Luckily this year, Sutherlands advertised PREMIUM hanging baskets for $7.99 a piece. I drove out to Pumpkin town on a beautiful clear early Friday afternoon. Sutherlands was packed. Rightfully so, they had TONS of plants for landscaping and gardens with most of them on sale at really great prices. I found a few racks of the premium hanging baskets, and they are AWESOME! Loaded my cart up, and they had two outdoor cashier kiosks to get the busy crowd in and out swiftly. From the looks of it, Sutherlands is the place to be for hardware and gardening needs in Circleville. Heck I might make the trek the for hardware runs in the future, just because they have good sales and great customer service.

We had a bath in our home renovated by a local Bowling Green company one year before we spoke with ImproveIt! Hence, we thought we had a source for good and recent comparison service, installation, and material quality in our home. We called the local company, however, they were booked up for a couple of months, so we called ImproveIt!. The installation for the ImproveIt! project was a bit troublesome. First, the installers wanted to change the installation date to an earlier date. We agreed to do that. However, the day before the new installation date, the installers called and moved the date back to a later date stating that they did not have all the needed materials. This, in our mind, was a strange turn. Second, the installers did not have the correct ventilator/light that was specified in the contract. It took a couple of weeks and several return visits by the installers to correctly install the right ventilator/light. Third, while the installation quality was adequate, it was not the same quality craftsmanship installation as what the local company did. Fourth, the shower head, hand shower, and valve quality was of much inferior quality than the hardware installed in the other bath by the local company. I would not have agreed to the quality of ImproveIt!'s hardware had I known what it was at the time of the sale. The installed hardware was or is of the least-expensive grade hardware that I found at The Home Depot. We also request a raindrop shower head that would extend out a couple of feet towards the center of the shower like the shower that was being replaced. We did not get the extended shower arm. The installers were very kind and professional in their work. They did a great job at cleaning up.

I had Easy Bath LLC redo / update a shower stall in the master…read morebathroom. - The existing masterbath is real marble with all Kohler Devonshire polished brass fixtures, with: - Dual facing marble counters separated by center of room wall with all matching Kohler Devonshire polished brass sink, Jacuzzi tub and shower stall hardware. - Twin his & her matching walk-in closets - Separate standalone toilet room with sliding door - Free standing bidet Several issues. We only updated the shower stall. The previous shower stall had Kohler Devonshire polished brass fixtures. Easy Bath was to replace the shower stall walls (with new acrylic) & new floor base, brass shower trim on shower stall and plumbing. I made sure that they knew the existing shower drain was leaking down into the basement / and down into the basement - furnace room. Mike "assured me" he understood what I was saying and this would be corrected. I am pretty certain that they didn't bother to go down in the basement to see what I was talking about. The first issue was that the job description stated that the frame on the new shower stall + door was to be brass / gold color. When I came in later the day of the install they had installed a shower stall / door with chrome trim. They tried to argue that it was "gold color" - but it was not. I made them remove the shower stall and replace with the correct trim we had agreed ... brass / gold color finish ... match the Kohler Devonshire plumbing hardware I specified the model of Kohler shower hardware (handle + shower spray) and they did install correct Kohler items with polished brass finish. At the end of the job I pointed out that trim around the shower close to the shower door needed to be adjusted / painted due to damage. This was never completely corrected ... issue was that a towel rack next to the shower stall should have been removed and the wall around that area should have been painted. I had to have a handyman come in and fix it. In all I had to have them come back four times (including the initial install) in order to complete the job. Now I am seeing that the caulk along the shower base and the acrylic wall is failing / faulty in at least one place leaving a gap that water can drop into. I will have to have a handyman come in and recaulk this.

This company was hired to do a shower conversion of my main bathroom to start on July 7, 2022. Workers did not show so I sent a text to the owner inquiring about the time. I never received a response from him. They eventually showed up at 12:30pm. They tore out the tub and shower (about 25 minutes) and left for the day. July 8 - Friday's start time was 9am, they showed up at 10:30am and worked 2 hours. They took a 1-hour lunch and worked 1 hour when they returned. I was told they couldn't finish and would have to return Monday because his son had a baseball game on Saturday! I did not receive a call from the owner or his son about this situation. July 9 and 10 - No work, Full household with one shower July 11 - Arrived Monday at 915am. At 11am I am told parts are missing and would have to come back Tuesday. July 12 - I had to leave work Tuesday to get this completed. When they so called finished up, my wife checked, and they had forgot to finish the grab bars! My new bathroom wall opposite the shower is full of marks and smudges! My wife had to call them back inside the bathroom! I sent a text to Mike Grafton on July 11. He finally responded with the same COVID excuse that appears in other reviews submitted weeks ago. He didn't know what was going on?? I told him I expected to be compensated for missed work and inconvenience to my family. He stated of course compensation would occur and he would call us back. We have not heard from Mike or his son. Beware of this shady company.

They stacked a desk on top of our things because they stripped the screws and couldn't take it apart. They scooted our 85" tv across the ground, unprotected, after telling my wife over and over they would wrap it to keep it protected. They intentionally left items (an adult bike, a heat press, and a battery powered mower) sitting on the side of our house, hoping that my wife would not see them. When they were confronted, one of the movers owned up to trying to deceive us into thinking that the items had been loaded. They used a rake and a shovel to shove our king size mattress onto the truck when they discovered the door would not shut because of horribly it was packed. Now that the delivery is in Ohio, we have many many items that are scratched, bent, etc because of the way they were packed. My wife contacted BellHop, but cannot get anyone to call her back. She has emailed, and called with no response from anyone. If you are looking to schedule movers, please, bypass this company.
