Premier has been my go to nail salon for years. Whenever I feel like treating myself to a manicure or pedicure with a glass of wine, I walk right in. I'm always happy with the technicians they pair me with. They always offer wine, champagne, or bottled water. I prefer OPI polish with matching gel (sometimes the numbers don't match so it's helpful to test beforehand). The massage chairs are comfy and the tub water is always toasty. I can't get enough of the exfoliating scrub and leg massage. I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered. read more

More expensive than other places and the color wasn't what I wanted. My friend and I are doing the rounds to all the nail salons in Westchase. This one was on the more expensive side (came out to a little over $100 for dip mani and regular pedi). My nails didn't chip in the two weeks that I had it on, which is a major pro, but the con is I was looking for a dark blue. The color I chose looked dark blue and then it ended up being royal blue. The color on my toes was what I wanted on my hands, but they didn't match. Luckily, we get our nails done every two weeks, but the blue bothered me for the two weeks. Even my four year old son said he liked it when it's darker. The pro is they did seat us together so we can chat, which I've found is not the case everywhere. However, for that price, I want the color to be exactly the same as what it looked like on the fake nail. They did a really cool gel/dip combination so my friend could get the color she wanted (Linkin park after dark I think was the name). So she had a great experience while I had a meh one. We'll continue to try other places. read more

Both services Hard Gel nail and Pedicure with gel is way over priced!! The process is out dated with no cutting or push back of cuticles! Filed natural nail too much after removing old gel. Thereby breaking half the nails and putting gel over it and two days later, nails snag at cracks and become sore. They should know better of how to process nails. This company will be reported as ripping us off with cheap products. And harming the community. You are So busy asking where we live and work, maybe send back to a nail school and business 101. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and checked in on a pad for 2 pedicures. They have wonderful atmosphere, but what bugged me is I sat down to have a $65 laminated pedi option and that was it. I asked for anything cheaper and they only went to $55. Turns out the have pedicures for cheaper on a folder. I don't like being up-charged. I was also annoyed it didn't explain well what the pedicure entails for which price. Posting all the options so everyone can see what they can get and for what. This nail bar is super close to me and designed really cute inside. I called on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could accommodate a regular manicure and pedicure and the women who answered the phone said that they could, but didn't take my name or number and sounded quite disinterested. They are located in a shopping mall with tons of parking and plenty of signage. I walked in and up to the reception area where I interrupted the reception from her phone and told her I had called a moment ago, she mumbled something (still disinterested)...I assumed it was to pick a color? I started my pedicure first and had some sticker shock at the prices $55 or $65 WOW I've actually never paid that much for a pedicure so It must be amazing!!! I went with the $55, which I learned is exactly the same as the $65 except no hot stones. The pedicure was good, but I've had the same for $25 and for $35 with hot stones....Far overpriced in my opinion. Manicure was next and it was $18 which is a little high, but closer to what I'm used to paying...she did a nice job. Went up to pay my $80+ (with tip) bill and that same receptionist was still sitting on her phone and still disinterested, didn't ask how everything went and didn't seem to care. It's the little things, like friendliness that matter to me and I can get that for a lot less..:this place is convenient, but I'll drive further for better customer service. read more

$55 for dip with no cuticle pushing or clipping. $ 140 if you add a subpar pedicure. Prices don't makes sense when you total put. When I sat down I was about to ask the tech for her opinion between two colors. She cut me off and said "let me wrap your nails first". Never spoke another word. I felt sentenced to the chair I can't sit back in for the next quiet hour. So don't expect to even lightly converse with the techs here. Also, the wine and drinks are not consistent. If they see you with your husband they may offer you a drink. I've been going to this nail salon for 3 years, tipping a full 20% and have been offered a drink maybe 3 times out of about 40 visits. They don't do anything special either, just basic polishing , gel and dip. I'm tired of giving $26 tip for girls who are short with me and a place I nearly fall asleep in from boredom. read more

