The food is good just not enough for the price 10 wing dings and 10 fries for $20 bit considering the lady was working by herself it's appreciated. read more

Happy's Pizza - 1 lbs happy chicken dinner 20.11 - Pizza Near Me - Lansing, Michigan

ABSOLUTELY WORST PIZZA PLACE IN LANSING! Order was delivered 90 Minutes Late! I called twice and was put on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up on me. I called back and was immediately put back on hold. Mind you, the roads are clear and I'm only 5 minutes away. I drove to the store to find out what was up, expecting them to be slammed, but NO, the place was DEAD, with all the employees sitting at a table "hanging out"!!!!! Pizza was finally delivered late and cold. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! read more

Ordered a pizza for delivery, said the cost was more when delivered than we were told on the phone. Was missing 2 of the items that were supposed to be on the pizza. And very little of the other 2 items were on it. The items were not close to the crust. Terrible customer service. read more

So, I stopped in Happy's because I wanted Rib Tips. On their counter are 2 fake $1 bills. I pushed it towards the cashier who responds with an attitude and tone telling me it's fake. Needless to say, I left. I went back maybe 1.5 weeks later to order pizza and get the rib tops I wanted 2 weeks prior. The cashier was so ridiculously unfriendly!!! I ordered a pizza and 1lb of tips. He said 15 mins, it took 25. 2 days later, the tips are still in my fridge because they are horribly dry, tough, and flavorless!! Which is EXACTLY HOW THEY WERE SERVED TO ME!!! I spent $32, when he originally showed me the 2 for $20!! I'll NEVER EVER EVER EVER eat there again!!! read more

This is an updated review form a few days ago. My husband and I took the chicken we ordered back and the manager did give us a refund on it. Seems like he was stressed to the max. He was cooperative on giving us our money back without question. He did see what we told the worker about the chicken not being done thoroughly. So with that being said, maybe this place will be back to how some of us remember it. read more

FOOD WAS AMAZING!! Stayed a couple days in Lansing for my oldest sons birthday at the Causeway Bay Hotel. Was told it would take 45 mins to over an hour and got in in under 30 mins. Heard from multiple if we got the chance to order from Happy's Pizza. So glad we did. The lady we talked to on the was very nice and gave us some recommendations of some things to try. I got the full rack of ribs and they fell right off the bone it was so good. The BBQ sauce was on point!! My wife got the Itallian sub (her #1 favorite) and she absolutely loved it. We got the kids the triple cheese bread and banana pudding which they devoured. Most definitely will be ordering from this establishment again. Keep it lit!!!! read more

The chicken wings were so unbelievably fatty and salty with just the house bland dry rub. Ordered the 2-lb wing special and couldn't even eat hardly any of it. The only saving grace was their "Famous BBQ" sauce which had the right amount of kick and if they weren't so fatty could've enjoyed eating the outside breading. The "Honey BBQ" sauce tasted awful and that's usually what I usually am able to compare all BBQ places by the Honey BBQ sauce being it should taste somewhat similar. Was overall very disappointed in this food. All the sauces are sold individually so for it to taste so bad it won't get my business again. read more

The first time we went it was really good. We ordered two Italian subs. The menu says they come toasted. When we got home not only were they not toasted but they barely had anything on them. One did not even have the banana pepper rings. We called up there and the person we spoke with said it was ordered that way. It wasn't. Whoever punched the order in for some reason listed not toasted. He said to bring them back up right then and they would toast them. It was late and we had to be up in a few hours for work. No offer of a discount or anything on next order. He hung up on us. Needless to say these subs are pretty awful not toasted so you might want to make sure when you order so they are actually following their own menu. We decided we won't be back. It seems this place has gone down hill since the last time we visited. read more

So delicious and flavorful! Staff was super nice and patient, and the restaurant was very clean and nice.

Ordered pizza and wings at 557. Pizza was delivered at 720. Pizza was not even hot, wings were boneless which I did not order and pizza was not deep dish which I had also ordered. Would not recommend. Order taker cannot pay attention to details. My complete order was a large deep dish 2 toppings with honey bbq wings. Received none of what I ordered and it was all cold. Oh btw I live less than a mile away. Happy's pizza service is horrendous. read more

The majority of the food is mediocre besides the desserts and fried chicken especially wings. I enjoy the pricing of the $5 lunch and the punch cards that allow a free lunch after purchasing 6. The delivery service takes a long time so know that when ordering. read more

Ordered 4 pc chicken dinner and soda. Delivery arrived timely and they added napkins I asked for. Called me to let me know they didn't have anymore Diet Pepsi and swapped it out. Got my sauce wrong, but the chicken was hot and juicy read more

pizza looked fine, my gi took a bite and pulled a hair about a foot long from her mouth

I got the turkey and cheese sub it's so good and I got the brownies they are literally the best I ever had in a while in a while

