There are so many around but they start at $40 for a basic one- even though those offer wine I prefer lower prices as I can buy my own wine. They should underserved the lenguaje. Sat there for 1:45 min for them to put a total different color from what I asked for. Butbi did noticed. After she painted two nails - they went look for my color and she still did wrong. She said after it dries different color - but I guess she didn't get it bc of the lenguaje barrier. Where should I start? i was here in Florida visiting my mother, I went to have done dip fill manicure and super organic diamond pedicure, what I got was a very rush service by Mindy, according to their description of the above services I did not receive any of it, my nails are lumpy and uneven, my toe nails were only painted. no cuticles we're done, she put some cream on my legs with messaging them just immediately put the hot towels to take the cream out. all the crystals, and oil was not done at all. When I asked for the manager to complain she told me that they all were managers and would not let me speak to anyone at all. when I told my sister about my experience she immediately told me that she had gone there and would not go back after her gel manicure peeled off after a couple of days. I needed my nails done. I didn't want to go to my usual location, so I opted to go here, where I'd seen some of their work on the Hostess at Long horn's hands. There was no wait, And they did do the dip polish like I enjoy. The technician asked me what color I wanted, because apparently they don't have a wheel with the colors of their dip polish. I said a shiny, glittery red. They didn't have that (?) they did have all shades of neon pink but in the end I opted for a clear, but dark base with multi flash glitter within. She took her time, and though she didn't do it the way the other location does it, my nails turned out well. I give them a three because the walls, the floor and the stations were not spic and span. I am only giving this salon one star for Tammy. She is always kind and does a great job at pedicures!! Unfortunately I have NEVER had an acceptable manicure here. The outcome is always too clunky, they never touch my cuticles, and I always have stuff stuck under my nails. Not to mention, this time somehow the nail polish actually smells like crap. I've been to this nail salon over 20+ times... I always tip very well and I'm a pretty easy going patron. These past two times have been awful and the person that has done my nails has rushed because of already booked appointments that have overlapped with walk ins. I let a lot of things go because it's just nails you get them re done in 2 weeks anyways but this is just unacceptable. How would a nail technician think uneven nails are even remotely okay. I had to tell the technician that a nail was slanted so that she would fix it. Her response was the nail is to short. Too short to not be leveled? And on top of the uneven nails she left one of my nails lumpy. For $60 plus a 20% tip I don't fucking think so. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more

his place is definitely not happy...very rude. Ive been here a few times before but not anymore. I walk in and everyone ignored me. 4 employees look At me and look back at each other and continue chatting. I stand there at the front desk for 25 seconds before one of the a women finally looks at me and yells "what you want??" I said I needed a fill and she said what color? I said I don't know I will pick it out while I'm getting my nails done. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and how dare I not know what I want. She Muttered something and walked away...she finally talked to other people and told me to sit down. After about five minutes, a guy came over and said there's nobody there to do a fill. Ummm ok? I have been going to happy nails spa for years now. Tammy is amazing!! I have never been disappointed with my waxing or pedi and mani. The staff is great and the place is clean and they have all protective windows between you and your manicurist for pedicures as well as protective shield for your mani's. Got my nails done here twice around my wedding. I wish I could have transported everyone back to my favorite nail salon in Chicago, but Happy Nails was a close second! The salon was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and thorough. They happily accommodated our large group (I called ahead about a week to warn them) and did a fantastic job. Prices are very reasonable. How could a place that looks so nice be so awful? While it looks like a lovely clean spa, it smells like a cheap basement nail salon. The chemical smell is OVERWHELMING. I could barely stand it during my manicure, I feel awful for ladies working there. I had gels on. Imagine my surprise when, instead of wrapping my nails in cotton and foil, they had me soak my hands in a BOWL of acetone. No wonder it stinks in there! Oh, and they were doing all of this in a pedicure chair, so I was balancing this bowl of nail polish remover on my LAP. Luckily, I wasn't wearing good pants. I said the fumes were bothering me so they threw a towel over the bowl. Thanks. I also had to balance another mysterious bowl of liquid on my lap after that. She used the electronic little sander thing on my gels, but held it in same place too long and went too close to the skin, so the whole process felt like my finger tips were on fire. We didn't get pedicures, but they did our nails while we sat in pedicure chairs because the nail tables were full. It was awkward to have to keep crossing my hands across my body and holding them there for my nail tech. They put way too much lotion on me, which I didn't like-- but at least it was lotion. My sister had oil (???) put on her arms, which they never toweled off. She had to wash off the greasy mess when we got home. Whenever I've had a regular (not gel) manicure, they ask me to pay beforehand so I don't bump my nails getting my wallet out. They didn't do that here. I gave them payment early. But my sister didn't know that trick, so AFTER they finish her manicure and BEFORE sending her to waiting area to dry, they asked for her credit card! Since my sister is not a wizard, she smudged her wet nail in the process and needed one redone. The good news: the manicure looked good and it's held up well. But I wouldn't go back. read more

