This was something I was putting off for 2 years due to it not being urgent and fear of having surgery but Dr. Frederick explained the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions which made me feel comfortable compared to the other 2 doctors I met with prior. I had a wonderful first time surgery experience with Dr. Frederick and the rest of my care team from North Fulton Outpatient Surgery center. I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Frederick and that he would take good care of me and he did just that. My husband & sister were very impressed with Dr. Frederick as well as he took the time to explain the procedure to them the day of and answered all of their questions. He also called my husband immediately after the surgery to give him an update on how everything went which my husband very much appreciated as he was worried himself in the waiting room. Over the past 2 months I have recommended two of my coworkers to this practice for regular GYN care and first time OB care and they both had great experiences with the nurse practitioners that they saw. One of my coworkers even recommended her sister who came back with great reviews as well. Dr. Frederick hires the best doctors, midwives & nurse practitioners so whoever you see here you will be in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Frederick and his team for any and all OB-GYN services that you may need. They have two office locations: Roswell & Johns Creek and delivery at North Fulton Hospital & Emory Johns Creek hospital.

I was recommended to Nile by several women in the metro Atlanta area and after careful research, decided to transfer my care. My first visit with Nile was absolutely amazing. I was able to transfer at 28 weeks, which is cutting it pretty close as many facilities may or may not allow you to transfer so late in your pregnancy. I really like their more holistic approach to healthcare, which was something that was really important to me. It is very easy to make an appointment once you're in the system. Wait times may be longer depending on who is before you but they provide the same care across the board so you will have the opportunity to spend as much time as you need with your provider as well. Most facilities in the area will not allow you to have your partner or support person come to your appointments with you, however, I appreciated that Nile does allow you to have a plus one to support you. I have seen at least two different midwives at the practice, however, I love Claire and decided to continue seeing her throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. I appreciate how much each person you interact with seems to genuinely care about your health and well-being. I think it's so important, especially dealing with sensitive issues like pregnancy and women's health. I would definitely recommend this practice to other women in the area.

The attitude and communication were not what I expected from a professional medical facility. When I checked in, I was told that my insurance was accepted, and I was asked to provide a credit card to keep on file. Based on that conversation, I understood that my insurance would be properly processed and that I would be informed of any additional charges before my card was charged. Several days later, I received a hospital bill/charge that I was not expecting. I was not clearly informed that I would be responsible for this amount or that my card could be charged for the balance. I understand that insurance claims and billing can sometimes be complicated, but patients deserve clear communication about what they may owe. The front office should explain any potential out-of-pocket costs and charges before billing the patient. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and communication with patients.

I have been sick with respiratory issues and Covid so she said I should have a CT scan done to determine whether I have anything else going. I feel very safe in her care. She also gave me some medication to help with the symptoms but it is a herbal medication that I don't have to worry about upsetting my digestive tract. I'm already feeling better!

While the nurse practitioner that I saw a few times there was nice enough, I never actually met the doctor that I was assigned to (Dr. Vukotic). She never bothered to introduce herself on any of my visits. I wanted this to be my primary care office but they simply do not care. I was experiencing pain and reached out various times about it. I had to push to get scans done to find out what was going on. Despite more than one alarming result from the scans, I NEVER heard back from the doctor or the office at all. It has been nearly a year since I had the scans they ordered (only because I advocated for myself and they wanted to shut me up). NOBODY reached out to me to discuss the results or to even follow up on how I was feeling. I was left to Google explanations of these results because nobody bothered to reach out. I was worried about some of the findings, which seemed serious, so I sought out a different doctor and office. They acted quickly to address my concerns and referred me to other specialists. I ended up having surgery. The only communication I had received from North Roswell Internal Medicine since my scans was a handful of promotional emails about something they were selling. That is, until today when I received an automated email reminder that I was "overdue" for my annual wellness visit. I am not overdue for anything, but they are overdue in noticing that I exist and had medical needs they completely neglected. They did the same thing with my husband. He also had something come up that they received results for but they have not reached out to him either. He and I and our adult son all changed doctor's offices because these people are a joke and don't care about their patients at all. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice and wish I had an option to rate them negatively because that is what they deserve.
