Horrible experience from the time I sat down. No one greeted me told me to sit down for pedicure, first time here and no one informed me of any packages they just started doing my toes, I picked a color and by the time you know it my pedicure was done in like 10 minutes. My mom also got a pedicure and had to ask for the packages the man doing her pedicure pulled out a paper with all the different packages, they did not even offer any of these til asked. By the time I was done I couldn't pick one, horrible customer service by the way. They menu said they have complimentary drinks and they didn't offer me my mom or my son or my daughter shit and we were all paying customers. They charged me $35 for painting my 2 year olds toes. A TODDLER, mind you my pedi was $30 and she didn't get one . Don't waste your time coming here. Trash. Mad that I wasted my money here I could have went somewhere else but if I decided NOT to pay for services then I would be int the wrong, please do better. read more

A few imperfections but truly a great gel set for $45--lasted me 2+ weeks and I never wear nails. Owners (or management?) are not very friendly and the place is rather dark inside. However, my nail tech was very nice and she also had me out the door in under an hour which is worth a a whole lot to someone like myself who values their time. a few days ago my boyfriend and i decided to get our nails done, i got acrylic nails by one man. my boyfriend got his mani and pedi done with a lady , who did my pedi as well. the staff was very nice and very talkative with us. but, as i was getting my acrylics the man did not prep my nails, he went straight to putting on the tips. he glued them on all over the place, not actually even pressed against my nails. while making small talk he asked for my age and i said 18, he replied with "wow perfect age" PERFECT AGE FOR WHAT‍. as he filed my nails down he kept scrapping my skin but i just brushed it off because usually that happens. but realized just now it left me marks. after he filled my nail with the powder and filed them down with the spinning machine, he shaved down my cuticles so far back he made me bleed ! on six of my nails! then after i brought it up to him he put alcohol on a cotton swab to clean it and it burned so bad i pulled my hand back and said ouch that hurt and all he said was "sorry". then immediately after the alcohol dried he got straight to painting over them ,OVER MY BLOOD ! even without cleaning the left over powder off my nail from when he filed them down... i was still bleeding . after all of that his boss or coworker told him to stop and go work on something else. he left me alone to cure my own nails? so i got up and washed the acrylic that was stuck to my skin and even til today it burns to wash my hands because of the little cuts. i do not recommend whatsoever. 0/5 stars... hope this helps someone. also this took less then 30 minutes, he was in a rush.i do not know the mans name and although he was nice , he did his job terribly and extremely sloppy . read more

This was great! The cosmetologist who did my nails was very polite and professional; she was also very careful with my sensitivity on my right hand. Nails came out looking great! I don't know how I feel about the price, but overall , it was worth the money. read more

I just got a "pedicure" here and what I got was NOT a pedicure. The guy was really nice but he has no business doing nails. I will never come back. If I could leave 0 stars I would. 40 dollars for a non pedicure. The "manager" said he would have someone redo it. I was no longer interested. I asked for a discount or my money back. He asked me what did I want to have done. I told him the service I got was not a pedicure. The guy barely clipped my nails, filed them unevenly, did not do any cuticle clean up or anything. I sat down in the chair last and all the ladies that were sitting there before I got there were still sitting there when my "pedicure" was done. Awful. me and my grandma came yesterday and we did or nails i paid 40$ for a mani pedi and i got cut 2x one on my big toe and the other on my hand the next day my nail polish chips and mine is regular nail polish my grandma got shilac and hera we're chipping a lot this man that was working here starts raising his voice at us because my grandma wants to change the color of her nails and he refused and after a while he says they'll change the color and my grandma has the same color on her toes and he starts complaining cause they had the messed up nail polish yesterday used on my grandma and my grandma doesn't understand and she's just laying back hearing while this man is raising his voice point of this being i'm never coming here again read more
