My cup and I had been through a lot together and it was one of those thick plastic with a straw screw lid dealios. Then tragedy occurred and my cup was broken so I brought it into Jamba with me. They replaced it BUT I was told they no longer had my lovely screw lid. I got their red Pacific NW cup with a pop on lid, no straw and I hated that damn thing from the getgo - plus, it legitimately fell over two different times (while full) at my gym and the lid just popped off....ugh... I was honestly a bit happy when the stupid thing turned tragic and cracked (and I only every handwashed it etc). I needed to run an errand at another mall spot and thought - oh hay, might as well see if Jamba will replace my cup and I will drink my lunch! The sweet gal was super and checked with her manager but what I was even more grateful for was the under the row of the crappy Pacific NW red cups were a simple screw lid cup that said Jamba on them with a straw. I was glowing with happiness and sure enough the manager was a dream...they replaced it with a smile and I got my Razzmataz in my shiny new cup and peace on Earth...puppies, rainbows, kittens...and unicorn... Ok, it was tasty on a warm afternoon....just sayin.... Thanks guys!

I literally spat out the taro and just salvaged the toppings. Perhaps adding agar boba may have changed the texture a bit but I think Lychee doesn't go well with this as a topping. I also found it to be odd that most of the drinks sugar levels could only be lowered down to 75% when using the kiosk to order. I haven't tried the milk or fruit teas but if I'm impressed with those then I'll consider updating my review. Kiosk to order was easy to use though and the girls were friendly and nice.
