When the old door was finally removed, Shane and Mike had pointed out rotten wood around the door frame, and also rotten and moldy wood underneath of where the front door sat and also just inside of the front door where water had been coming through for years. Shane and Mike fixed everything. And replaced all rotted and damaged wood to brand new condition. The company we ordered the door from did not do their calculations correctly so the storm door was not going to be a possibility which was very upsetting because that was part of our dream to have the front door open and have fresh air coming through the screen on the storm door during nice weather. Shane and Mike made the impossible possible by building a custom build out with custom trim so that the storm door would fit into place and our door looks magnificent!!!
