Don't even think about buying this cheap hose, I purchased this garden hose from Harbor Freight 8998 Knott Ave, Buena Park, less than 6 months ago and its already sprung a leak and it kinked it multiple places during the 6 months. I'll never buy a greenwood product again, and definitely never buy a hose from harbor freight! Another fraudulent problem with Harbor Freight is that they don't save your in store purchases in your harbor freight online account, but they ask you for your phone number in store and when I'm logged into my account on Harbor Freight's website, harbor freight wants me to leave a review of my recent purchases, but they won't let the innocent, valued customer keep an online receipt of a in store purchase saved in the customer's online account. So harbor freight knows you purchased that item, but it gives them a fraudulent way to not have to accept your return or if their cheap product breaks. read more

I went there to see if they had gloves. The ones that had the lights in the fingertips. They were helpful with directing me to the area of gloves. Everybody I came across, was very friendly and asked if I needed help. I continue to look around the store. I found an extension cord I was looking for me. For the second time I went into the store located at 8998 Knox Avenue, Buena Park, California and I was greeted by this associate, a most professional, ethical person. And they had lots of them in store! They had bigger ones and smaller ones too. I grabbed two of the smaller ones. And I also needed some tarps to wrap things that I don't want to break. This was the first location I stopped at to find a platform cart with handle. Unfortunately they did not have the item. The man at the register (Ricardo) very wisely offered to check other stores for the cart. The closest one with it was in Lakewood. He even called the store from his personal cell phone to have the cart held for me. I purchased an anti fatigue rubber mat and roll of painters tape, both items cost me under $16. Many hand and power tools, dolly and hand trucks, tool storage systems, tarps, lighting for working in tight spots. The place for those DIY Project tools when you don't want to spend a lot of money. Just had the greatest return experience at Harbor Freight. I purchased a hedge trimmer last spring with the warranty. It worked great, and I trimmed some bushes. Put it back in the box. Put on shelf sat there a year, today I plug it in and it did not work. Took it back, no. receipt, cashier looked it up. He let me know that it was on sale for 5 dollars cheaper, so I actually got a 5 dollar credit to buy another 2 year warranty. read more

Great place to get tools for my workshop. It seems bigger in the inside and they have a fantastic selection/inventory (I.e. tool chests) compared to some of its smaller locations. The staff quite knowledgeable and will assist as possible. Don't miss out on the clearance section, because you can find a lot of goodies there too. Oh I love me some Harbor freight tools! One time I was hired to make order of a sound room . At a bar lounge place that does events. You could make a system of organization no problem. The real challenge is getting everybody to follow it. I got everything I needed at Harbor freight. I love going in there. My friend sent me the ad that had the electric flyswatter's. I think about it all the time I'm an animal lover , but I can't stand flies ! I have like super sonic hearing and they really bothers me. Plus I don't appreciate things throwing up on my food. Does it make up that I leave plates of water outside for the bees because I love them . Starting to feel really guilty about this purchase. Straight lipped emoji face . Still my favorite store. Every time I go here, I get irritated by something new. Yesterday was the last time I'll visit here, and now I'm going to say something. The female who was working the register around lunch time could not care less about the customers. She had a man at her register who was taking a long time to check out, lots of questions, etc. Instead of calling for a backup cashier right away, she was fine with watching the line of people waiting to pay getting longer and longer. When her customer stepped away to go get a SKU number, she just turned away and did something else while she waited for him to return. And the line got even longer. I watched one frustrated person in line just set their items on the shelf and leave. After several more minutes, she did call for another cashier. Eventually, I was helped by a pleasant young man, bought my stuff, and got out of there. But I didn't appreciate that annoying waste of my lunchtime. I hope someone talks to her and sets her straight on what is important in retail. read more

This is a typical Harbor Freight Tools which is a good thing. This location is as bright and clean as any other. The staff is friendly enough without being pushy or overly helpful. If you have never been to a Harbor Freight they have good quality tools at very reasonable prices. This is not a huge location but I was satisfied with this visit and I will come back again when I need something in the future. read more

I have passed this Harbor Freight many times going to La Michoacana right next door never looking in its direction. So what a surprise it was when my employer instructed me to pick up a few items from this location that I never knew existed. Once inside this place was busy with 3 workers manning the place. They all were friendly and worked efficiently. However, Jose was awesome I needed to pick up something from the back of the store and the whole process went so smoothly. If I wasn't working and buying something for myself I'd probably would have tipped. So I hope y'all suffice with a good review. read more

I only live .5 miles from the place. So I thought I could use my e-bike. Got there in just 4,5 min. To make this short , there is no place to secure my e-bike. So I went inside to ask if I can just park it inside. The people at the cashier's desk acted like I had a bomb or something and told me I can't take it inside. The two girls were rude. So helpful i was standing behind 2 man that was being help by a great employee helping them find the best deal and took the time to hell them find there items at discount. Been going there for a few months. Some things are okay and some are very cheaply made. You have to be aware of what you buy. I am on my third biker style rolling stool. the wheels are cheap and the threads that hold them to the legs are not well made. So far the store has exchanged the seats, but not sure they will again if this seat does not hold up. I would not buy this stool again. This seat is made in China and is typical of a product from China.......cheaply made. Other things I have bought there are holding up okay. One other thing I should probably mention. The staff there is very friendly, but they don't seem to have a lot of product knowledge. read more

Rude racist cashier . I Was waiting in line behind register 4, When the cashier finished with his current customer I walked to the front. I said hello to the cashier he ignores me. He then proceeds to tell me there's another customer before me. So I say "oh ok" me thinking I must have not seen the other guy, so I walked back to where I was standing. Then the cashier calls over a white customer from the other side of the store. this customer was behind line 8 and attends him before me. This man was at another register. Maybe like 3 or 4 registers away from the one I was on. This was a very uncomfortable thing. I guess this is how it is when you're brown and standing in line at Harbor Freight tools, they're gonna skip you for white customers. If you're brown or black you might be in for a little wait. Needless to say I'm never shopping at harbor freight again I'll take my business elsewhere. read more
