We called Louis and some other local stores but he was the only one that called us back. We set up an appointment and he showed up on time and was amazingly helpful. We shared our concerns about having to leave town ( we both live out of state ) with my fathers collection sitting in the house with no one there. Louis offered to store the collection while we finished probate and also gave us a fair price on the appraisal. I would highly recommend Louis and Metal Gear Armory fit his knowledge, honesty and patience ! We felt good working with Louis and knew that our father would appreciate his collection going to someone that shared his values and passion for fire arms. Thank you Louis for your help!

Oh my goodness do not go to this gun range if you want to live to see another day. On a sunday I…read morebought an hour of range time to shoot. I don't think I lasted 20 minutes. Within that short amount of time every gun safety rule was broken by people in my shooting bay. There was a gun on the floor pointed in my direction out of the case and bag. This is a major safety issue. Next a father and son come into the bay next to me, dude starts loading bullets into a magazine behind me while the gun is on the table, case completely open. If you aren't using the weapon, leave it in the back you do not load a magazine behind the firing line with the gun exposed. I went and told the staff and they agreed with my concerns and spoke to the patrons. I appreciate how they handled the situation but it got worse. I went back to try and finish my shooting time and I kid you not..the rows to my right a guy takes the gun out of the bay window firing line area and brings it behind everyone and does something with the little shelves behind you. If you do not understand that all firearms are to be left on the bay pointed down range when not in use, you need to be kicked out. That was the final straw for me. I couldn't focus on my own practice because idiots around me continued to ignore every fire safety rule in the book. This range needs to have range safety officers immediately. Someone will get hurt here and watching camera footage is not going to save a life. Beyond insane and super dangerous.

BEWARE!! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!!…read more The range itself was decent however their corporate policies and membership cancellation is a scam. I am currently talking with their support on charges for the top teir membership for months which they never linked to my email/online account. When I logged on, it said I had no membership and there was no way to cancel. So I assumed that there was no membership. Now they are denying a refund for the membership charges for 5 months eventhough it was RangeUSA error. Thankfully I have full screen caps of my portal saying no membership, email strings with their support saying they wont fix the problem and their policy saying that The only way to cancel a membership is online through my account portal. Im filing a fraudulent complaint with the FTC and will be taking them to small claims court if they dont make this right. BEWARE!! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!!

Unfortunately that dealer thought we were suckers and would buy whatever "deal" they handed us. They flat out lied about prices and "cutting commissions" just for us. We almost gave in, then decided maybe this just wasn't our year. Then we found Vance's. What an amazing experience!! We spoke with Scott and Trey over email and phone calls and they were so incredibly nice! They are 3 hours from us, so we didn't want any surprises. They were detailed and informative every step of the way. We bought our boat, sight unseen and headed out to pick her up. But there were surprises....Mark and Hunter! My goodness....such incredible people! We had a small hiccup with our trailer but everything came out perfectly. Hunter made us feel as if we were family and helped us get all our necessary gear for our first ever boat. Mark!! How we wish we could have brought him home for private lessons (and a day on the lake! )! He took us out on Buckeye Lake and introduced us to our new boat, no rush, took whatever time we needed. The one thing about all 4 of the men we worked with is that no one made us feel stupid for knowing very little about boating. They answered every question without judgement. I wish they were closer, they were a wealth of information and felt like friends we've known forever by the time we left. Thank you Scott, Trey, Hunter and Mark for all of your help and your excellent service. We hope to someday see you all again. Steve and Natasha Schwartz
