I have been ill since I was a child and growing up with pain is never fun. It's also never fun when you're young and trying to convince doctors you're in pain. It's easy for them to jump to conclusions. I've seen multiple pain doctors but none that tackle the body and medicine in a manner that Dr. Ding does. I have always believed that eastern medicine is an amazing tool and can do great things, why else has it survived this long, and western medicine helps to fill in those gaps. Too much of either can lead to trouble though. Having someone who can feel the pain I feel and truly believe my struggles is the validation I have yet to get and wanted for so long. I don't have to prove myself here. Dr. Ding is willing to work with me and, together, work on a plan to get me off the medication I have wanted to be free of for many years. I have seen the results and know it will take time, but I feel incredibly blessed to have someone who I believe can get me to that point. I have to add that the office staff, Hanna, is very professional and friendly. Plus the trash cans there are really nice. Thank you Dr. Ding for pushing the envelope and working medicine the way it should be done.

Even though we had a difficult situation, Ruth was able to make it so much better. Our care provider was also very knowledgeable and kind and we feel confidant in her recommendations. Don't use them. Some how you in up failing the drug test…read more . And yes it can be done. I was accused of failing 2 drug test. With drugs I know I didn't take. Nothing is explained to you. I've called the office over 10 times in the month that I was there. And not one returned call. But receptionist assure me AUDRI had gotten each message. MRI was done but never went over. Never met Dr. Puppala. Didn't talk to anyone about my problem. But was given appointments for TFESI what is that 2 one week apart. And as I scheduled for both they change the location after I had made arrangements for ride all 4 times.Just for them to cancel. But what really is something once again I failed another test.NO WAY. If they aren't contaminating the specimen there they are being contaminated at the lab. But I do know I don't abuse drugs never have never will. I take all my medicines the way they were prescribe. But from the beginning they tried pushing that SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR telling me the injection wouldn't do me any good mind you they schedule them. Then Ms. Audra tells me the doctor said will no longer write anymore pain meds if I don't do it. I've had 3 failed back surgeries. 12 surgeries on my body in all. Top it off I was given a referral the first visit to see a shrink. I found this out as I was checking out. She didn't mention it. Again she and since I never met the doctor. I ask and received a copy of my MRI. And notice that the contrast that they need to see in depth said the uneventful administration of intravenous contrast. WHAT? No one mention it and since it's the doctor job to go over imaging he never did. Never saw him. Never heard of such in all tests, MRIs, CTScans, Ultra sounds, Xrays and Blood work and believe me I've had plenty. Every doctor as always gone over every test but this one. And they make sure they give you weakest form of meds so you are in pain. Not everyone out here is abusing drugs or addicts. And I understand the Opiod epidemic. I know too many that has lost their lives. But I also know for myself after going through this for over 18yrs and have done and follow everything my doctors had advised. And as I read over my MRI and looking up the medical words I don't understand my back is in bad shape. I have everything that cries out pain. So he knows I not making up the pain I'm in And he also the meds that he prescribe went from a 8mg for 30 days to 4 then 2. To him I'm a dollar sign. And that Stimulater cost as much as one of my fusions. I don't want another cut on my body. Don't want anything implanted in my body that sends electric shock to my brain. And the cost that's another thing. BIG BUCKS. for doctors. I can't afford. And he don't have to write another pain script. He is right and I'll never go back again. And I will do my homework when choosing the next doctor.

It is just too bad that you have associated your office with Mr Quentin Jenkins. Patient success does not end with the surgery and it has been a night mare for my wife and I With her recovery. We left out your office today with talks of suicide from my wife. Mr. Quentin Jenkins has treated my wife badly ever since she came in due to an infection after surgery. We did not show up to blame any one, we just needed help. He simply told us " This is not due to surgery" and that her stomach pains was not either. Well thank you Mrs. Kristen for helping my wife to the car and calling the hospital concerning our arrival. My wife bowels had stop functioning correctly due to her medication after surgery. Today was our next encounter with Mr. Jenkins and it was still the same unprofessional attitude. We came on time for our appointment ( I have the appointment card to prove it) We arrived at 9:17am for a 9:30 appointment, my wife ended up walking out the BACK at 10:30am begging me to help her to the car. That Mr. Jenkins was busy sitting in his office this whole time. How is this possible if not intentional? As I told Mr. Jenkins of his unprofessionalism, he asked me to come to the back. Well Mr. Jenkins your patient is the one you should have spoken to. It is sad that my wife's path to recovery has been so rough. She had back surgery! We came in today with her back stinging. We left out barley making it to the car and her not wanting to live any more. So thank you very much Premier Neurosurgical Institute.

Dr. Maloon looked at me all of five minutes and didn't even do an exam or check my blood pressure. Told me I had nothing wrong with me but he would send me for an MRI to prove to me that it's all in my head and there's nothing wrong with me. The office never called to schedule the MRI and when I called to leave multiple voicemails I received no call back. They literally blew me off completely. Dr. Maloon proceeded to tell me I just had migraines and sent me home with migraine medication. Migraine medications severely lower blood pressure in people who already have low BP. Which I do and he didn't even check it so how would he know? Very disappointed in this doctor. Beware. Don't waste your time here. You won't get answers.