I really wanted to like this place, the girls were so nice but I knew the moment the lady started working on my nails I should have just left. I went in for gelish manicure, instead of filing my nails she filed my skin. While clipping my cuticles she cut me, and even put the blame on me saying my skin was to thin. Then she polished my cuticles instead of my nails when I asked her to clean it up she said she already did. When I got home, my four year old daughter commented how ugly my nails were. read more

I decided to try somewhere different as I was looking for a bio seaweed gel. You should go wTerrible place...DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! I am really not one for blasting on social media, but when a business treats a client in such a humiliating fashion I believe that a review is warranted. I decided to try a different nail place as I was specifically looking for a more natural and less intrusive, organic acrylic. I paid $45 to get my nails done with Bio Seed Weed and less than 24 hours later, two nails had broken. I went back today to get them fixed and was told that the lady who did them was not there and I should come back tomorrow. I clearly stated I was here now and could someone please fix them? I was motioned to a seat and told I would have to wait and after 20 minutes a lengthy discussion between at least 6 tech, evil eyes and stares, one tech begrudgingly came over and stated "I do for you". The tech was clearly annoyed that he had to fix someones work and was rough, incensed and totally pissed off: I knew that based on the chatter in their own language, coupled with the annoyance of his tone and pulling on my hands. As I was leaving he stated "Next time you go to the person who did your nails, they fix for you"...I clearly stated 'I would not be back"! I went to Happy Nails and Spa on Mothers Day with my sister and mother since it is the only nail salon that I knew of that is open on Sundays. About 5 minutes in the lady cuts my finger and it begins to bleed, and continues to bleed for about 5 minutes until she put a sketchy powder on it (from a mini bottle that had NO LABEL). I washed my hands and told her to not continue painting my nails because the paint was sure to cause irritation to the cut. The nail lady apologized repeatedly, yet the damage was already done. My finger continues to sting (this being around 30 minutes later after my finger was cut). I would not recommend this place, instead I would recommend Crystal Nail and Spa. read more

This isn't my regular place..I went here with a friend bc that's his usual place. Worst gel manicure I've ever had. I got it fri and by Sunday it was chipping and Monday, today, it's peeling off. Gel has always lasted at least 3 weeks before chipping or peeling on my nails. It was also a sloppy job, there's bumps all over the polish. It also wasn't a full manicure yet I paid full price. I go to this place only because they have a large staff and a lot of pedicure chairs and manicure tables so I don't have to wait. That's the only good thing about this place. They don't pay attention to what they're doing. They constantly talk to their co-workers and are answering their cell phones while doing your nails! And they do not understand English. There are a few who understand better than others. They are so quick, I had to go home and basically finish my manicure. The worst part in my opinion is that if you pay with a debit/credit card, you cannot leave a tip with your card like most places. They make you go get cash.
