I now see Dr. Preston Imhof for a vertigo/motion sickness condition and he's been great to help me out with ADA forms for work. Tip: Fill the forms out for your doctor and then have him review them. Not only does this save on time, but he doesn't know what your job is, so this helps tremendously. On my last visit he thanked me for having the forms prefilled out and all he had to do was review and sign. He said it's a huge time saver for them. It also saved me the fee for him having to fill out the form! :-)

She did this at no small cost in time to her and her practice, yet she charged us nothing; and the new model of course works great. Our only disappointment was that we did not go to Dr. Wynens first, as we would not have missed out on so much during our first failed attempt with the discount aids.

By the time I arrived at the ENT Institute, I was in a world of pain and my throat was beginning to close up. It was the Friday before New Year's and lucky for me, I received an immediate diagnosis by Meredith Ingram. She was incredibly caring, sympathetic, understanding, knowledgeable and attentive. Unfortunately, the only way to treat me was with minor (MAJOR, in my opinion) surgery and it wasn't going to be pleasant. She explained the process and tried to keep me as comfortable as possible while she went to work on my tonsil puss factory. I felt a million times better afterwards. I followed up with Dr. French a week later and Meredith called to check-in on me after my visit. I've seen Dr. French twice since my procedure and he was just as kind and attentive as Meredith. The rest of the staff were great during check-in and check out. My wait has never been longer than a few minutes, but the waiting room was nice. The practice utilizes technology for patient forms, which is much better than filling out all those forms. I'd highly recommend this practice if you find yourself in need on an ENT.

Being a army veteran, she refused any payments. She told me she works with a lot of veterans and their spouses on special deals who are not eligible for hearing aids or hearing test at the VA. We are appalled that she never bothered to contact my husband regarding the results of his lab test results. Not a call, not a text, NOTHING! At times texts are fine to answer many questions, however when a patient requests a call to speak to the doctor directly, not by text and she never responds, it is unacceptable. Even after speaking directly to the office staff regarding a call back and told two days in a row that the doctor would call us back that NEVER happened. We just got another useless text. If Dr. Amy Schettino does not want to take the time to have a short conversation with a patient on occasion, and will only respond with a text she should not be practicing medicine on patients. We did not receive the medication prescribed in the form that was discussed in her office. She asked how we preferred it administered and confirmed this in a clear discussion at the end of our appointment. We called the office and spoke to an assistant who kept blaming us for not understanding what form of the medication was ordered. We understood EXACTLY what form of medication was discussed. It was not the first time my husband used this medication. Take responsibility for your mistakes! The medication was ordered in a different form than the first time we used it which caused confusion resulting in delayed administration of the medication. This caused my husband to be in pain and severe discomfort longer than necessary. Specific messages were left regarding this issue requesting a phone call from the doctor to discuss it. A call was never received. We also called asking if one part of the lab results were back and were told they would let us know the next day regarding that particular part of the results. We never heard back regarding the result we asked about with a call or a text. We understood there was a different culture that would take several weeks. As stated, we never received a call about any of the results to discuss what further measures should be taken. We went to the portal several weeks later to review the lab results that we were informed would be available after several weeks. Dr. Amy Schettino did not have the decency to get in touch with us regarding the results and to discuss them. This is despicable. What respectable physician ignores their patients lab results and never calls to discuss them. I come from a family of many physicians and if they treated their patients the way Dr. Amy Schettino treated us, they would not have a practice. We had to request the medical records four times in ten days without them being sent to our primary care physician. If you do not have the respect for a patient that needs to speak to you on occasion you should not be practicing medicine. It takes more than some medical knowledge to be a good doctor. It takes communication with your patients in a timely and considerate manner. That means a short conversation on occasion. You are required to follow up on your patients lab results in a reasonable timeframe. We also learned that his symptoms could be other issues that she never addressed in her diagnosis or from his lab results. We requested my husbands records and proceeded with another capable, caring and responsive ENT physician at a different practice. Our new physician discussed in detail with us my husbands results and what was causing his symptoms. Now that I have researched many of your reviews I wish I had read them before we visited your office. We never would have trusted you with his healthcare. Not only does she listen to ME, but she goes a step further to make sure she understands what I am trying to tell her. Dr Pearson never rushes, but takes her time to be completely sure that "I" understand what she is saying to me. Definitely a collaborative atmosphere! The office has the MOST pleasant, responsive and friendly staff. They are truly all the greatest!
