Although I am aware that this salon offers discounts for five-star reviews, I cannot, in good conscience, provide one. When I first started coming here, everything was fantastic--great service and excellent product quality. Unfortunately, things have steadily declined over the past two years. The salon manager often seems rushed when handling phone bookings, which leads to frequent errors. Instead of addressing these mistakes, clients are blamed. On one occasion, I noticed errors in the bookings for five out of six clients within just 30 minutes. Additionally, the quality of the procedures has deteriorated. Appointments feel rushed, and the results reflect this. My gel polish is either applied so thickly that it becomes lumpy or so thinly that it peels off within days. Given that I have a desk job with no physical labor, there's no reason my gel polish should be peeling so quickly. This isn't an isolated issue--it has been a consistent problem for the past year. I kept hoping things would improve, but sadly, they have not. read more

Located close to my office, I decided to give this place a try. I love the idea of an organic nail bar, but I have to say that I didn't see that this place was any more "organic" than the other salons I frequent. They appeared to use the same nail polish brands that other salons use. They did make a point to let you know that they change the plastic lining, and the drain cover, when you have a pedicure, but no special measures were taken for my manicure. I showed up without an appointment, but fortunately Tammy was able to take me right away. I showed her the design I wanted to do, and she said it was no problem, and picked the closest colors they had to what I wanted. Definitely not a perfect color match, but still okay. I think Tammy did a great job and I would definitely go see her again. I did find it kind of odd that the woman I assumed to be the Owner had to re-do the toe nail polish of one client in the salon AND actually do the toe nail polish on the toes of another client that another worker had prepped. The cost was reasonable - $40 for basic dip, although charging an extra $5 for polish removal, when only three fingers still had polish on them was a bit of a rip-off. I work with clients too and live approximately 30 minutes away. this makes it hard to schedule an appointment but they always accept me as a walk in. finally, they do great work. can't recommend this location enough. read more

I have visited the salon 3 to 4 times. The first time I visited there was a grand opening special discount, the second time I used a gift card that was part of the grand opening special. The third time, I paid full price and the nails held up beautifully. Today was my fourth visit and Pauline did a lovely job as always. She always remembers the nail color that I have selected and just how I like my nails shaped and cut. The location seems to be a bit of an issue for this salon. They are located in a strip plaza with other businesses and quite easy to miss. I was there at 9 AM and there was not another customer that came in the entire time I was there. While that guaranteed that I had zero wait time and plenty of attention, I am surprised that they have not appeared to "take off" in the area. The salon is beautiful and there are plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure stations, it just doesn't appear that there's a lot of business. The only thing I can think of is that they are priced considerably higher than most nearby nail salons. They use organic nail products, and disposable pedicure kits for cleanliness and sanitation. I know you get what you pay for, that said, I have no complaints about the actual services, I would just like to see them come down a bit on their prices. My pedicure and dip powder nail polish totaled $70. I have gone places and had a combo for just a little more than half of that but they lack ambience and organic products. There's definitely a benefit to paying a little extra for products that are healthier for your nails but I would say if you get them done weekly or biweekly it's going to hit the wallet. Pauline is outstanding and I would definitely ask for her by name. I would suggest that they also improve their social media presence and they may be able to get more traffic. This salon is ideal for a girls day get together, a mother-daughter date, a date with your spouse, or a quiet visit alone. Perhaps they could offer some specials or discounts to entice repeat business. They collect your telephone number when you check in. Perhaps some text messaging coupons or discounts directly to customers would be a way that they could improve their traffic. I like a neutral and no nonsense nail but they also do some beautiful nail art. read more

I found this place thanks to my trusty fellow helpers. I had been looking for a new nail place close to my house and I'm so glad I found this one! I called to make an appointment on a Sunday afternoon and got one pretty easily that same day. When I arrived I was immediately impressed with the the decor of the place. It looks like royalty! Not only was the place looking like royalty they made me feel like royalty as well. I got a pedicure from a young man (i didn't get his name) he didn't talk much but he worked very hard on my pedicure. super detailed on the cuticles and the massage at the end was amazing as well. I opted to get the paraffin upgrade which was such a treat i'd definitely recommend everyone get this at least once every so often. A lady did my color i think she was the owner of the place. I didn't get her name either but she was super sweet and helpful. The same lady also did my manicure which turned out nice. she took care of my cuticles and gave me a great massage as well. not to mention the color on both my hands and my toes looks absolutely perfect! they have wine! they didn't offer but I asked and got some with no problem. they even asked if I wanted a refill which of course i took them up on! i'm glad i found this place i can't wait to go back! it was definitely a great escape that helped me get prepared for a busy week ahead. read more

I'm very happy with my multi color manicure! They didn't charge me more, which of course I appreciate. It's a gel manicure, it cost $35 (including polish removal), I liked my manicurist. I really have no complaints. This place is new and sparkling clean. I hear it's busy on weekends, but it's always dead when I'm around. Something I think is really cool is that they had a Travel Channel on the TV showing a Blogger eating at different street vendors in Tokyo. I think it's really smart for an industry mostly run by a different culture to try and educate its customers about that culture. I loved it. Will be back! read more