Atmosphere is great, very friendly people, but the last two times that I have been there, my pedicure ended up looking awful. Not sure if the nail technician isn't waiting for the base coat to dry before applying color but this is how it's looked since it dried that night. Both big toes look horrible. The tech basically pretended to do a pedicure or manicure. I had her take off the color because the cuticles weren't push back and the polish was uneven and looked horrible. I asked for a discount because of how bad it was and she had cut me and she made me pay regardless. Not worth my time and money. This place has a higher price than others and doesn't even give a massage. There was another lady do complaining as I was getting my pedicure which should've tipped me off. I have been here three times now and every time is wonderful. Professional, kind, and excellent manicures and/or pedicures depending on which day. As far as COVID and safety concerns, they take it seriously and I was comfortable and felt all safety precautions were taken. Been coming to Premier for over a year now and have never had a negative experience. My mom and I drive all the way from Land O Lakes to get our nails done and always get Ann and C.C.as we love them both. Heck, everyone who works there, is always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond when they can. The whole environment is extremely clean, relaxing and ascetically pleasing to the eye. Since the whole Covid-19 pandemic, they do ask of you to sanitize your hands before entering, which they provide at the door and to apply and wear a mask during the whole appointment. Once you enter, they take your temperature, ask you to fill out a form asking if you've had signs, symptoms or been traveling and then before picking out color, they ask you to wash your hands. During the whole appointment, the cosmetologist is wearing a face mask and at each of their stations has plexiglass dividers and a fresh new placemat is placed at the station once you sit for each new person. They also have you sitting six plus feet apart and also ask for an appointment now but walk-ins are still okay, I believe. read more

Not one to leave reviews, however, I am really disappointed in the service I received here. Upon walking in, this salon was very clean, updated and modern. It even had a bar that you could get a drink at which I thought was a cool concept. I decided to get a mani/pedi and upon leaving I was thrilled with the service/my nails. 13 days later and this is the state that my nails are in. My nails have NEVER chipped so quickly with gel nail polish. ~1 week after I got them painted is when the chipping began. My toes still look fine which is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars. Not sure if it was the nail tech that I had, or if it's the salon over all. While it may look super cute and trendy on the inside, please be aware you may not be getting what you pay for. read more

I've been to this place a few times and have always gotten good nails done. Linda did an amazing job on my full set of Halloween nails, completely handpainted. When I went in, I had an idea of what I wanted, but I wasn't totally sure. Linda took my vision and just ran with it and made my nails look amazing. The only issue that I have ever had with this place is that there are sometimes hidden fees. When going through the different options for style that I had with my nails, it was never mentioned that my choices warranted an up charge until the end when I was charged extra for a bunch of different things. In all it ended up being $80 before tip. Still I would highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

I saw that this salon was highly rated and stopped in to get a gel pedicure. The salon was large, clean, and organized, and I was helped right away! The pedicure (with Kim) was unreal! It lasted an hour, which is a great sign! Kim took her time, was so gentle and detailed, and spent a long time massaging my legs and feet. My feet and toes look and feel fabulous! The only negative was that I wasn't offered a service menu or asked which level of pedicure I wanted. My bill was $75! While I think that is a fair price for how great of a pedicure it was, I wouldn't have chosen that level of service had I been asked. I will definitely be back, though! read more

