This was our first time using any doggy day care/boarding service and it the service was beyond what I could have expected. My pup was even excited to return when we had to drop her off again! She participated in a few activities, like the pool pawty and sniff and seek and I even got some cute pictures of her experience! I always recommend this place for my dog parent friends in south Reno. Overall review: This place is extremely easy to schedule a time for daycare or boarding. You can call online or the app. I've never had an issue trying to get a booking when calling ahead. The stay is extremely kind and nice when I check in/out. My dogs had never had an emergency or issue while they were there. Experiences: They have these cute little photo/treat sessions with all the holidays. They're great to have that some other dog daycares do, but are 2X-3X the price. I love bringing my dog in just for these. Pricing: I think they're in the middle of the road cost compared to other places I take my dogs too. I think it's a pretty standard fee. However, knowing my dogs are taken care of is a great peace of mind. Facility: It's always clean when I bring my dog in, other places we have been too are not this clean. They have cameras so you can use the app to check in on your dog. There is easy parking. This is by far the closest and best place for me living in South Reno - Damonte Ranch area for dog boarding and daycare!

I called later about boarding. They really push for you to just fill out a form. They will not give any kind of estimate. I understand that circumstances will vary, but a price range would be good. I had a contractor at my home once looking out my window and commenting "all you rich people up here." He way overcharged me and we aren't all rich. Not saying she would do this, I just like to be quoted a price range. She seems to take care of her employees and has a decent business plan. Costs to meet with them, as it should. Where she lost me was asking how long the dogs could be left alone. Well, several hours I suppose. She kinda beat around the bush then told me that all of her Nannys have full time careers. If I am working outside of the house for a full work day, I take my dogs to day care. An 8-9 hour work day and commute, leaves my dogs alone for at least 9-10 hours. How does the Nanny have time to exercise them? She also said that a Nanny can only work for one week. So, if you are gone for more than one week, you would have 2 nannies. Not a huge deal, but two different people in my home is a question mark. She ended the conversation with "fill out the online form and we will see if we have any nannies available." Didn't sound like she even wanted the business and seemed like she didn't have many nannies. I have 2 easy, older dogs, but they need daily exercise. I don't need someone with my dogs 24/7, but I would not leave them more than 6 hours at a time, so just being fed and having someone overnight, is not what I am looking for. That being said, if this works for others, they may be a great service.

She went out 2x for hour long hikes, and I added on some boosters to reinforce her Turn Key training, she had a blast, and was exhausted when I picked her up.
