Please be mindful and do you research, I used this company and paid over $200.00 depending on the bags the more bag of laundry the charge automically up front.. For example if you have 9 bags they charge you for 9 bags and your return could be less because of the size of their bags versus yours! I had less than 9 bags and they return six but I was charge for 9 bags and they returned only 6 you don't speak to live person. I absolutely love this service ! I have been getting my winter bedding out of storage and freshened up. So. These reviews must all be fake. I had the service for about two months. I moved into a place and got signed up. First I had problems getting set up. Then I was told that I received my welcome kit , which I never did. Then I signed up for my clothes to be washed twice a week and you can select how you want things washed and folded. The first wash was great, maybe to keep me coming back. Second wash was terrible. My whites were not bleached like I requested and had clearly been washed with coloreds. I complained and they told me they were bleached and I must be confused. I have been washing my own clothes since I was about 10 I know what bleached whites look like. Also it was basically the same items as last time and they looked completely dirty still and worse since they had been washed with colors. Next problem, they charge you $8 per item if its larger than clothing. So I wash my blankets weekly. I'm paying for a service that I want and need, so money is not a problem as I know its cost. But when things go wrong they need to be fixed not just refunded or given up on. You already charged my card just fix the problem. Last time I had my covers washed they came back folded but dirty. I tried emailing and calling never heard back. I finally did when I was working, I own a store. She left me a rude voicemail and told me that my cover was washed and that they manger personally washed it. I don't care who "washed it" it was never washed and it smells worse that before like it was just sitting with dirty clothes. While everything else smells amazing. All I wanted was my blanket washed that I paid to get washed. She told me that she was closing my account and that was it. Never got a refund never got a real apology and thats it. Do not use this service, they only have excuses for anything they do wrong and they don't close your doors or gates when they leave. I love this service! It was so easy to sign up and schedule my first pickup. It can get pretty pricy ($100+) if you have lots of laundry but I only do it about once a month so it's worth it for me. I love that I can just set my laundry out in the morning and by the next day it's returned to me clean and nicely folded or hung for me to place in my closet. I never received a welcome kit in the mail so I've been setting my clothes out in black trash bags and they are returned in small clear plastic bags. I haven't tried to get my bedding cleaned yet but I plan to use this service for that within the next few months. I highly recommend this service to anyone who doesn't own a washer/dryer or who simply wants to spend their time doing other things and not worrying about laundry! read more

I have been using this service for almost a year and it has changed my life. It was easy to set up with selections for how you would like your clothes folded, hung, and detergent choices. You choose delivery days based when they are in your area. They send text or emails informing you a time frame of when they will be picking up your laundry. I received my welcome kit with laundry bags after my first pick up. The laundry is delivered within 24 hours of when it was picked up. They also send an email or text when they will be dropping off your laundry. We receive our clothing clean, crisp, neatly folded or hung every week. Every person ive spoken to over the phone has been friendly and helpful. The man who picks up our laundry is also friendly and professional. If you are willing to pay for a service that saves hours of time each week, this is worth it!!! read more

Great service. Great customer service. Fast turnaround. All around great! I had a large comforter that needed to be cleaned and didn't want to take a chance with a laundry mat. Laundry Magician exceeded my expectations. The small but noticeable tomato sauce stain was removed from my white comforter without any damage to the bedding. This is an amazing service. If you are short on time and laundry falls to the bottom of your list each week this place is for you. I can't say enough good things about this service. I started working more hours back in January and this has been a life saver. The website to set everything up is super easy and convenient. They send reminder texts the day before pick up. They also text you a 1-hour time frame to let you know when they will be there to pick up and drop off your clothes. I can log into my account and set all my preferences for what detergent I want, how I want things folded, etc. Seriously, they have thought every part of the process through. My husband was a little hesitant when I first wanted to do this, but now he even talks about how great it is. If you try this you won't be disappointed. read more

We started using Laundry Magician a couple of months ago. We have three Foster Children under the age of three and just don't have time to get it all done. The first order was perfect, and we were sold. Before the second pickup, they said our credit card failed. Our bad, we had someone access our PNC account and had changed debit cards. I gave them another card and they picked up the next load. Then, they called and said they had another issue with being paid. They used the old card. Once explained, they picked up the third load. We expected the laundry to be returned the next day. When it wasn't, we called. They now told us they were holding the laundry for unpaid invoices. The question then arises; why was it picked up? Simple, so they would have some collateral. So, after a conversation, we found they still used the, wrong card. Once again, I gave them the new card, the funds were withdrawn, no laundry. After numerous calls and emails, we finally received our laundry. Unfortunately, we received less than 1/2 of our laundry and quite a bit of someone else's. All of our Foster Kids clothing was not returned as well as 17 items of our clothing. They said they would look into it and responded by saying they thought they knew what had happened. That was 5 days ago. They are now unresponsive. BUYER beware!!! read more