The sanitation here is concerning. My nail service itself was fine, although my gel manicure chipped after just 4 days, which is the fastest I've had gel chip from anywhere. My biggest concern is that my nail tech had a huge wart on her finger that was rubbing all over my hands and arms, which was not covered by bandaids or gloves or anything. The problem with this isn't cosmetic, it's that this is contagious through touch, so I am worried now about developing warts on my hands and arms. Also, none of the tools were clean and had been previously used. Part of the reason I tried this salon was for the website's claim of sanitation, but this was so far from sanitary. I went to Organic Nail Bar for the first time today in the effort of finding a nail salon near me that satisfied me and this salon is my new go to. I had a pedicure and dip manicure done and both look beautiful and the experience was sensational. I have arthritic ankles with bone joint issues and often time the person doing my pedicure is just to harsh especially during the massage they press and hit to the point it hurts and doesn't feel good at all but with Hannah at Organic Nail Bar this was not the case. Not only did she do a wonderful job on my toes but the massage she did on my feet was wonderful and for the first time ever I enjoyed my foot massage during my pedicure. Cannot give her enough kudos. Awesome job Hannah! Now onto the dip manicure. Firstly Organic Nail Bar has an amazingly wide variety of colors to choose from, it was heaven. Secondly the service was top shelf. Michelle who did my nails not only did a fantastic job but she did it with personality and great customer service. Overall I am very satisfied and happy with my toes and fingers. Organic Nail Bar was also very clean and the chairs are super comfortable so the visit can be enjoyed comfortably and safely. They just opened last week down the street (near Snap Fitness). During their SOFT opening they are giving a 20% discount. I just got a regular pedicure for just $20! They are exceptionally clean/sanitized and focused on organic polish. As someone who has health/immunization concerns (which prevent me from getting my nails done) I'm happy to have this so close by and with such reasonable prices! Found my new pedi salon and a huge bonus that it's close to home! The salon is gorgeous! Chandeliers, gold, and glitter and even a red carpet welcoming you. Toby gave an amazing pedicure! I got the Organic Spa Pedi for $50 and it was well worth it! The music was spot on and I was relaxed the entire time! First, allow me to start by saying that everyone was very pleasant and the place is beautiful and welcoming. I scheduled an appointment for a gel mani/ gel pedi and eyebrow wax. The pedicurist kept pushing the dip nail manicure for only $5 more, so I decided to try it out. The pedicurist was very rough throughout the pedicure. I had a very small hangnail on my big toe (which didn't hurt) and rather than cutting it, she dug in and pulled, which caused visible bleeding - no apology. In the end, the pedicure turned out sloppy with polish and top coat on all my toes, which I later cleaned up when I got home. She also ended up pushing off the dip manicure off to a young kid. Seeing as I wasn't familiar with the dip process, I wasn't aware that this would be another hour+, nor was I informed by anyone. I felt bad for the kid because it took a lot more work and time for the manicure and he was going to get paid less. Meanwhile, the pedicurist was nearby on a personal call and ended up leaving altogether. On the plus side, the young man did a great job and I liked the finished product. (My opinion - I would've had the same result with gel, but that's just me.) Because this whole thing took so long and I was kind of turned off, I decided to get my eyebrow wax elsewhere and no one even asked about it. I may try this place again, but definitely would not do the dip and would not want the same pedicurist working on me. read more

I have come here for years and this salon has always been extremely disorganized. Even if you make an appointment, she will rush to do your nails and accommodate people who never had an appointment. My acrylic nails turn out fine most of the time, but I got them taken off recently and she proceeded to rip off the nails without even soaking them first. It was very painful and my nails are going to take a long time to heal. She even asked if it hurt, I said yes, and she continued to rip them off. This is not my first painful experience. I had a manicure and pedicure and had an unpleasant experience. It is my second time there. The staff made me feel like I was being hurried through the process. I had one person doing my toes and another doing my hands at the same time, then the one doing my hands leaves to go do someone that just walked in's eyebrows. Now another person (the owner I think) comes over to finish my manicure -zero hand washing is going on between all of this switching between people, and we are in a pandemic. She of course is in a rush because well they are all just rushing in this place. She proceeds to hack off a hunk of my cuticle and makes my finger bleed. She was apologetic and I was trying to be understanding but I was frustrated and told her this entire experience was painful, rushed and not relaxing at all. And now I have an open wound on my finger. My finger was bleeding so much I had to leave with an unpolished nail. The true test to me was when I checked out. Here is where she could have possibly redeemed herself. She had the audacity to charge me full price for both of my services and wanted to give me a $15 gift card to come back. That is the moment I decided I am sharing my experience with others. I get it, stuff happens, but how this business owner handled it at the end is where they lost my business for good. I also realized she charged me $5 more than the posted price for my pedicure. I will never go back to this nail shop. This is not how you keep a customer or try to get them back. read more
