The nails were fine but my tech surely wasn't happy. She was rude and rough. Her aggression was increasing as time went on. I won't return. I tipped her regardless. She was pushing higher priced items on me and mad when I did'nt go top tier although I did increase my service price. I won't return. read more

worst service i ever had, i can't even explain how bad my time was here. came in for a french pedicure and not only were my toes crooked but she stopped helping me to tend to someone else and i nearly sat for an extra 40 minutes before walking out with only one foot done until she finally tried actually finishing my other foot then sat there with an attitude huffing and puffing being extra rude like... i almost didn't even want to pay them. don't waste your time coming here don't say i didn't tell you. idk why they're called happy nails quite the opposite actually. read more

I started going to Happy Nails when they first opened. I have always enjoyed my experience there. If I was unhappy, I promptly let the owner know, and she would resolve my issue. I decided to go again after 8 months because of COVID. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday, but the salon was packed and the nail stations set up had ZERO social distancing. I had gone in for a gel nail polish. The station was dirty, the tech used old polish and a dirty brush to clean the paint she had spread over my skin. The manicure looks good as long as it's not viewed up close. As I didn't want to stay in the salon any longer than I had to, I paid, left a tip and left. I don't ever remember this salon being like this. I think the fact of the issue with social distancing and the stations were dirty really left me with a bad feeling. read more

I could have done a better job with mani. Pedi is fine and the lady was nice. I will not go back.

Horrible experience. Worst pedicure I have ever had. No attempt to clean up cuticles or give a massage. I was told that I needed to do a gel pedicure due to COVID (?). I only went to this place because of the high reviews and I was in the area. There were two other technicians that seemed much better, but there's no way the manager doesn't know that the technician that was assigned to me is sub-par. The manicure looks AWFUL. Tried this place on a whim when my usual spot was crowded. They were ok. The salon was very clean, the techs were polite. I was a walk-in, and no one was there at the time so I was taken to a chair to be serviced immediately which was great. It may depend on which tech works on your nails (I came in for an acrylic refill), but the woman who did mine didn't talk to me at all or care to ask exactly what I wanted. My acrylic isn't very smooth and my nail shaping is inconsistent (which is a big pet peeve of mine). The prices are decent. I will try them for a pedicure maybe in the future and see how that goes, but will be sticking to my old spot for my refills. I'm very detailed and hate to pay for a service to only stare at my nails and hate them for 2 weeks. read more

While getting my nails done one employee argued with a customer who was dissatisfied with her nails. The customer Asked for coffin and the employee gave her rounded nails. When customers left from nail salon employee got in the face of sister who was going to pay. Also all 3 acrylics I got were supposed to be coffin and they are all crooked. read more

Had an awful experience here. Gave them 2 chances. I will never go back. Experience 1: I had a 20% coupon with no expiration date and they wouldn't accept it. Experience 2: I go as a walk in and ask how long the wait was and they said "not long". 30 minutes later I am sat. I ask how long the mani will take and they said "20-25 minutes". Ok so the technician couldn't file a round nail so I accepted square for time purposes. 4 of my nails were on a huge angle. I complained but there was a language barrier and she didn't correct them right. So now I'm frustrated but digress so we move on to color. I picked 520 which was red solid with silver speckles. She paints the first nail and it's clear base with red speckles so I said that's not right... she talked to her coworker and decided red base underneath was the answer. I tried to explain red base with red speckles is just red. They didn't understand and said to me "can you just pick a different color". I picked magnetic and said since they couldn't do the other color, they should do it for the other price and they said no. Ok well I have to get back to work, they discussed the colors for another 5 minutes at which point I decided I had to get back to work and couldn't finish. They still charge me for this awful service. I'm so disappointed and will never spend another dime towards their business. read more

MY BIRTHDAY TREATMENT TO MYSELF!!! Very disappointed Ann did my nails over twice! My hands are always seen in my line of work she got an attitude that I asked her to clean the GEL nail polish off my hands. It was on my knuckles between my fingers. I also asked her to file the ridges down in the gel polish my nails are not smooth they have right plea from the nail brush ANN made my day so bad. I was there 2 1/2 hrs I was overcharged I didn't want to create a scene so I took pictures of my nails as I left. Mary knows better it's her business she really didn't help with the issue. I didn't want to be a bother but I work extremely hard for my money. TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I have bubbles in my gel polish also!! ANN didn't want to give me new or unused nail files or anything she is very unprofessional and she will hurry and say she doesn't speak English!! She shouldn't be caring for customers if she doesn't understand what they want. She knows how to say how much you have to pay! I'm baffled HAPPY NAILS IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL YOU NEVER KNOW WHO MAY WALK IN FOR SERVICE SO TREAT WITH OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! My left and right hand is a terrible representation of professional work. I will never patronize this place again. I made an appt. to have a pedicure and manicure @11:30am. When I entered the establishment there were two people people being serviced and three nail employees including the owner there. I was seated in the pedicure chair and an employee began servicing me taking my gel polish off and rapping my toes and feet with foil. About 10 minutes after I enter the shop and begin receiving my service, white female and her daughter enter and sit in the pedicure section beside me my nail tech stops after wrapping my feet and tells me she going to remove the gel from the woman's feet while my hands & Feet are soaking and she will be back to me in f5 minutes. To make along story short, she continued working on the white woman's foot and left me sitting in my chair never to return to finish the service started on me. I asked if she was going to come and finish what she started on me and she explained that she would come back to me after she finished working on this woman and the reason was the white woman had an appointment the same time as mine and she had to go some where after her appointments and I had to what until she finished up with the white woman or just wait another hour for another employee and who may or may not come into work that day!!! Reminding you that I had an appointment and I had been there almost 10 to 15 minutes before this white woman came in and that it did matter to the establishment whether I had something to do or not, not that she had started to service me and stopped! I made it clear to the woman who was being serviced that I didn't blame her not was I upset with her but I wanted to be treated with the same respect that was offered her and this was not happening. She agreed with me, so much that she stated she was offended at the establishment's behavior and at the end she apologized which was totally unnecessary and paid my bill. I begged her not to pay but, She said I desired some happiness today. This infuriated me because by no circumstances was she responsible for the rude, disrespectful, racist actions of the owner and employee of Happy Nails. I never did know her name (who just happened to be White) but if your reading this thank you again for being decent and recognizing the Racist behavior of this establishment.
