This female worker worked a shift on 9/30/26 around 12:50 PM. The interaction left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the way I was treated. I asked for a modification (one that I had done plenty of times before) and this worker refused and made up random policies and rules on the fly saying they can't do this or that. Literally throwing cups and slamming things. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to return. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere if you expect friendly and respectful customer service.

I played safe and had a White Peach Green Tea off their Popular Board Menu. I was the only one in there because they had just opened and my tea came out in no time. It was good, but way too sweet for me. I ended up diluting it down with almost an entire 12 oz of bottled water that I had in the car. I guess I don't go to these shops often and was surprised that it was $7, now realizing that is the going rate for these teas. They were so helpful and made sure our mango smoothie with pearls was decaf tea for the kids (since they use real tea for all their drinks!) You can adjust ice, sweetness, and your toppings for the drinks.
