We purchased a refrigerated display case and had a horrible experience with these people. They seem…read moreto be totally dishonest and irresponsible. Our new refrigerator did not work at all. It took multiple messages and phone calls over the course of a few weeks to get them to send someone to look at it. They kept saying "we're coming today" but never came and didn't respond to our questions asking when they were coming. For many days, we stayed at our business wasting our time waiting around for the technician who never came. When we did occasionally reach them, they kept telling us to call someone different. Pretty sure they were hoping if they avoided us long enough we'd disappear. Finally, they sent a guy who "fixed" it so it started cooling but that same day, it started leaking water and ruining our wood floors. We tried contacting them again to fix it again and never received any response from the technician, business or manager we previously spoke with. Within two weeks, it stopped cooling again too. Now we are left with a completely broken refrigerator and totally wasted our money. Do not try to do business with this company as they are dishonest and irresponsible.

The alto sham- the thermostat didn't work and when I say didn't work I mean that it didn't turn there was a screw bolting it down prevention the nob from turning- purchase price $400 /repair price $150 The true glass door cooler- purchase price $900/ repair price $250. Didn't cool anything at all not one thing. Turbo deluxe freezer purchase price $900/repair price (they are repairing it as I type) the freezer never once froze never froze anything. Imperial 6 burner oven thermostat in oven was broken and no heat shield in oven Imperial Deep fryer- they never converted it for propane gas as they said they did. I could've blown up in my food truck because of the flames. Also the thermostat was broken. HERES MY POINT STAY AWAY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If you still choose to go only buy new stuff. And if you're going to buy new stuff go to a place that can offer a warranty.

I was given the wrong product by the warehouse staff and when I went to return it I was told that I would not get an exchange since I lost my receipt and it was my fault for not checking the product.I spoke to the warehouse staff and he remembered me and the mistake since he remembered a discrepancy when they did warehouse audit. He informed her of his mistake and she told him off also . Needless to say no exchange. Why not exchange it? Believe your staff ? This woman should not be attending customers . Very disappointed long time customer. Stuck with 175$ bucket of silver pigment instead of clear . Thanks Stephanie . Hope your boss reads this and realizes you are crapping on his business . This Oakley Vault store had tons of Oakley sunglasses in stock in a variety of colors at 30% off…read more They also had Oakley shorts, shirts and caps. The heavy Oakley jackets and vests were on a clearance rack. Plenty of backpacks and sandals too. The front desk clerk was very helpful when providing information about certain items. The glass display racks containing the different Oakley sunglasses were very modern and easy to view. Will return to this location.

They also sell googles, they seemed to be the ones you would use for skiing or snowboarding. There were lots of other deals though. T shirts for $14, golf style shirts for $45 with 30% off. Plenty of men's swimwear in stock, great if you are into board shorts. The men's swim trunks could be had for under $30. I did see a rack with some women's bikinis on clearance in the back of the store. Spotted a small rack with flip flops. I think the men's dress shirts impressed me the most. They were on sale for $20 and they had a really nice selection to choose from. I also spotted some khakis for around $30. Not bad prices on these two particular men's wardrobe staples. I walked around the store for 20 minutes no one came over to help me. When the lady finally got around to helping me she was irritated and was rushing me. She went to check a some prices for me while I was still looking. Instead of having me sit at her desk and going over the options she screamed out the prices, I didn't even realize she was talking to me. With that(she was helping me for about 20 min at this point) she says 'are you gonna want me to price anything else out I need to eat some lunch' She also referred to some of the things that I asked about as high end. She was rude condescending and obnoxious. Covid is no excuse for this behavior. My dog could do a better job! If I could give zero stars I would!
