Been happy with the service after several years, but a recent bad experience with multiple (6 nails total) nail fungus on my left and right hand left me pretty disappointed (I had already stopped pedicures due to same but blamed the various pedi techs). When speaking to Oliver (my hand nail tech all these years), I wasn't happy but understood it seemed like the funguses came all at same time from one "bad" fill... ok, I guess that can happen to anyone. Bad application or bad liquid, idk but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt to make it right. However I was surprised at his reaction and lack of responsibility... despite my trying to be understanding. Oliver is a good tech however when a business owner doesn't apologize or make any attempt to correct an error completely, it basically communicated another side of the business I didn't want to continue to be exposed to. Walked out of United Nails just like this after one of their staff members (chair4) decided she was going to start a scene and call me a "bitch" and threaten me because she doesn't know at all what she was doing or just didn't care. Tina (the owner) did absolutely nothing about her wild animal of a nail tech. There were kids around watching her act a fool and she proceeded to speak about me in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand her, I was so over the situation I just left. But since she works her work hours could not give her time on Valentine's day to get them fixed. She asks for a refund. Dont waste your time. This place sucks. I moved here in March 2019 and started off at another nail salon closer to my house. Had a bad experience there and then I started going to United Nails. I have been very pleased with every nail technician I have had. I literally walk in and take whoever is available and I've never been disappointed. I went in for pedicure and what a waste of money. The salon is filthy. It was probably the worst pedicure I have ever had. The woman did not know what she was doing. Very nice place and a lot of variety with colors especially gel! They just remodeled. The inside looks very elegant and up scale and a nice nail salon!! They have champagne also!! The only negative are their prices. But I would recommend going to this location. I haven't gotten a pedicure yet but the person who filled in my nails did a good job! Talk way to much as they do your nails, they rush and one of the women working in there was very shady talking about me and my friend to the other women working. Had sunglasses on so she didn't know I was watching, but was just looking my friend up and down with a smirk on her face. Me and my friend are trans, so finding a nail salon that makes us feel comfortable is a priority. Walked out on them after waiting 20 minutes. Won't be returning. read more

I had a French pedicure which came out great! The lady I had was very friendly and did an amazing job! The bottom of my feet were very dry and rough but she took her time and made them very smooth. The nail polish was perfect. I then had a pink & white full set (done by Jennifer) whom was friendly and did an ok job. One of my nails I have a bubble in but isn't too noticeable. Overall nice look. I also had my eyebrows done, which was very frustrating. The lady left a bunch of wax on my face, when I got into my car I had to get it all off with bio-oil and I had to pluck them more because there was a big spot she missed! I would've loved to give this place a 4 or 5 star rating but the price was ridiculous!! I payed $81 not including tips. Very disappointing, I will not be coming back because of this. Princess nails, across from Largo mall next to McDonald's will forever be my place after today!!! read more

!Had services done on Friday evening 2/3. Had a pedicure from Lisa and Oliver did a rocking job at my nails again. I hear Tina is awesome and I have seen her work on other women as well, AMAZING!! No complaints no excuses, moving down from CT helped me recognize a good place and just sure did find it here. Did I say the pedicure was so good Lisa found two ingrown nails that were giving me so much pain I just never said anything. Today I am wearing my favorite high heels (the ones that look nice but you hate wearing because of the pain) I can say my toes are singing heavenly music wearing them since 11am for a party and I don't feel like my toes are killing me at all. If you're in a rush they can do your hands and feet at the same time and they treat you like family. Love my nail salon. Second home away from home read more

Oh my goodness. Worst experience I ever even imagined one could have at a nail salon. I attempted to get a pedicure, but ended up running out and leaving before my pedicure started. Here was my experience: walked in and was told to sit in the second chair. Started looking around and this place was filthy! Dirt and debris piled up in corners, chairs were filthy. Sat down and tried to put my drink in the cup holder but it was so dirty I just held my drink. Contemplated leaving at this point but didn't want to be rude. Sat there for a minute and a toddler (clearly daughter of one of the staff) wildly running around. Toddler is poking me, screaming, running wildly around. I am almost frozen, I have to leave but...I sit a minute longer. Lady comes over and nobody tries to keep toddler in line. I also notice the behind my chair in a 2 foot space between my chair and the wall sits another "family member" of staff, a teenage girl. She is just inches behind me, awkward. Then, lady starts filling my tub. Toddler starts dumping blue stuff in and lady walks away. Toddler is now moving the facet all over, still yelling and is now spraying my legs. I jumped out of my chair and left as fast as I could. Lady says "where are you going". I said I did not come to get a pedicure from a toddler. I don't think I'm alone that a pedicure is a treat, this was horrific, disgusting, and downright unprofessional. This establishment should be shut down, and I am sure they would be if ever investigated. read more

I was not pleased with my experience here. In this case you get what you pay for. I pay $6 for a waxing but did not know it was going to be $6, I thought $6 was for eyebrows I had my chin and jaw done the room they had the table covered with towels that look dirty, I asked them to change them they change them but the ones they put on did not look as clean, they can use some new towels so that customers will feel better and not dirty the place was really dusty and the bathroom doubles as the cleaning closet it smells like chemicals mop buckets was in there with dirty water in them so you can only assume they use the dirty water to mop the floors with that said I will not return. And my waxing was just ok I had to get in the car and do some obvious plucking of chin hairs that were left. While standing around doing nothing the other people that were waiting for customers to come in the employees that is instead of being on the phone they should have been doing dusting and cleaning. read more

Had my 1st ever real pedicure here and it was very very relaxing! I went on a weekday afternoon, it wasn't very busy which was nice. The massage chairs are awesome! You get your own remote so i was trying out all the different massage options. The woman who did my pedicure was very good & she massaged my legs and feet.
