He was beyond helpful while I looked for the right paint for a DIY project. He was kind and had the right recommendation. While I waited at the register, I realized that I needed and additional can, and he went to grab another can for me so I wouldn't lose my place in line (which was very long) this interaction makes up for all the less than friendly interactions I've had at Home Depot. Absolutely unprofessional results, I have dealt with so many companies, ordering thousands upon thousands of dollars of tools and Tool Nut takes the absolute crown for the worst Customer Service experience. Tool Nut shipped replacement items twice to the wrong address, then telling me that it was my problem, and I should deal with it, go retrieve them, oh and please return one of them, In what universe is this good customer service. The customer service I experienced was rude and condescending. An N&S saleswoman ordered the wrong size fixture for my renovation and the showroom refused to take it back and exchange it for the correct size. After months of trying to reason with various staff, I had to take N&S to small claims court. N&S agreed to reimburse me for only half ($1200) and made me keep the unusable vanity. REALLY??? "Exceptional customer service" would have been to reimburse me in full and then sell the vanity to someone else, especially after I purchased over $7500 worth of fixtures from them. It's all about the money.... I would never recommend N&S to anyone.