Loved my experience with my mom and sister here. We called ahead on short notice for a same day appointment and they gladly took us in. We were given complimentary sodas and water. The guy who did my pedicure Tobi did the WORST job. I usually would not complain but the last time previously I went the other man who works there also gave me a pedicure and I had bleeding cuticles so I gave the establishment one more try but enough is enough! First Tobi rushed through the entire thing, he spent the entire time looking away as if he had somewhere to be/go. Then, he made me bleed when doing my cuticles by stabbing me. Then when he got to the exfoliation and massage he did not even massage me! He BARELY rubbed my legs, and did not even touch my feet. I actually asked him, excuse me, what kind of pedicure has NO foot massage, since my boyfriend was sitting next to me having his feet rubbed...and he looked and me and went oh yea that's not what I do. I said well a pedicure is supposed to include feet! And he then walked away, went into the back room, came back, ignored everything I said and just continued with the pedicure. Hands down, worst I have had. The fact that he didn't even care that I complained or that I was unhappy was the worst part. Literally ignored me and rushed through as if I wasn't spending my hard earned money! I was there Saturday 6/4 and I debated not posting but this is just 2 days later, the polish is chipping and my nail bed is peeling, cuticles look like crap and u can see where he made me bleed/stabbed my big toe, it is red and swollen and painful!!!! My daughter added gel nails and they got her hands done before her pedicure, super fast and they look great! The technicians were all super nice and did a great job! So I went to get my nails on 10/24/21 after working very hard all week in addition over the weekend doing yard work and pressure washing. I was in desperate need of pampering and had visited and was willing to spend more to do so. I came in for and manicure and pedicure and was looking forward to the complimentary drinks too. Well they started with my hands and Jane was rather efficient. It's nice that she is fast at her job, but I wasn't trying to rush my experience and would have preferred a better/deeper hand massage. Also, she barely cut any cuticles and I still have cuticles that are bothering me. At this point I figured I would be offered something to drink once I went to the pedicure station. She started my pedicure and showed me the more expensive options and couldn't tell me the difference of the less expensive pedicures. I went ahead and picked the $45 option which is one step above the regular one. Well I came here and spent more for the pampering, but they fell very short of my expectations. I had to instruct her to spend more time getting my dried skin and calluses removed. I know my feet needed it. Again, hardly any cuticles were removed and I'm used to so much more from places that are not as upscale or expensive. The foot massage was underwhelming and I paid for the more expensive option too. I just felt like she was trying to get through it quick and easy doing the bare minimum. At no point was I offered a drink. I looked around and no one had any drinks so I just assumed that they stopped or made changes due to Covid. Just before I was getting up I heard another lady offer someone who just walked in a drink. I felt completely disappointed. At least she was offered wine. Also, they served her in a plastic up, huge No No, especially having glasses available. Terrible service. When I went to pay, I told the lady up front that I thought they weren't serving drinks anymore. She acted surprised and asked my nail lady if she hadn't offered me a drink. She said she was sorry and offered me a drink, but that defeated the entire purpose. I came for quality, spent $100, excluding my tip and felt like I wasted my money. They did not meet or exceed my expectations and I left feeling like I should have gone elsewhere. read more

I am new to the Tampa area and have been in search of a new nail salon for my services. I am coming from Atlanta where I was going to the same salon/spa for at least 12 years. This salon is immaculate when it comes to being clean as well as up to date with the latest polishes, SNS and gel polishes. Paul was so great with my nails. I am adventurous when it comes to designs and he was able to replicate what I had shown him on Pinterest. BONUS is they really take time on each of your services and offer up wine/champs while you are there! Don't waste your money- I've tried this place 2 separate times, each more disappointing than the last. My shellac manicure lasted 3 days and turned yellow within hours. The pedicure was mediocre at best and left me with a painful ingrown. read more

Hidden away between Publix & Lowe's we've been missing this excellent Nail Salon. Awesome environment, nicely decorated & pleasant, with multiple TVs, offering a variety of viewing. Very spacious, all the staff is so friendly too. There's a person there Lien, very sweet, professional & good that took care of my daughter & I, did a great job. Prices pretty reasonable for the services we are used to & we used to go to South Tampa. So nice to find those same services if not better right here near our WestChase neighborhood!! read more

I've been here three times now and have been happy each time. I've had a hard time finding a good nail salon in the Westchase area. I love the ambiance of this salon because it is open with a lot of seating, there are no fumes, and the decor is beautiful. They also give you a complimentary champagne or mimosa which is such a nice surprise! The first two times I was pregnant and had to drink water but this last visit I enjoyed a glass of champagne. It definitely made it feel more like a spa - get away experience. I've tried gel polish, long lash polish, and regular polish manicures. The gel was perfect! It stayed on for at least 3 weeks and instead of ruining my nails it peeled off easily. This is so nice considering I don't always have time to come back to the salon to get them removed. The long lasting nail polish actually stayed for a full 5 days as advertised. I will say that my pedicures don't always seem to last as long as I expect but maybe that's just because we live in Florida and my toes are alway exposed. The nail technicians are nice and don't partake in too much conversation allowing you to relax. This might be because I've always gone with a friend, so there isn't really time for them to chat. I can't remember the pricing for the gel manicure but the regular mani-pedi is $40 and $5 extra for extended wear polish. I will definitely be back and continue to invite friends. read more

EXCELLENT service! Walked in with no appointment and was attended immediately. I got a manicure and pedicure, by far the best service! Excellent massage and hospitality. They are taking great precautions for COVID. I felt completely safe. Everyone has face mask and shields on, Lysol bottles at every station and they are whipping everything down thoroughly after each client, and everyone is 6 ft apart. read more
