I have been coming here for about a year. They're friendly, clean and do good work. The inside is beautifuly decorated and always clean. They never make you wait long as a walk in which is nice. I had my toes done recently and 2 days later they were chipped. I went back in and they fixed them free of charge. They even remembered me and the color. Great customer service! My friend and I are doing our rounds to all the nail salons in the Westchase area and this one I had a good experience, but my friend didn't. PROS - the color was exactly what I wanted. Last place I chose a super dark blue and it came out royal blue. This time I got what I wanted, super dark blue. We also were able to sit next to each other during our pedicures. The price is on the cheaper side, it was $75 for regular pedicure and dip manicure. They've also recently renovated, so it looks pretty nice. CONS - we didn't get to sit next to each other during our manicures. This is a deal breaker for me. If I come with a friend I want to chat with her the whole time. I always make a reservation so they knew it was two of us. Also, my friend got white and the final top coat made it look blush. I think it was holdover from the last color it painted over, but in all the times she gets white (which is every other appointment), I've never seen it look blush before. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, but since I rather sit with a friend we will try someplace else. However, if I'm coming by myself, I'd definitely come back. read more

I'm not generally someone who leaves reviews but coming here was certainly a disappointment and waaaay more than I have ever paid for to get a gel mani/pedi. For starters, when I asked for a regular gel pedicure I was informed that the "deluxe pedicure" is what included the foot scrub/grater. I have NEVER gone to a nail salon and had to pay for a deluxe anything just to get the basic pedicure that normally always includes the foot scrub? I also never got my glass of wine that's supposed to come with the package. Fast forward, we're sitting in the chair and I ask her to do tips... she then does full acrylics and says the difference is only $4.. I was charged for the shape? I did almond. If I didn't cut them nor get them shaped was I just supposed to walk out with talons on my hands? I'll also add, I asked for almond and got.... This? Review first picture and what an actual almond shape should look like. Halfway through my hands... she tells me it'll be $135 total. At that point I was insanely shocked because that is not the math I had calculated based on the prices they have listed. Not to mention... I got there @2 and left damn near @5.. a whole 3 hours when it normally takes 2? And I've never paid more than $80. Granted, I got cat eye... but nowhere have I ever been charged such an insane amount. I've literally gotten WAY more designs and paid WAY less. AND THE MOST DISAPPOINTING PART(S), one of my nails broke just a few days later... the paint job itself was also done very poorly. I can see the different layers of polish on the sides and on my nail bed closer to my cuticles. I can clearly distinguish between the silver, black, and red layer. Just sloppy. You'd think sitting for 3 hours, I'd leave happy and satisfied, $135+ down the drain. read more

They DO NOT listen to what you want, they will try to upsell you big time and it was a sloppy job! I explained multiple times that I wanted a sheer pink color as the base for a French tip pedicure. The owner even came over once the man who was doing my pedicure called him. I explained to him I was not happy with how pink the color was. He told me that it would look good at the end and that they couldn't let me do only one coat because it was streaky and they wouldn't want me walking around promoting their work that looks sloppy. I told him I understood that but I simply did not like the color, so what are my options? He told me I'd have to do 2 coats and that they know best and "trust me, it'll look better than what you asked for". I now have a pedicure I'm not happy with and it's gel so it's going to be on for a while and it's not even done well. As you can see from the picture below, there's gel on my cuticles. read more

Not even worth one star! There are many people who might think this place is great but if you know just ONE person who needed to go to a doctor for infection due carelessness during a manicure,,,,, it should be ENOUGH FOR YOU TO CONSIDER YOUR HEALTH and go elsewhere! The worst part was that my husband went in for simple manicure. He came out with an infection that required antibiotics and week long medicines to fight infection. These people were something else. Tried to say it was t their fault but clearly my husband had NO ISSUES until They gave him a manicure. RUN SCREAMING AWAY. There are plenty of good salons. Why risk your health for a manicure?? TERRIBLE! This was by far one of my WORST nail experiences in the last 13 years I have received nail services. I received as service yesterday as a new customer. I arrived and was seated without the offer of a beverage. Once I was seated I was handed only 3 pamphlets with 3 different prices of $71,$65, and $62 for pedicures as if these were the only options instead of a full service menu. I selected one and once the pedicure started it was very uncomfortable. My nails were trimmed so close to my skin then filed down to bone it was slightly painful. The polish portion took over 45 minutes. She couldn't get my gel polish to cure but continued to use the same lamp and polish instead of trouble shooting and trying a new one. I paid $96 for a pedicure that was extremely agonizing and ugly! On top of that my gel polish started to peel off as soon as I got home. I called to bring this to their attention and asked if they could please remove the polish and refund me after the terrible service I had. They have a no refund policy so my only option is to go in and get my gel polish done again with no guarantee it will last more than a day. Please save your money and try another salon. There are so many wonderful ones not that far from here that you will receive a better service at for a better price. read more

