Within two days, I had dropped my boys off for their free intro play date. I could tell immediately when I picked them up, they were happy and had a great day! I was sold on this place after I saw how happy they were and I bought a play package. What's great about this place over others I've used over the years is you don't have to make an appointment for play dates!! So I can decide to drop off my boys any day at any time! I can wake up one day and decide-I feel lazy and want a quiet day and drop them off. I also like how it's curbside drop off and pick up. You park, call and someone come out to get my boys. So easy! I love not having to go inside. I also like how many employees they have staffed and how friendly everyone I've met has been.

Our precious fourteen year old female was called beautiful and had pics taken of passerby's. When we picked her up after her being there for three hours or more ( every visit the same amount of time ) we just wanted to get them home. With her we noticed immediately her " beautiful fan tail " was no more. Her hind leg had been shaved to the bone. The shaver got away from one of their employees and that employee was not honest enough to report it. And if it was reported to his or her employer when we picked up our precious dog the incident was ignored and she was handed over to us like nothing ever happened. Now, a few months later she still has the large bald spot on the back of her hind leg where no hair has grown.. Her tail is completely butchered it hasn't grown out to its " beautiful fan wave" for a Collie after all this time. " I cant imagine what she was put through" being there! Our two year old male dog the most loving ever had his face completely missed his beard went over his lip. I trimmed it myself. I'm grateful our male dog hadn't gone through the trauma our precious female had gone through. I personally feel that someone there ( management) should be taking responsibility by checking while dogs are being groomed by ( newbies ) or any employee in any manner. I feel my female dog was left with a newbie and was not given the attention to this employee that he or she needed with managing. My daughter and I were under the impression that the woman that met us outside( same woman that groomed twice before ) asked how we'd like their grooming taken care of would be the one attending to both our dogs we trusted her grooming since she had done both our dogs twice before and we were happy with their outcome We had made recommendations to friends about Animal Oasis.We put our trust in the woman who greeted us who seemed interested in our concerns towards their grooming. This business failed my dogs and us. We should have looked at the grooming before paying the $100.00 per dog and not given the tips. I've never had to write up a complaint I waited hoping my female dog would grow her beautiful hair back to its original shape " Not" ! The Animal Oasis deserves this complaint. If you go to Animal Oasis after my complaint ask questions like who will be attending fully to my animal and look carefully after the work has been completed to your satisfaction before tipping. Get names, your dog is part of your loving family and should be treated like so.

She took to Brynda and Billy right away--they were very good with her. When we returned from our vacation both dogs were healthy, happy and a little sad to see Brynda and Billy leave. My dogs had never had an emergency or issue while they were there. Experiences: They have these cute little photo/treat sessions with all the holidays. They're great to have that some other dog daycares do, but are 2X-3X the price. I love bringing my dog in just for these. Pricing: I think they're in the middle of the road cost compared to other places I take my dogs too. I think it's a pretty standard fee. However, knowing my dogs are taken care of is a great peace of mind. Facility: It's always clean when I bring my dog in, other places we have been too are not this clean. They have cameras so you can use the app to check in on your dog. There is easy parking. This is by far the closest and best place for me living in South Reno - Damonte Ranch area for dog boarding and daycare!

We knew we couldn't take her to the kennel and so we haven't traveled in 18 months. Shannon took such great care of our dogs that Ruby has stopped aggressively barking at people when they come over and seemed happier when we returned that before we left. Shannon and Tonda updated me twice a day with adorable pictures of my pups. I finally enjoyed my time away knowing that they were in good hands. Shannon made sure my pup Maggie had her allergy pill everyday and took the time to watch tv with them before she went to school everyday! I think my dogs miss their dog mom! I called later about boarding. They really push for you to just fill out a form. They will not give any kind of estimate. I understand that circumstances will vary, but a price range would be good. I had a contractor at my home once looking out my window and commenting "all you rich people up here." He way overcharged me and we aren't all rich. Not saying she would do this, I just like to be quoted a price range. She seems to take care of her employees and has a decent business plan. Costs to meet with them, as it should. Where she lost me was asking how long the dogs could be left alone. Well, several hours I suppose. She kinda beat around the bush then told me that all of her Nannys have full time careers. If I am working outside of the house for a full work day, I take my dogs to day care. An 8-9 hour work day and commute, leaves my dogs alone for at least 9-10 hours. How does the Nanny have time to exercise them? She also said that a Nanny can only work for one week. So, if you are gone for more than one week, you would have 2 nannies. Not a huge deal, but two different people in my home is a question mark. She ended the conversation with "fill out the online form and we will see if we have any nannies available." Didn't sound like she even wanted the business and seemed like she didn't have many nannies. I have 2 easy, older dogs, but they need daily exercise. I don't need someone with my dogs 24/7, but I would not leave them more than 6 hours at a time, so just being fed and having someone overnight, is not what I am looking for. That being said, if this works for others, they may be a great service.

We are a senior couple and wanted to make sure he would be safe with us. We had never done this before but the peace of mind had been invaluable. She went out 2x for hour long hikes, and I added on some boosters to reinforce her Turn Key training, she had a blast, and was exhausted when I picked her up. They have taken care of my dogs for a couple of days at a time to weeks at a time. Two of those times were emergency vists because I was unexpectantly admitted to the hospital. They were there for me & my 3 dogs with no questions asked. I am currently on a trip that was to last 5 weeks. But I have had to extend my trip an additional 4 weeks. No problem with tony & Tina. Angel also house sits for me. They get my mail, water my indoor plants & flower pots outside, take out the trash, sweep floors & clean up the yard. Tony even cut my lawn when i was gone for 2 weeks last year. He thought my grass was getting too tall so he grabbed my lawnmower & away he went. They also spend time walking my dogs which they don't need to do because I have a huge fenced in back yard & a doggie door. Each one of my dogs has minor special needs. This is also no issue for Angel. My dogs get brushed more when i am away than when i am home. Tina & Tony go the extra mile & spend "quality" time with your pets. I also leave some cash & a signed check in case the dogs need something while I am gone. Dog treats, vet visits, extended stays on my part, whatever. Angel is good to me & my dogs so I do what I can to make their job smooth. And I have never had to worry that this extra money will be used on anything other than my dogs. Angel does not just take care of your pets. They become friends with your animals & create individual bonds. My dogs absolutely just love Tina & Tony & so do I.
