They refunded me for some of the flooring when they inspected it before pickup and saw damage. Pickup was quick at the rear of the building and the guys who loaded up my vehicle were very careful and professional. Their showroom was clean and organized. Then they got here, didn't know how to deal with uneven floors. Decided not to rip out all of the old ceramic tile, even though it was part of the fee quote. Refused to call me at work to discuss after my wife told them to repeatedly. The next day, They were behind schedule because of this, I got them to tear out the old tile, but they left the floor VERY uneven, you can fell it moving under your feet in some places, The refrigerator was so uneven, the doors did not close properly. They kept asking me to pay the balance, I told them they had to fix the floor under the refrigerator, two more visits later, they got it level, but the rest of the floor, they have refused to address or respond to. I paid the balance, let them know it was under protest. They could not care less. Buyer beware!
