I assumed it would be a lost cause...but I Couldn't have been more wrong... just 5 minutes from my new house I found this laundromat that was open 24 hours... even on Thanksgiving. I was happy to find That they had machines that could wash 5 and a 1/2 loads for only $6.75 which included 2 wash cycles and 3 rinse cycles. I had a very hectic day and I didn't have the patience to learn a machine that I was not familiar with, however; the attendant noticed my frustratuon and was nice enough to come help me get all of my clothes going. During the process I realized that 1 of the bottles of laundry soap that I grabbed was not actually laundry soap so I didn't have enough to wash all of my clothes. Lucky for me, I Didn't have to leave the laundromat to a new bottle from the store, because they had a nice selection of different sizes and brands of laundry soap for Customers to purchase...which I really appreciated... the two employees that I dealt with were very friendly. helpful, and kind. In the end, I was really thankful on this holiday, that I had such a great experience...because it that could have went in the whole other direction! So thanks you for your time and help

It still wasnt 100% on the last try so I probably just wont use them for Down Comforters but everything else was worth it. I had brought in a Halloween costume and a red petticoat to get dry cleaned. I had told the lady…read moreabout two pen marks on the front part of the costume when I brought it into the shop. I went to go pick up my items today and the same two pen marks are still on the costume. The marks are from a normal Bic, ball point pen, less than an inch long each. I asked the lady about it, it was the same lady when I brought in the clothes, she had told me that they must have washed it and couldn't get it out. Now, if I'm not mistake, I took my articles of clothing into them to get washed because they are dry cleaners, that's what they are suppose to specialize in doing. When I look inside the costume, which is black, you can see my white deodorant marks in the armpits of my costume. I asked if they could try again to get the light marks out and the lady ignored me and didn't care what so ever. I will definitely not be returning to Highland Cleaners.

I've gotten my towels back still dirty and had to bring them back. Another time, I paid cash because the attendant said the machine wasn't working, then the next morning I was accused of lying about paying the night before. Today I picked up my towels folded but still wet. If they're folded, I'm obviously going to assume they're dry. Yes, I should've checked, but this shouldn't happen in the first place. After years of doing business here, this shows a lack of care and attention to customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
