The color did not match, and when he went to return them, they would not take them back and said that they were a special order! Sad to say they were not a special order they just didn't have them in the store and they had them delivered to the store from their warehouse. No one came out to measure and they are standard size, and not a special order! No one mentioned to my husband that they were considered a special order and could not be returned! Also on the receipt, there was no mention that they could not be returned! My husband tried to speak to the manager Joseph who supposedly was not there that day! My husband had asked to have Joseph call him and he never returned his phone call! I called and the same salesman, Jerry, who my husband dealt with spoke on behalf of Joseph, but still no return phone call from him! I'm all about customer service and the shutters were under $65! it's not for the money. It's just hard to believe that they would lose good paying customers over $65! It's ridiculous that I have no need for them because they did not match and I am unable to use them! So basically they will go into the trash and we will never order from them again! As a business owner, I feel it is very unprofessional that Joseph, the manager at the Runnemede office at ABC Supply could not take five minutes out of his time to return our phone calls! So he lost us as a customer all because he could not take the shutters back that could go right back into the warehouse again...not specially made! Definitely not professional behavior and customer service is the worst!

Called them and they said bring them back and we'll measure to confirm. they were brought back and measured and confirmed they were in fact the wrong size and they kept the jambs and still will not refund my money stating it's a special order and no returns. If there's no returns they why did you accept my return! I will now be contacting the BBB.