Wow! All I can say is wow. My 92 year old mother in law likes to come there to get her nails done so we made an appointment for her to get a mani and a pedi. The man told us it would take 1 hour. We went back to check on her after a hour and they had her wrapped up in cold towels around her legs and had not started her nails let along finish her pedi. Start to finish it took over 3 hours. Talk about taking advantage of an elderly lady. Moral of the story we won't be back. read more

I had been going to my old nail shop for over a year. When it came time for my wedding day I had particular nails picked out. It turned out to be a real Pinterest vs. real life situation and was a disaster. After crying all night, I rushed over to a new salon in the neighborhood (Luxury Nails) told them my horror story and they treated me with kindness and sympathy!! They squeezed me in and completely fixed my nails. They weren't exactly what I wanted because they were too far gone from the other place. My nail tech explained everything they did wrong and pointed out all the issues. Since then, I have been going here to Donna and I won't return. Donna listens, cares about her work and is so personable!! The salon is clean and they are very aware of Covid safety recommendations! read more

The pedicure lasted maybe only 25 minutes and she messed up my big toe putting on my flip flop and instead of redoing the nail she just painted the end which left it a different color and uneven. I had recently done a foot peel and she didn't even attempt to slough off the skin on the top of my feet. As far as my manicure, I only wanted to get my cuticles pushed back and trimmed, no polish. I went home and finished the job because she'd left so much undone. $75 later I learned I could have done a comparable job myself in the comfort of my own home. read more

My daughter took us here where she goes for her pedicures! The staff are amazing! You get the at home feeling. You are pampered and treated so well! It was relaxing and we enjoyed it! I always get my toenails painted the same way when I choose to to have them done for me... two coats of a light shade polish and a glittery topcoat (#glitterforver). So, the nail tech did an --okay-- job painting the base color. After waiting 25 mins with my feet already soaking (aka locked in) I was a little annoyed to begin with I'll be honest. But I was polite and made small talk. When he went to do the glitter he didn't ask if I liked it so I get the sense now that he knew it sucked and just hoped I'd be a sucker. I wish I had a picture... it was glitter in chunks and no glitter at all. A mess. I have tried different salons throughout the years and always seem to be disappointed. I know I visited this salon many years ago and it was small, dark and just "okay ". I saw the sign that said that Luxury nail salon and spa was open, so I decided to try it again and boy was I suprised when I walked in! I came in for a regular mani and pedi on a Sunday morning at opening. I was quickly greeted and able to get a chair. The space is nice and the massage chairs are comfortable. Lee did a fantastic foot massage. He did up-sell me to get a gel nail, I usually hate that, but I was on the fence anyway. I'm happy I got it. My nails look great and I love the color. The staff also helped me find the exact color I wanted to match my pedicure. I found the salon to be clean. I attempted to check pricing before arriving and only found the salon that was previously in the same location (Lovely nail salon). This should be updated, since it is not the same pricing and actually higher than the new salon. I paid $30 for a spa pedicure plus callous removal and $30 for gel nails. In my opinion, this is a little high, considering I paid less in the DC area for the same services. read more

I finally found a nail salon in the Tampa area that cares about quality over quantity. It is so refreshing to get great service. Everyone is very attentive and focuses on you. They don't try to do multiple people with bad service to make an extra buck. My nails are long and the shape and durability is too notch. Kevin is extremely talented, knowledgeable and honest. All in all I am very happy and found my new go to salon. Nice people, but how in the world does this salon have over 4 stars?! $120+tip for two mani/pedi's and the toe polish looks like crap. My manicure needs help! Fingernails are all different sizes, sides of nails were not cleaned up and she pulled on the skin and cuticles with the cuticle tool, so Im for sure going to have hangnails on every finger. Crap massage jobs during the pedi's and no oil on cuticles. HORRIBLE! The only non-complaint is my daughters shellac, that looks good. Will not return and will never recommend. read more

Volcano pedicure was good. It was the first time I could actually smell the fragrances during my pedicure at any nail salon. I had the dip manicure except there was NO manicure! No hand soak, no pushing of the cuticles back, no hand massage or lotion. Ugh. I just endured a horrific filing of the motorized sanding tool on my natural nail. While my nails were already short she cut them to the quick of my nail bed, which is frustrating because I am trying to grow out my nails. Additionally the dip polish is stuck to my skin on each nail. She didn't bother pushing the skin back from the nails but instead filed vigorously through my skin making me bleed. The tech cut me with the nail file by being impatiently and roughly. Ouch! She didn't seem to care and she didn't disinfect my nail or clean up the blood. So heads up, my blood is on the nail file, the little brush they use to brush away the nail dust, the cuticle clipper. When I checked out she charged me $100! What?! read more
