Clearly after doing the first room, I realized that the work was a bit more involved than my knees would take. I reached out to A & J to get a quote on having them do the second room as I have had work done by them 3 times before and all jobs were a success!! I did not get the telephone. The gentleman that answered was a bit "put off" when I asked his name and got the standard, "well who is this"? I introduced myself and explained that they had done work for us before, and I wanted to see if they could help me out. I was asked where I bought the flooring, and I responded Lowe's. Then I got a "we will not install flooring purchased from Lowe's" No explanation, no nothing. That will be the LAST time I EVER call A & J and if their "m.o. is to be rude, they are successful!!
