Have to say I'm extremely disappointed with this store. You expect bad customer service from the bigger stores, but not from your local stores. So on that note, if you are looking to buy building materials look elsewhere, these people have seriously screwed us on our build. We were told if we ordered them they would be here in one week, so we ordered and paid for our materials, we are now going on week three and now no one can even tell us where our order is.... Now I understand delays, but Every time we go in there now we get blown off. No one will even try to pull it up and check just keeps saying come back and talk to some one else and then they are no help. I'm all about keeping it local but not when I'm getting treated like this. From this point on we will be giving our money to someone else. Completely ridiculous how we've been treated at this store.
