After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

They had been servicing our pool for approximately eight months, but the quality of service over…read morethe last several months was extremely disappointing. For about two months, our pool was covered in yellow algae. We brought this to the technician's attention after he had just serviced the pool, but he said he hadn't noticed it. He also failed to notice that the pool was several inches above the proper water level. How could someone paid to care for pools not recognize those issues. We then spoke directly with the owner, who assured us that he would personally take over the care of our pool. He came out and charged us $225 for a new water leveler nearly a month ago. However, the pool is still significantly overfilled, so the issue was never actually resolved. The pool was also still full of algae. Rather than correcting the problem, the owner repeatedly told us he would "get to it." Eventually, we had another pool company evaluate the situation, and they recommended draining and refilling the pool because the water was in such poor condition. We had completely remodeled and refilled our pool just last summer. Because it is a large diving pool, draining it would waste a significant amount of water and cost several hundred dollars to refill. We were essentially being told to spend hundreds of dollars to correct a problem that developed while the pool was under their care. At that point, we decided to hire another pool company to try to correct the situation. Unfortunately, we accidentally sent All American Pool $275 that was intended for the new company to perform the pool startup. We contacted All American Pool immediately, explained the mistake, and requested that the money be returned. They were already aware at that point that we were cancelling their service. The owner told us he needed to speak with the accountant (his wife) and would have the money sent back to us. Despite numerous calls and text messages since then, he has refused to return the $275. He acknowledged that he had received the money and told us he would return it, but he is now refusing to answer our calls or respond to our attempts to contact him. We understand that the payment was accidentally sent to them, but once they were notified of the mistake, we expected the money to be returned because it was not payment for services owed to them. There were also ongoing issues with the quality of their service. The pictures they sent at the end of their visits were supposed to show us that our pool had been properly cleaned, yet the yellow algae is clearly visible in those pictures. In June, our pool became extremely cloudy. When we contacted the owner, he said the filter probably needed to be cleaned. We were surprised that this had not been identified or recommended during their regular service. He then asked us to pay $399.99 upfront for a yearly filter cleaning service. We cancelled their service after only three months of that arrangement. When our new pool company took over, they found that the filter was full of dirt. Despite this, All American Pool has refused to return any of that money. We will be attaching photographs documenting the condition of the pool, including the algae and the condition shown in the service photos they provided. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with our experience. Problems were repeatedly overlooked, we were charged for services and equipment that did not resolve the issues, and when we raised our concerns, we felt that the responsibility was repeatedly shifted back onto us rather than the company taking ownership of the quality of its work. The refusal to return the $275 that was accidentally sent to them has only made the situation worse. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

In a…read moremarket place of hyper inflation, over marketing without follow through, and disappointment of contractor accountability, my family can endorse fully Triston as a true leader of integrity overseeing a company that sticks to their word at Triton. Nothing ever goes as planned in construction projects but the issues come up and many hide or try to hit you with change orders. I recommend Triton for any project in their scope as they never left us, even communicating weekends when new project issues or learning how to use the products you purchase arise. You get treated like you would want to treat your own family by Tristan and Triton offering integrity and follow through which is unfortunately lacking in most industries these days, especially construction projects. Thanks to Tristan and his team for the patience and follow through to educate us during the project. Pool is beautiful, saving money on water and less maintenance than previous pool system at our home. These are 5 star people at triton. Any reference call anytime 727-599-5617. Lara Mazzone lmazzone11@gmail.com 2:58PM (3 minutes ago)…read moreto me We hired Triton to install a new pool pump and filter. Although the equipment initially appeared to work, a licensed electrician later found serious code and safety violations in the pool subpanel, including improper grounding/neutral, disconnected GFCI protection, circuits tied together against code, and insufficient voltage reaching the equipment. The electrician stated the system should not have been energized in this condition. They sent out a tech named Travis, who opened the subpanel and said, "We only touched these two wires." Following this appointment with Travis, the owner Triston called and stated they did not even open the subpanel during installation. I told him that's strange because Travis was just here yesterday telling me what two wires you touched! If they didn't open the subpanel that means new equipment was connected and powered without verifying the electrical source was safe or code-compliant, and no warning was provided. The owner, Triston, refused to accept responsibility or cover the cost of proper repairs, and their explanations changed multiple times. If they did open the subpanel, there were all sorts of issues that were not disclosed to us prior to energizing the pump and filter. Either option is not professional. Triton's Google reviews also appear far more positive than reviews on other platforms, where customer experiences more closely matched ours. I recommend reading reviews across platforms before deciding. As a result, I am now forced to pursue resolution through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors ROC to get this fixed properly.
