We took about 5 samples home to see what we liked best in the space and light which was an unexpected bonus. So when it came time to do the carpet in the family room of our house I didn't even consider anyone else. Par for the course Steve came out and measured and had several great sample boards/books for us to look over and let us hang on to them to give us time to consider all the options. I also decided to replace carpet with flooring in my home office and he explained the options and we went with rubber-backed vinyl planks. Steve even came back by later that day and dropped off some additional samples for us to consider. There was never any pressure. His installers showed up and were very professional and great to work with. They were careful moving our things around. Steve even stopped in to check progress. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new carpet and flooring and with the great job Steve and his men did.

When I needed to track down the exact tile used for a repair years later, their team took the time to dig through older records and help identify the brand so I could locate it. We also purchased tile from them for a fireplace project in our home and it turned out fantastic. Most recently, I stopped back in to identify the original flooring used in our house for another repair. Joe Bell and the team were incredibly helpful and were able to track it down for me. Sales person who came out seemed confused from when he confirmed my appointment Sunday night (not a fan of being bothered on a Sunday), ran 20 minutes late despite explicit directions, and was unprepared during the appointment which required me to repeat information already that I've shared. During my experience I couldn't help but feel the sales person was coming across sexist, ageist, and insulting with a lot of assumptions. He was also a little too curious about things that are none of his business, ironically having missed ALL of the information which would have yielded a more positive and smooth experience for me. Despite this franchise being owned by a woman which seemed like the salesperson was backpedaling to emphasize (??), the salesperson came across doubtful of the facts provided to him. It kind of felt like diversity awareness would be helpful for the sales staff so that the business appeals to a variety of customers who are seeking home finishing services. It wouldn't hurt for the staff to be coached on being professional when engaging with different (from the sales person) clientele, situations and while visiting clients' homes. I walked away with a questionable impression and wanted to warn of my experience with other non-male, post-boomer demographic seeking flooring. Thanks for coming out on short turnaround to offer a quote.