Manager is extremely rude and abrupt. Refused to make a delivery order right. Switched out the chicken and didn't get what I ordered. Refused to bring it out to me when it was missing. Will NOT order from.them. read more

Having had Happy's Ribs several time, they are really good... when they arrive hot and freshly cooked. Over the past half dozen online orders (yes, I know, I should've learned my lesson by the second or even third incident), The food arrives 2 hours (or longer) after I placed my order. This latest (and last) order is as follows: At the 1 hour and 15 minute mark, I call the restaurant. There caller ID must automatically link me to my online order. The young lady answers the phone and immediately says something along the lines of "we are sorry your order has taken so long, we are short on drivers, we remade your order and it is on the way." 45 minutes later, it shows up... cold. As if it has been sitting out for 2 hours. The other times it was late they had other excuses... our fax machine was unplugged, the driver delivered to the wrong house, or we never received an order. Every time they were late, I was never compensated. I was stuck with cold food. This place is a joke. Take your business elsewhere. You will regret going here. read more

I wish I didn't have to give them a star, they deserve none! After waiting over an hour for delivery, the pizza I ordered was rotten. Not sure if it was the dough, the sauce, or the toppings or maybe a combination of all 3. After eating a half of a slice I put mine down due to the rank taste. However, my boyfriend inhaled 1 and a half slice before he realized it's was no good. He became sick with in a couple hours. Now Mikey (the roomate) scarfed down several slices and Mikey became very sick. (Coming out both ends) I spoke with management but wasn't able to call untill the next day. The manager basically called me a liar, and started to yell at me. My main concern was the fact they were selling rotten food. They refused to refund my pizza.. they were very very rude! I can not believe they are in business with this type of service. There's got to be something that can be done... They were not even concerned that they were serving poison to people.. Lord help us all! read more

I placed a delivery order from Happy's Pizza on a Tuesday evening for dinner. I only ordered two items; a cheeseburger and some fries. It took 2.5 hours for my food to arrive. Upon receiving it, the fries were soggy/mushy and looked as though they had been sitting out for a while. The burger was average... nothing more, nothing less. I read the negative reviews online, but decided to give them a chance, seeming it was a Tuesday and I thought the service would be better (Less Busy). I doubt I will ever order from here again. I was not impressed, to say the least. read more

Food isn't good at all. Pizza is incredibly greasy and rubbery. Little Ceasars is better, and that's something I'd never thought I'd say. Cheap with decent deals though. The service is fairly gruff. Aloof and scattered teen girls will "help" you with your ordering and check out needs. read more

Food isn't good at all it's a waste of money and a waste of time I ordered from this place no sauce on my pizza the little bread they gave was hard as a rock it was just terrible food read more

Worst pizza in Jackson. Paid extra for cheese and didn't get any! Uncooked crust. Arrived cold because it took over an hour to arrive with an unapologetic response when called out on. Lack of toppings and crap staff won't have me coming back! read more

Food was pretty good but this location is awful. They will leave you hanging for hours and hang up on you. This is consistent and ridiculous. Avoid like the plague! Staff is horrible. read more

WOW! The rudeness of the Manager Roy was ridiculous! I ordered a chicken salad at 7pm which didn't have the chicken when it was delivered at 8pm. No big deal. This Happy's is notorious for forgetting things or straight up wrong orders. However, they typically correct their mistakes in a timely and friendly manner. So I call and I ask for chicken for my salad. They state they will bring it but need my salad. Um, ok. At 9pm my salad hasn't shown up so I call and they tell me "oh it's on its way!" At 9:20pm I get a call from the RUDEST delivery driver stating "Happys. Can you come get dis salad from me." Uh ok. Didn't identify himself. Didn't ask to be let into the building. No please. Just "Come get dis." So I call the store and state I've basically waited 2.5 hrs for a salad and get rude customer services. I ask for them to just credit my account bc I've lost my appetite and am over there customer service. Roy states over and over I don't care if the driver was rude, did he give you your salad? Did he give you your salad? Needless to say, he HUNG up on me when I wanted to discuss the issue of the rude customer services... I'll update my review after I speak with the General Manager in the morning. read more

This was the most horrid experience I have ever had. It took an hour and a half to receive my food. I called and talked to the manager who explained if it was cold they would remake it but I have would to pick it up. Pick it up??? That defeats the purpose of delivery. The management was rude and hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HAPPYS PIZZA!!! read more

I had a horrible expierence tonight thinking i was going to get some good pizza i knew i should have ordered from someother place my two pizzas were like cardboard not enough cheese at all and i payed for flavored crust no flavored crust on both pizzas anf asked for garlic butter sauce for my cheesy bread they forgot so i waited 30 minutes for the driver to bring it back and looked like she may have opened it so i threw it away and all they could offer me was a five dollar credit after i waisted 30 bucks on some crappy pizza and crappy service never again will this place get a dime from me! read more

