Never arrived, never scheduled on a truck as of 3:30 pm and was told would not be delivered today. After arguing with these IDIOTS I chose to cancel the order in its entirety. Getting anyone to help you here will probably be the hardest part of your project! I have my own beef to pick with these guys but something that happened that really upset me is how they treated my grandparents. My grandparents are big Lowe's shoppers! I'm not even exaggerating, they probably drop three grand a month at Lowe's .. and sometimes more. They are both retired and are always doing new projects around their house! Well, one of the times they went there they had bought a bunch of mulch and rocks for their yard, and when they asked if they could get some help loading it one of the men working there said they didn't really have the people to help load anything so they asked someone else and he said he was about to go on break... my grandparents are elderly and my grandpa has health issues. He wasn't asking for them to do it all on their own. He literally asked for HELP. That day specifically they spent around 800 bucks. It breaks my heart that people are so lazy and don't want to work anymore! Absolutely ridiculous and I will just go to Leander from now on because at least there people won't treat you like trash. This store should be ashamed of themselves because they've done a very similar thing to me twice when I had a two month old baby with me and once to my mother. Disgraceful. read more

I ordered a shower door online to be delivered the following Wednesday. They called me and told me they "just were not running a truck to my town this week." I live an hour from the store. I decided to come pick it up. Instead of just refunding me the delivery charge, they cancelled the order. I ordered a online order for several things. 2 out of 3 shipments were delivered correctly. One package was delivered to the incorrect address at 1:30 A.M. I went into several locations and no one was even able to track what happened to the package. I finally was sent a picture of where it was delivered and it was the incorrect address and at 1:30 A.M. So Lowes told me to call Fedex and file a claim with them. I have now spent over 4 hours trying to find and file a claim for this delivery. So when you order from Lowes it is coming from a different shipper. I will never ever have anything delivered to my home again. What a waste of my time. read more

Their third party delivery company is fly-by-night operation. Because of the height of their truck, they could not make the delivery and their GPS system did not show an alternate route. A REAL delivery company uses a Trucking GPS system that would indicate clearance heights and have alternate routes. Lowes purchase history database did not show appliances bought after 2019. I suggest you be kind to friends and neighbors that have pickup trucks. Arrange your own delivery. read more

Wanted to purchase a new washer and dryer this passed weekend. Was helped by Aleksey Solovyev, This guy is super nice and knowledgeable. He had me and my boyfriend ready to buy from him. Unfortunately lowes was out of stock of the models we were interested in getting. We ended up having to buy from Best Buy, they did have what we wanted in stock. I ordered a LG fridge (5/23/21). Received an email that said it would be delivered 5/26 AM. That time had came and passed. So I called into the local Lowe's, and they told me that this was a huge misunderstanding, they did not have this specific fridge, and it would not be available until Aug/21. Frustrated, I asked to come to the store and pick one out(I needed one). When I arrived at the store,I was completely surprised, as the first person to ask if I could use some help, I told him, and he asked me if I had called in earlier.( turns out, these guys here work together and communicate). He knew my name and what I was looking for. Donnie, showed me my options, he was extremely helpful in showing me the difference between what I had ordered, and what they could offer. Next, I met the Assistant Manger, Joe. Joe was willing to work with me on price, and completely understood the misunderstanding regarding my online order. I actually felt confident that Joe was going to see this to the end. After all of our negotiations, Joe assured me he would give me a fair price based on the fridge I had bought, -vs- the one I agreed to buy. I was then directed to the Delivery Coordinator, Jacki. Jacki was at the front register with all my info, and made the old sale/new sale happen within seconds. I am writing this review hours after my transaction between these folks. I truly have faith in the management team that works here. These folks turned a bad experience into an experience that will persuade me to drive an extra 30 min to get here. This may not speak volume to the small town hospitality you would expect, but it speaks more volume to the folks that work here, and are truly dedicated to helping a customer. read more

