They may not have it in stock but they can get anything quickly and with fair prices. I prefer ro support small businesses because years of expertise come with the service instead of a clueless zombie that will give you anything to shut you up and get you to leave. Annette and Lynette were so very accommodating in the pro services area of helping me to get my product scheduled and loaded. There was also Tiffany who helped in many different areas. She was strategic in doing whatever was needed to complete the job with haste and a smile. These people worked so well together to give me a phenomenal experience. We decided to go by Floor and Decor and see if we could get some ideas. We were a bit overwhelmed by the selection to be honest, which is a good thing, we just need to narrow down what it is we want a little more maybe, and then try again. It's amazing how many options they offer for wall, floor, counters, and so much more. They have large displays of each product to give you a good idea of how a large area will look, but it was not always clear where the product was on the shelves for each display, and unfortunately finding an employee to assist is a big challenge. If you do find one, they will probably not know the answer, and just make one up. We asked one employee where a set of tiles were and they said they were discontinued, and no longer had any...but then we found a whole section of them an aisle over, very discouraging. In the end we bought a few options and have brought them home to see them in the space. They offer a 90 day return, so once we nail it down, we'll be able to return options we don't want, which is nice. We enjoyed the variety, selection and decent pricing, it's just the lack of helpful employees/staff that making shopping there less than perfect.

Had to spend no less than 30 hours on the phone trying to correct errant deliveries, items that were broken, etc. Multiple items are falling apart after 8-10 months and West Elm is denying any responsibility and declining to help in any way. I will never buy furniture from West Elm again, and would caution anyone from doing so. Desks have paint chipping at every seam 10 months later, leather chairs have metal and wood poking through the backs of them. West Elm says this is normal wear and tear. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