Placed my order online at 35 minutes ago Arrived at store 35 minutes later and order was not even started. No manager available. Employees don't care about the customer. read more

Probably the worst meal I have ever had in my life. The pizza is cold, rubbery, and greasy. The wings are also horrendous. The BBQ sauce is most likely expired, the wings are boneless and inedible. I would rather order food from a shady dude on the street! Never going here again. The manager is a toddler using an easy-bake oven to make the food. There isn't an option to rate this place 0 stars, so guess 1 star is good enough. read more

Awful customer service. Staff is unfriendly and rude. Delivery time is outrageous. Waited an hour and a half for a pizza and the food was cold. Manager was disrespectful and had no sympathy. Don't waste your time or money. read more

First of all, wait time was ridiculous, three hours for pizza? Then when a driver finally came she only has the pizza and not the wings I ordered, then the pizza wasn't even cut at all and was already starting to get cold, when I finally got the wings they weren't even done, and to top it off my kids and sister watched the lady in her car eating her boogers before bringing our food to the door, will never order from any happys ever again read more

Having had Happy's ribs and shrimp in the past and loved them, I placed an order for pick-up last night. I found a coupon on their website for a rack of ribs and 1/2 pd of shrimp (which comes with fries) for $23. I added 6 regular wings to the order which some how brought my total to $34.00! When we arrived we learned the clerk had entered it as a delivery and our food was out with a driver. We got in our car to head home and realized we were paying with a debit card, of which the driver would not be able to run, so we had to go back to pay...Having arrived back to the house the driver was in our drive way...UGH! hate delivery food. The breading on the shrimp was near burned, so I took it off...didn't help being as the shrimp was rubbery and tasted like bad fish..so disappointed! This would be the 3rd time I got the shrimp this way...the fries were so old and hard, completly uneatable. The ribs were good but a little cold, they are tender and fall of the bone. I rarely like BBQ sauce, but their sauce is pretty good. It's not too sweet, tangy or peppery, which is usually why I don't like BBQ sauce. I will be returning the food to them today and NEVER ORDERING AGAIN! 3 strikes and you're out. If they don't care about the way they are serving their shrimp it makes me wonder what kind of kitchen they have...too afarid to try them again read more

Frankly, these were some of the best ribs I have ever had. They were pretty darn expensive, though. It's a take-out place. The service was very friendly. I would definitely go back, but again, the ribs are not cheap. read more

Waste of money... I ordered a Pizza , Wings , and a baked cookie . The wings were pretty good but the pizza was terrible. The dough tasted weird like it was old or something. And the cookie which was the item I looked most forward to eating was overcooked and hard . I mistakenly overlooked the 1 and a half star and thought they can't be that bad, people are just picky or something but no like somebody else said I was better off getting little Cesar's read more

Worse pizza place in lansing i ordered a chicken dinner they got my order wrong and the chicken was like rubber and hard as a rock and fries cold and raw and on top that took 2 hrs for the delivery guy to find my place and then next day spent the whole day back and forth in the bathroom with a messed up stomach eat from there at your own risk. read more

I ordered a pizza from Happy's pizza and it took 4 hours to get to my house, when I called to ask where my pizza was after 1hour & 30 minutes they told me was on the way they told me that 8 times because i called every 30min after that "the driver has just stepped out with your pizza and it'll be there shortly" when I received my pizza it did not come with the two Mountain Dews that I had bought and the pizza was freezing and burned honestly I would give this restaurant less than one star because they forgot half of my order and they took an extremely long amount of time to get me my food mind you i live 2.7 miles from the establishment. Tell me why it takes 4 hours to drive 2.7 miles and why the manager is never there ive been trying to talk to him for 2 days now about how incompetent there employees are, it's ridiculous how bad the service is honestly I'd recommend anyone who reads this not to go and eat at Happy's pizza. read more

Refuse to order from this location,I use to order a bit,I like the stuffed cheesy bread but a couple times I've gotten pizza delivered to me that's not cooked well enough or it's not hot enough,1 time I lifted up a piece of pizza to eat it and I could tell it had been slapped on a grill and pressed down I told someone I was with they grilled our pizza look you can clearly see grill marks on the bottom, sometimes there's not enough sauce on the pizza and the last 2 or 3 slices were cold. The ribs were luke warm,The coleslaw is not good,I've gotten bad coleslaw,it was bland tasting and it was a watery and it was weighed down with pepper,I had a bad experience in another restaurant parking lot once, couldn't eat it and I thought they were chincey on the fries the sauce they were covered in was good, but I felt bad because that meal is $8.25,I was thinking are you rationing the fries out and I shouldn't of had to feel like that. read more