Liars or idiots are in charge at the Marble Falls store, I'm not sure which. I came in with an authorized return email for an online purchase and they refused to refund my money. Then I went home and called Lowe's customer service, and was informed within minutes that I should be able to walk into any Lowe's store with the return barcode and go to the returns desk for a prompt refund. I'll be canceling my floor installation, and I'll never shop there again. I've never met a more incompetent group of people in my life. I've been sold multiple products that were discontinued, or out of stock and been given delivery dates, only to find out they don't have what I paid for and can't get it, then sold another product they can't get. They have no idea what they're selling, but they'll take your money three times for the same project and then back out on the delivery after you've already hired a Lowe's certified installer. I purchased a Breaker Box a few weeks ago but tried to return it and purchase the one my Electrician recommended this afternoon and the whole situation was a nightmare because my receipt wasn't readily available. Don't buy the extended warranty for anything. I did for both a refrigerator and mower. Both had issues and needed service and one took 2 months and they never fixed and the second we are going on the third month now and they have cancelled 5 times now. Making matters worse, they (the stores) have NO ideas how to help. They outsource to SEARS apparently. Also, when I called Samsung about the issue, they told me that Lowe's has the worst service agreements and where most of their complaints come from. First they delivered the product broken and when I tried to schedule the delivery of a new one they basically ghosted me. Never called back. We order a refrigerator on line that was in stock for delivery on March 25th. Paid for it and still nothing as of April 4th. Called and spoke with Bill and Chris (store managers) and no return calls. The refrigerator was not in stock and had to be transferred from another store, yet no follow calls were made. My wife and I have spent almost a hour on hold. This is mainly for the guy that works in doors, Ray, at the Lowe's in Marbel Falls, Tx . listen people am not just talking to any gender just anyone when you purchase a door special order from Lowe's and tell the sales person that you want to go ahead and get everything you need for the door ( as it will take some time to be shipped) and he says "oh just get it when you pick the door up" what he is really saying is " let someone else help you do that!! Not, he's the one that just ordered your door!! He knows whether or not it needs a dead bolt, what best lock to get for it. Whether to use insolation!! Or the foam, what size trim out u will need for the door, so you don't buy the wrong size needing to cut it down to fit!! Am tied of people saying it's easy to do just read the instructions!! I am not a carpenter! I'm a nurse and next tine Ray needs to do a home catheterization on himself and ask me I'll be sure to tell him oh it's easy just read the instructions! But oh be sure it's in the right place before you fill the balloon with water! It'll hurt like hell if your not in the right place!! But don't worry it comes with instructions. read more

Never really had a troublesome issue aside from one time I have the cashier a gift card and it wouldn't swipe so I looked at her screen thinking she would manually enter it in and she just kept trying to swipe it. I came around the counter and had to help her manually enter in the card number. I'm not a Lowe's employee but was more inclined than she was. Not a big deal, maybe she was new, but I mean come on. Aside from that, this is a pretty decent home store for marble falls. I'd take the extra drove to go to Leander Lowe's though if you can. read more

I love the cashiers Christy & Bob @ the pro desk are a hoot & super helpful. The "shipping & receiving manager" Michael is useless. He refuses to do his job. We pre-ordered a bunch of materials for a project, told them we'd pick up in 4 days. Had to wait 2 hours for them to gather it from stock, luckily they had enough material. Today I asked for help loading materials and he turned around its not my job. Ok, fine, asked one of the other loader guys, Michael turned around Hes busy for me (standing there yep looks super busy, its 8 am on Sunday they just got there). The guy has cussed at customers and I guess no one cares if he makes clients go elsewhere. read more

Came to Lowe's to purchase a fridge. I was looking for one that is currently in stock so I could take it home today. The first employee in the appliance area that I encountered wouldn't just tell me what was in stock. He wanted me to come back and forth to his desk with skew numbers. The second employee was helpful and I finally found a fridge. She told me they would load it and strap it for me but I needed my own straps. I go home, get some straps and come back, only to find out AFTER they loaded for me that they're not going to help me strap it or even move it in the bed of my truck closer to the cab and strapping points. I'm a young lady who has never loaded or strapped a refrigerator in my life. No help, nothing. I will never spend another penny there read more

We had a horrible experience at the Home Depot in Bee Cave and a not so great first meeting with an appliance associate at Lowes Marble Falls location. After that experience Nick the manager was so very helpful! We came in on Easter Sunday to purchase an gas range and a new fridge. He showed us all our options and answered all of our questions then proceeded to complete our order and schedule our delivery of the new appliances. I will be doing all of my home improvement shopping at Lowes from now on thanks to Nick. He was so professional and friendly it makes me want to never go anywhere else. I live much closer to Bee Cave but will drive the extra miles to Marble Falls in the future thanks to the great customer service I received here. read more

