Instead of doing that, they just checked if the panel was working with another fuse and then told me to replace the entire system quoting me $4800 dollars! My tenants did not have a/c today and nothing was fixed by this company. I understand sometimes systems are old, but I hate contractors who instead of figuring out a solution to a problem they just suggest replacing an entire system costing a consumer thousands of dollars. They did not seem like they knew about a/c repair and I feel misled. Also they told me on the phone it would be a free estimate and then charged me a $125 service fee. I payed it because I don't feel like arguing but this is not a company I would recommend doing business with.

They are known to be very expensive because they market themselves as specialized in the medical/dental space. My last experience with them was horrific. It was a basic remodeling job for a dental office and their bid came in over $80K more than what three other contractors quoted me. I gave them multiple opportunities to revise their pricing but they stayed in the same price range and also refused to give me an itemized breakdown so I can try to compare bids and see why their bid was so much higher. They also claim to use union contractors to justify their fees, however, they do not use union, this is just another scam. I would recommend staying away from this company unless you prefer to spend MUCH more than necessary on your project.

Stop right here. Look nowhere else. I have done the legwork for you!…read more In 2018 we had Steve and at least 5 other contractors come out to give us a quote on our kitchen remodel. After meeting Steve, there was an authenticity about him that none of the other contractors possessed. Every question that we asked him, he was up front, honest and listened intently to our wants and needs. After receiving many quotes, unfortunately then, we knew we had to save up before we could afford to have our kitchen done. Fast forward to the end of 2019 and we were ready to take the plunge! We knew that Steve was our guy. We gave him a call, he came back out several times to take measurements, design, etc. We had a start date of March 2020. Surprise... COVID! Everything was in limbo and we decided it was best to wait. Finally come August 3rd, 2020 Steve and his helper started demo work. Our final completion date was mid October. During construction time, I had two other friends getting their kitchens done as well. The horror stories they told me of their contractors being late, not being honest, charging more than what the contract stated, etc. had my husband and I feel like we hit the jackpot finding Steve. Many contractors now a days sub everything out and don't lift a finger. Not this guy! He is there every day, doing the work, and is passionate about his craft. He is meticulous and will not cut corners, leaving you a project that you are proud of. Steve is arguably the hardest working human my husband and I have ever met. When you hire Steve, you don't just get a contractor, you get a friend...that turns into family. My husband, my two children and I fell in love with Steve. He brought us joy daily during the two months he was with us and has become part of our extended family. We miss seeing him frequently, but now get to enjoy the work he did on our home daily. All of our friends and family that have walked into our home think we hired a high end contractor and designer for our project. We hired an expert handyman - the name says it all. Expert work at a fair price. Future customers, you can thank me later. ;)

He had no issues answering my questions or dressing my concerns without being cocky or condescending... something a lot of contractors need to learn these days. I decided to hire him to install my kitchen for my full home remodel. I have zero regrets choosing him for the job. He did an excellent job and he did it right. I really liked his quality of work and his work ethic. I decided to ask him for a couple more estimates for other jobs that still need to be completed. I hired him for those jobs also. Sean's work is top notch at a fair price. Sean knows what he is doing without question. He's honest and has a great deal of pride in his work.... and it shows. He fully honored his contracts and didn't skip on completing any of the work I hired him to do. When he was done for the day he made sure he, and his assistant Zack, cleaned up before they left for the day. I've had several contractors in my house since this project started. There's only two that I would highly recommend. Sean is one of them. The other contractor was the electrician. I still have more work that needs to be done in the future. I trust Sean enough to make sure he will be the contractor I'll call when I'm ready to start getting those jobs completed.
