I have to longing to my yelp account and write this again, be careful guys!!…read more This place is ripping people off!! They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! If you don't pay they give your bill to collections!! It happened on me already please don't be the next one. They already messed up my credit score unless I pay for a treatment which I never got!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. If you don't pay me I will give your bill to collection. Easy money so nice. This is what happened on me I hope nobody goes to this place and be set up like me.

I'm now in my third year of coming to this location. After my first review, Heather (the office…read moremanager) reached out to me. That meant a lot, so I thought I'd stick around. Last year I had minor issues while picking up my new sunglasses. The lenses were swapped. They fixed it, so not a huge deal there. We're all human, mistakes happen. My complaint is for June of this year. Dr. Garcia was great. He adjusted my prescription since it said it was under corrected. Fine, eyesight can change, I don't have an issue there. I picked out a new pair, and picked them up. I tried them on, and I couldn't see a thing. I wear progressive lenses, so it seemed like the measurements were off. One of the girls checked my measurements and agreed they were off, and sent them off to get them fixed. Got the new pair and tried them out and the same thing. I asked if I could swap the frames, since maybe they are not a good fit. She said fine. She didn't offer to help me find anything new, so I found something and crossed my fingers. Fast forward to now. It's now 3 months after my initial appointment. I go in the third time to get my new glasses. I tried them on and they seem a little bit better. The girl at the front desk (the same one that helped me the last few times) said to just give it time to adjust and to try them on when my eyes are rested. I also mentioned that they feel a bit off, I thought they maybe just needed to be adjusted. After adjusting the nose pads, she said to just try them out and come back if needed. I don't want to come back a 4th time! There was another technician sitting at one of the desks with no customer (the office was empty) but there no offer to assist either. I finally just walked out. The office staff (especially the girl that helped me several times) is not very helpful. I always feel like I'm bothering her and that she doesn't want to be there. I was also told that Heather would contact me about the difference in my glasses and I never heard back. I don't know if I owe more money, or if I am owed a refund. These new glasses still don't feel right. I'm struggling to find the "center". They do need to be adjusted, since they are digging into my ears. For that, I'll just go to a different eye place for assistance. Hopefully I can find a place that will actually take the time and care to assist. At this point I don't know what to do. I've worn glasses my whole life, and I've never had an issue like this before. Transition period yes, but never the struggle to find the "center" of the glasses. It's been over a week, and I'm still struggling. I'm beyond frustrated.

I did extensive research before choosing this practice. I am always treated with a friendly staff and a caring doctor. She listens to me and treats me with respect and answers my questions. Dr. Kenner treated her so kindly and I can say her physical well being has improved since starting hormone treatment. Honestly.. I wish I had something good to say about this place. The first red flag was that they…read morerefused to refer to me by my married name even when asked. They sent me a text, asking to call when I got there because they weren't allowing patients in the waiting room. Great! I called when I got there & during the time I was waiting in my car, I saw at least 3 women park, get out of the car, & go in without a call. When we got inside, my appointment was rushed. I didn't have enough time to even finish two pages of paperwork before I was being called back. The Dr I saw, Dr Kenner, was very dismissive of any questions or concerns I had. Honestly she was very insulting when she refused to answer some of my questions & then told me she could "just tell I was one of THOSE people" (this is my first pregnancy. The question I asked was about a combined spinal block & epidural - she refused to answer. I then picked up a magazine in her office which explained to me what it was. My husband also made a comment about something on a poster in her office - which she said wasn't true information.... The ultrasound was very fast & I had no time to ask questions. Do not come here if you would like a holistic birth because I was informed I'd be confided to my back only, not allowed to eat, in the bed. Do any amount of research & you will see why this is a red flag. I came back for one more visit ONLY because it was already previously scheduled & I wanted to see the baby & get the blood work done. (She gave me no choice in the blood work, by the way) The ultrasound tech was much nicer than Dr Kenner, however she informed us of gender before 13 weeks, which is illegal in some places to tell gender that soon because it is far too early. I ended up getting a second opinion on the ultrasound & what she told us was a penis was not in fact a penis. I could go on & on about this place.... just avoid it.

The Con's: Good luck waiting under an hour to be seen and that's just the main waiting room, once they bring you back to the exam rooms you will wait 15-30 mins to see the Doctor. They allow people to talk on their cellphones while in the waiting rooms. Want to hear what Grandpa Norma Jean is telling Bucky for 45mins....:/! Their intake contact Jaimy lied about the level of contact we would have both with my partner and the team in charge of their care. This added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. Despite what you are told at intake, you will get no more than 15 minutes a day to talk to your loved one and they are in a VERY public space with a ton of background noise that makes it difficult to communicate. You will also NOT have regular contact with their care team. They are concerned with the home environment the patient will return to but have very little compassion for the family and do not seem to have a grasp that life outside of the facility does not get put on hold. Know going in that despite what you are told, you will have little contact with your loved one, minimal updates about their progress and care, and might hear from their care team once over the course of 4wks. Being informed of this ahead of time might help others manage a difficult situation - especially if there are children involved. It would have been a much better experience for everyone if they had been clear on the realities of the expected communication from the start.
