive and happened to match better but when I tried the sample at home it did scratch easily with a flathead(I did as an experiment) as he had previously mentioned. He said not to drag furniture or anything that may scratch it. He said I needed a blue bottom cover for the floor underneath but u are if I actually need it . I decided to head back the next day and exchange the one I had with the one that was more durable to last longer since it would not be warrantied if any scratches were to occur. I also purchased a tool to install it if needed . I wanted to purchase and match a marble piece that I already have in the area going into the other rooms. He took me to the area and we picked a piece out. Additionally, I had the transition piece to match. He loaded the car for me. When I returned the next day it was busier. Another guy assisted me but was told to go to another customer and someone else helped me. He took the ones I purchased out of the car but there was a bit of a delay at the registers when I returned because customers were also returning and purchasing. I will more than likely have someone install it even though I do like to learn DIY .

I was told a routine maintenance was $50 and it ended up being $99 with no phone call to see if I wanted to proceed. I was told some extra things were needed on top of a normal maintenance and that was the reason why. When I picked up my generator the write up said it needed a spark plug and the carburetor was cleaned. Those are all normal maintenance things and no chance they should be another $50. I would have done that myself. Would only go here in a pinch there are other places to get a routine maintenance that include spark plugs and carburetor cleanings for under $100

She handled a difficult situation the worst way possible. Had me unload 35 gallons of paint and then wouldn't return it and then I had to reload the paint. The Sherwin rep called after and couldn't believe how she handled it. Bad customer service and she shouldn't be leading people or servicing customers. Move her to a warehouse in Idaho!!

This location had everything I needed- ladders, brushes, rollers, drop cloths, tape and a friendly staff who answered all my questions and made recommendations. They offered an extension on paint sale price if i bought the first batch of cans before the sale ended, as they track my purchase and colors in their system. Worth the extra miles for this location!