When we had to replace a refrigerator last week, we went straight to Lowes. After reading reviews on the various brands, we were confused as each had some that loved the products and others who hated them. Aimee and Jeff spent a lot of time helping us sort through our needs and budget to come up with the perfect one for us. We decided to redo our living room this spring and choose to go with Lowe's for our materials because of the "easy online purchasing with free in store pickup". None of it has gone well so far. It started with the online purchase. When we first placed our order on the internet we used a promotional code that gave us a 10% discount which showed to be applied to the our purchase at the time of checkout. Then we also received an email confirmation with the discount applied to this total about 5 minutes later. So far so good. Then a several days later we received an email From Lowe's saying # 1 - that our order was in store and READY FOR PICKUP ! And # 2 that the price had gone up by ........10% !!! Hhhmm?! We knew that we had an email confirming otherwise. We thought this email says if there are any problems with the order "call this customer support number" so we did. I Asked the rep if I could get the status of our order and gave her the order number. She replied sternly "did you call the store? Ok I'll call them" and then put me on hold for a bit. When she got back from putting me on hold she told me that our order was there at the store, even though it turns out that it wasn't. But anyway, Then I asked her about the 10% discount discrepancy. Her tone changed and she said that there was "no discount !" At this point I reassured her that at the time of the purchase we had a promotional discount applied and that I had the receipt in the form of an email purchase confirmation. I offered to forward this email to her so that she could see it herself if that would help. At this point she says that she needs to put me on hold to check on it and hangs up on me instead. My wife ended up calling back and fighting over it for another 30 mins until they finally agreed that the 10% was supposed to applied and gave it back to us, rightfully so. Now to the store itself. We called the store's customer service to triple check that the order was actually in the store and really ready for pick up. The store itself tells us YES it's here now. We thought that's great and finally! An email, the Lowes customer support center and the store itself all say it's there now. It should be there and everything's gonna get better from here on out (or so we thought). So I drive 25 miles one way to go pick the order up. When I get there they tell me that they can't find everything that was in the purchase. They tell me that it's misplaced and have me waiting around for about 40 mins. Finally the gentleman at the customer service counter tells me that the order is only partially arrived. That eight of the fifteen items are there. That I would have to come back later for the rest of it when it gets there. He Didn't seem at all apologetic, concerned about my inconvenience, or at all responsible for telling us on the phone that it was at the store even though it wasn't. I remained polite and respectful from the time that I walked into the store to the time I walked out. I couldn't help but to notice that there were other customers that weren't as patient and kind as myself and I understand why. I've been to this store more that a several dozen times in the last few years and noticed that the quality of customer service in generally has gone down here. I can remember when I used to tell people about how good the costumer service was at this store and how helpful the employees were. That Their tone and manner, politeness made you want to come back for anything and everything you might need. They made you feel so comfortable that you could let your guard down. Lately it's been going in the opposite direction. I guess that's why I find myself here writing this post. read more

Just bought $200 worth of trees. Practically had to beg the two young men in the garden area to wrap the leaf end of the trees. We were taking them home in our truck so needed to protect the trees from wind damage. We had about 60 miles of travel. After having to ask them for more than 2 pieces of 2x2 foot plastic wrap, after 10 miles, the plastic came off. We stopped and bought large trash bags and tape and took care of it ourselves. They just were too cool to care. I am sure they are cheap labor but not good representatives of a store. read more

We bought a stove and microwave. We got the microwave delivered and got someone else's appliance instead of our stove. I went back to the store to tell them what had happened and Customer service was horrible, they said they could deliver the stove on a Sunday morning two days after the wrong delivery. We had to have eat takeout food breakfast, lunch, dinner, for two days and Lowes didn't even come close to an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. read more

Wife and I bought tile and carpet for our small house. The installers first told us that Lowes forgot to include grout for our tile job. So we called Lowes and they apologized and had some bags sent over to the installers. Unfortunately they didn't send enough and we then had to drive to the store ourselves to get more bags. Then the installers told us they didn't have enough porcelain tile cement to finish the job. So we had to make another trip to the store ourselves to get that. Finally at the end of the tile job, the installers told us that Lowes forgot to include enough floor wood trim so they finished with what they had and that we would have to notify Lowes so someone else could come and finish the job. We called Lowes installation to explain and request the follow up and were told someone would call us back and no one has called back in two days. Then to top things off, the carpet installers came today and discovered that they don't have enough carpet pad so they are now driving to the store to get more pad. This is the worst organized flooring job I have ever experienced. Never again will I use Lowes for a job like this. This is just ridiculous. They have no problems when it comes to collecting the money but can't get their act together in actually doing the job. I also agree with earlier comments. Their customer service is terrible. They don't have enough coverage in the flooring department and people are constantly having to wait. Terrible way to run a business. read more

We were in need of new flooring for a condo we bought and we live three hours away so we went to Lowes, believing they have good customer service. Were we wrong ! Dealing with the installation has been horrible, and we took off time to be there on site. Installers are suppose to call, but don't. They show up when we aren't there, take drinks out of the refrigerator, and leave a huge mess when they leave. Trying to get ANY response from the installation scheduling company is next to non-existent. We even tried to contact the store management team---but no response.
