Now why not five stars? Well, my only gripe - and it's no big deal - is that it's hard to figure out what things cost. Some things - well less than half by the way - have prices you can see. The rest, especially one-off outdoor items from coolers to cookers to statuary - have "item" numbers. I guess that lets staff look prices up but how many trips do I make inside to ask 'how much is item ....?' I experienced difficulty when I tried to replace the MO as the holes in the MO and mounting bracket didn't align. With a bit of frustration I returned the MO. Amir was accommodating and immediately agreed to a return, but he also offered some insight and I decided to try the install once again. With his insight the replacement went without a hitch. I am sincerely baffled by just how terrible the customer service is here. It's like it's a bad joke…read moreor something. I even gave them half of the overpriced estimate just to make sure they could order the material needed. A week later Peggy still had not ordered the material. The piece ended up being 3 days late for the date it was explicitly for. On top of that, it was done incorrectly and Peggy promised to fix it . So I gave her 3 WEEKS to order the correct colored and sized metal plate. I dropped in 3 weeks later and she hadn't ordered it. Half a week later I went back and she had ordered the wrong sized plate and still not inserted into the matting like I explicitly and repeatedly had requested. And this was after 3 emails and two trips up north just to clarify exactly what was ordered. It was at this point that I just gave up and took it to another shop where the people didn't lie and cover it up with excuses.
