I decided to grab something quick on the way home and stopped in to place an order for an Italian sub. The young lady that took my order was kind and patient. She did it would be about 25min for my order to be ready. So I went to my car to wait. My wait ended up being 45min which I wasn't top happy about... especially since it was a sub. However, I got my food and made it home. The fries weren't hot at all. I stayed literally 2min from the location so I was expecting the fries to be on fire. The sub was pretty tasty though. This place get's zero stars from me...I went in today and ordered food. I got home, got comfortable and while eating my macaroni and cheese I find a pop lid that has been cooked in the bottom of the aluminum pan I called and complained and the manager asked me to bring it back up there or he can't do anything about it. Why would I want to get fully dressed and drive back there? I told him that I would not be driving back and that I will no longer order from there. Not what it used to be. We loved their happy salad, particularly because it was so fresh, and the toppings were always very generous. We stopped in and placed an order for a large happy salad and some potato wedges. While we were waiting for our food, 2 employees got in to an argument about working off the clock and touching a monitor. Lots of F'bombs were being dropped within ear shot, and we felt a bit uncomfortable as it escalated. When we got our salad we decided to check it after a bad experience years before, and happened to notice it was a small, not a large as we asked and paid for. One of the employees took the salad, came back with a large container with just lettuce, flipped the small over in to the large container, then went to the back to add more chicken, allegedly. When we got home we realized he only added 2 small pieces, we assumed he added enough to make it a large size, our bad for not checking again, so we basically paid for a large container of lettuce with minimal chicken, a bit of cheese and 5 cherry tomatoes. The potato wedges were good, but the overall experience has left us as being doubtful about returning to this establishment. read more

I will never go to the Happy's in Wayne on Vanborn! I ordered online and selected 2 large pizzas and 2 toppings. They only delivered 1pizza . when I called he told me his end only showed 1. I went up there, which defeated the purpose of delivery, to show the receipt and item on the menu.. we argued back and forth about the interpretation. he refused to give me another pizza a refund for the pizza and delivery ( since I had to come up there any way) . Please look at what I ordered and the menu and tell me what you think it means. Should I have expected 2 pizzas? In addition, the food there has not been that good since the Indian people took over . I was super hungry today! I got their rib tip lunch combo, a piece of broasted chicken thigh (2bucks a pop) and a personal cheese pizza. The chicken was the highlight of the food. It was seasoned in their blend of spices, skin was extra crunchy, and piping hot! The rib tips were not the best I've had, and it didn't have a smoky flavor but it was still good with char marks. With the combos coming with fries at 7.99, I think it's a fair deal. The cheese pizza was also good. It was 6.99 a pie, had six small slices. The crust is a little thicker but it was piping hot as well and cheesy. read more

Made order online after trying to place order over the phone only to be called and told they are not taking any orders as they have shut everything off already and will not be taking anymore orders today. website states 11pm closing time, tried ordering at around 10pm on phone and then placed order online about 20m later. I have been ordering from Trenton Mich store for years. Placed a delivery on April 16th 2023 at 9:05pm. After waiting for a hour. I called the store to inquire about my order. The rude girl was telling me it should be there. I waited longer and no driver no food. When I called back to the store. I asked for the manager. Absolute worst. Ordered wings at noon to be ready for Super Bowl with my baby and boyfriend. Then instead of correcting the issue just delivered us the sauce which is the cheapest thing I've ever seen done, not to mention the biggest waste of delivery time.
