Wasnt notified in writing or by phone about this change. I havent been able to reach anyone to transfer my medical records to another provider. They have charged me for a full on Endoscopy procedure at my first visit/initial consult, which was about 5-7 minutes in the room with the doctor. I've filed a dispute with my insurance and Northeast Atlanta ENT and after asking to speak to "Dr." Carmichael directly there has been no return call and I just received a letter from a collection agency. I'm curious if anyone else out there has been charged fraudulently by this practice like me. I hope this brings awareness to save someone else a major headache and it's very doubtful that i'm the only one they've done this to.
