They called and said that there was some matting under the belly and in the rear end. Gave them the "go ahead" to trim up those two areas a little more. Two hours later they called and said that he was ready for pickup. Asked us to take care of payment while they go get him and bring him out to us. When he was brought out he had been completely cut off of all his coat, except for the tip of his tail, front of his head, and paws. He was trimmed up to look like a poodle! And the bill was $40 higher then what was quoted because of a "matting fee" added to the bill. The young gal who did the job apparently had absolutely no experience in double coat dogs Would not recommend them to anyone I know.

It sits on the tiled floor in our bathroom. This occasionally causes her confusion when we travel. One day we went to pick her up from the west side location. Riesling had spied an air vent in the floor that looked like a grate. Apparently in need she released a load of molten diarrhea down into their vent. We were referred to Canine Corner from some super happy pet owners that go to the Sun Prairie location. I'm thrilled I called as we caught them when they first opened and I was able to bring my boy in that same week. The staff were super friendly on the phone, but I was even happier in person. When you walk in Canine Corner there is a short picket fence as your gate so your pet cannot go running into another pet or staff member with a razor or scissors. Paperwork is painless, they verify immunizations for safety and greet your pet as if he was theirs. My boy has terrible separation anxiety and barks if left alone. The staff accommodated him so he felt comfortable and no longer barked or scared the other dogs. I've been to other groomers that ignore the dogs that aren't being tended to. Definitely not the case here. The dogs being trimmed when I picked up were being talked to and cared for. I appreciate seeing employees that actually like what they do and they did a great job at an affordable rate.
